定了兩間商務單間（大床），晚上十二點到的酒店，前台小哥説有同事在早上聯繫我，商量好了給我換成雙床，我拿出通話記錄，我一上午就接了一個廣東電話，而且我憑啥同意換1.2米的床，我又不傻。小哥就打電話給他同事，聽聲音是個女的，態度好像還不怎麼好，小哥衹好打給經理，經理直接讓他給我們升級到套房（雖然套房設施也舊，可能住的人少，氣味也不好），這裏要給前台小哥點個贊，同時也請那個所謂聯繫過我的同事看看自己和經理對待客户的態度和差距！

服務：必須是五顆星，我們是凌晨入住的，本來酒店是9：30才提供早餐，但是我們8點多就要走，前台立馬安排廚房，提前安排早餐。早餐很驚艷，種類豐富，味道也很好。

This hotel really exceeded expectations! When you step into the hotel, you can feel the warm atmosphere of the service. The room is spacious, the lighting is excellent, and the view is very good. This should be the best hotel for this trip to Northern Xinjiang! It was newly opened this year, with an entire building. The lobby is particularly grand. The front desk upgraded our room for free. The room is clean and tidy and the whole house is smart. The laundry room has 3 washing machines and 3 dryers. In addition to aerobic equipment, the gym also has a gantry, which is great! The buffet breakfast combines Chinese and Western food, including noodles, rice noodles, wontons, etc. It is the best hotel breakfast I had on this trip.

GGuest UserIt was easy to find it after following the navigation. It seemed that there was a relatively prosperous commercial street nearby, and it was very lively even at 10:30 pm. After completing the accommodation procedures on the second floor, we arrived on the 25th floor. Thank you to the hotel for upgrading our ordinary parent-child room to a suite. Enter the bathroom on the left hand side of the room, with wet and dry separation, smart toilet, and a wardrobe on the right. Going inside is the living room with a TV, sofa and coffee table. The windows are large and overlook the night view of Kuitun. Unfortunately, it would be better if the glass could be wiped clean. . The bedroom has plenty of space, with two beds, one large and one small, a TV, a storage cabinet, a small coffee table and two soft stools. It is recommended to add a place to hang clothes next to the bed. The central air-conditioning in the room works very well, the airflow is smooth, and the bedding is very clean. As soon as you enter the room, there is a smell of linen with a slight smell of detergent, which is very reassuring. The bed was very comfortable, but the pillows were a bit soft and could be improved. Overall very satisfied.

GGuest UserI am the first foreigner (from Singapore) to stay in this newly established homestay. The beautiful lady boss is very welcoming, and the service from her staff is excellent! The environment is clean and the air is fresh. My room is huge with a very high ceiling, shown in the photos. There is a vineyard next to it and I could visit and view the 100 year old grape vines. I did not have to worry about food even though this place is far from the city. There is a large kitchen that serves dozens of guests who would drive all the way here to have a meal, and their children can play in the garden and take a ”train” ride. I enjoyed my stay here so much that I extended it by 2 more days! The lady boss showed me around the countryside, and I also visited the kindergarten operated by her. I got to meet the cheerful kids in class!

The maintenance technician came to check and confirmed that the exhaust fan cannot be used. In order not to delay our rest, we changed rooms. The technician ran downstairs twice, and finally we changed to a suitable room. I like their enthusiastic service, not afraid of trouble, and their service spirit of considering customers.
