It's right near Youhao Shopping Mall, and there are tons of food and drink options just a short walk away~
The room is spacious and clean~ Staying at a chain hotel when traveling is always the most reassuring, and the value for money during Chinese New Year was excellent (smiley face emoji).
I bought a lot of snacks to enjoy, and the windowsill was perfect for that. I even did my makeup there in the morning, lol.
P.S. The 'Guaiwei Liangmian' (strange flavor cold noodles) from Xinyuan Snacks are absolutely delicious, top-notch!"

"The hotel has been renovated for a while, and you can see that the equipment is a bit old, but the service of the staff is very good. The exhaust fan in the room is broken. The maintenance technician came to check and confirmed that the exhaust fan cannot be used. In order not to delay our rest, we changed rooms. The technician ran downstairs twice, and finally we changed to a suitable room. I like their enthusiastic service, not afraid of trouble, and their service spirit of considering customers."

Environment: Subpar. Arrived at night and was told there was road construction. The two security guards gave conflicting information about parking spots.
Service: Carried my luggage to the front desk, but there was no one to guide me. The entire hotel was surrounded by construction barriers. Stood at the front desk watching three staff members help another guest, with no one paying attention to me, who needed to check in. The room was difficult to navigate, with many twists and turns. The can of coke in the room was dented; I wonder if the room had even been inspected. The coffee machine stopped working later in the morning. This was the worst Atour I've stayed at among many others.
The only silver lining was that I needed to use a microwave to heat up a meal, and that request was fulfilled. For that, I am grateful."

"This has to be the cheapest Mercure I've ever stayed at! As a new hotel, the facilities are brand new, and the parking lot is huge. The two ladies at the front desk were incredibly welcoming; they offered hot water the moment I approached the counter. Check-in was super fast, they explained everything thoroughly, and even escorted me to my room. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, there was a large screen TV, and in the morning, they delivered complimentary fruit and yogurt to the room. The bedding was comfortable too. Staying during the off-season definitely makes it an unbeatable value for money. Breakfast was excellent with a great variety of options."

進房間後發現需要額外的枕頭，試着聯繫了管家小丁，沒想到消息發出去秒回，沒過多久就把枕頭送了過來，還笑着問我有沒有其他需要幫忙的。之後我問周邊有沒有靠譜的打印店，小丁不僅發來了地址，還特意提醒了最近的路線，連大概要走幾分鐘都標註得很清楚，這種“有求必應”的服務真的太讓人安心了。
整個酒店給人的感覺也很專業，大堂乾淨整潔，指引標識清晰，客房裡的用品擺放得整整齊齊，連衞生間的細節都打掃得很到位。不管是前台的高效接待，還是管家的周到服務，都能感受到酒店在用心做服務，住得又省心又舒服。下次再來這個城市，肯定還選這裏，也會推薦給同事們！"

The light luxury crystal chandeliers in the lobby cast beautiful shadows, and the orange-red sofas are just the right firmness, making them incredibly comfortable to sit on. We made the right choice for our stay in Kuitun! The experience at the Lavande Hotel was a perfect score, exceeding all expectations and deserves our praise!
What was most surprising was the hotel's quietness and cleanliness. There was virtually no noise in the hallways, and the rooms were perfectly soundproofed, shutting out the outside noise with the door closed. Paired with soft bedding, I enjoyed a restful sleep every night. [__LINK_ICON] Cleanliness was impeccable, with crisp white sheets and quilts, spotless, and the bathroom was dry and odor-free. Even the corners were meticulously cleaned, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail. [__LINK_ICON]
The delicious food downstairs provided all three of my meals! The meatball soup and Ding Ding fried noodles at that little shop are absolutely amazing—the meatballs in the meatball soup are firm and chewy, the broth is rich and flavorful, and the fried dough sticks soaked in the broth are perfect. The noodles in the Ding Ding fried noodles are chewy and fragrantly stir-fried with diced vegetables and shredded meat. Every bite is full of flavor, authentically Xinjiang style.
The hotel's location is a bonus; it's right next to the farmers' market, making shopping incredibly convenient. The fruit is fresh and plump, and there's a wide variety of dried goods at incredibly affordable prices. I couldn't resist buying a bag full of raisins and almonds—it's a fantastic value.
Whether you're stopping by for a drive or exploring the city, this is a great choice for Kuitun. I'll definitely stay here again!

The hotel facilities are new, clean and elegant, and the service is warm! The zero-pressure room type I stayed in has very comfortable bedding. It is very important to have a good sleep when you are away from home. Although the hotel breakfast is simple, the variety is quite rich. The bowl of noodles at Starway must be praised. The previous hotels I stayed in either had poor soundproofing or small rooms. Some of the storefronts look very high-end. The internal equipment and facilities are seriously aging and it is unbearable to look at. Their hotel facilities should have been installed not long ago. Quite new. This hotel is a good choice for both business and tourism trips. It has a good value for money, convenient transportation, and you can take a Didi when you go out. There are restaurants downstairs, which are all very convenient. The room is clean and tidy, the bed is soft and comfortable, the service of the lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic, and the room has good lighting. Because you live on the 25th floor, you can see the panoramic view of Kuitun when you open the curtains, and you have a feeling of looking down on the world. The room is also very quiet, the soundproofing is OK, I will come here often, I hope it will get better and better

The location is in the city center, the largest shopping street in Kuitun, next to the Huoma Lane Food Street, eating and shopping is too convenient, the room facilities are quite complete, and clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the whole family sleeps beautifully until dawn. The front desk service is particularly good and welcoming, check-in is very fast, any needs are responded quickly, and the details are full. The breakfast is rich in variety, all freshly made, there is no pre-made dish, the elderly children are very relieved to eat, this is definitely crushing most hotels. The overall experience exceeded expectations, the price is super high, I will choose this next time, highly recommended!

The TV in the room is very large, the equipment is smart, and the room also has voice control! HHSUjhThe room is clean and quiet, and you can experience the living atmosphere of the past military regiments. However, the soundproofing is very poor. A pair of young people next door checked in very late. They were talking and laughing loudly. The TV was also very loud, and it was right next to my bed. Plus, the noise of pets! Oh my god! I didn’t even need to sleep the next day and had to continue my trip until around 4 a.m. The next day, a big brother who was traveling with me gave me the opportunity to educate and give the store a lot of advice. The person in charge of the store also felt sorry for the hard work.
The century-old vineyard in the backyard is great. Even though it’s not yet the grape ripening season, I’m still happy to see bunches of green grapes.
