It's right near Youhao Shopping Mall, and there are tons of food and drink options just a short walk away~
The room is spacious and clean~ Staying at a chain hotel when traveling is always the most reassuring, and the value for money during Chinese New Year was excellent (smiley face emoji).
I bought a lot of snacks to enjoy, and the windowsill was perfect for that. I even did my makeup there in the morning, lol.
P.S. The 'Guaiwei Liangmian' (strange flavor cold noodles) from Xinyuan Snacks are absolutely delicious, top-notch!"

"The hotel has been renovated for a while, and you can see that the equipment is a bit old, but the service of the staff is very good. The exhaust fan in the room is broken. The maintenance technician came to check and confirmed that the exhaust fan cannot be used. In order not to delay our rest, we changed rooms. The technician ran downstairs twice, and finally we changed to a suitable room. I like their enthusiastic service, not afraid of trouble, and their service spirit of considering customers."

Environment: Subpar. Arrived at night and was told there was road construction. The two security guards gave conflicting information about parking spots.
Service: Carried my luggage to the front desk, but there was no one to guide me. The entire hotel was surrounded by construction barriers. Stood at the front desk watching three staff members help another guest, with no one paying attention to me, who needed to check in. The room was difficult to navigate, with many twists and turns. The can of coke in the room was dented; I wonder if the room had even been inspected. The coffee machine stopped working later in the morning. This was the worst Atour I've stayed at among many others.
The only silver lining was that I needed to use a microwave to heat up a meal, and that request was fulfilled. For that, I am grateful."

"超出預期的入住，從細節到服務都很圈粉！這次出差選的這家酒店，體驗感遠超預期，必須認真寫個好評！剛到前台時，本來還擔心趕行程會耽誤時間，結果王豪和楊鋮兩位工作人員效率特別高，核對訊息、辦理入住一氣呵成，全程也就三分鐘，還主動跟我確認了早餐時段和電梯位置，連行李都幫忙提到了門口，特別貼心。
進房間後發現需要額外的枕頭，試着聯繫了管家小丁，沒想到消息發出去秒回，沒過多久就把枕頭送了過來，還笑着問我有沒有其他需要幫忙的。之後我問周邊有沒有靠譜的打印店，小丁不僅發來了地址，還特意提醒了最近的路線，連大概要走幾分鐘都標註得很清楚，這種“有求必應”的服務真的太讓人安心了。
整個酒店給人的感覺也很專業，大堂乾淨整潔，指引標識清晰，客房裡的用品擺放得整整齊齊，連衞生間的細節都打掃得很到位。不管是前台的高效接待，還是管家的周到服務，都能感受到酒店在用心做服務，住得又省心又舒服。下次再來這個城市，肯定還選這裏，也會推薦給同事們！"

"The attention to detail at this hotel is truly impressive! The light luxury crystal chandeliers in the lobby cast beautiful shadows, and the orange-red sofas are just the right firmness, making them incredibly comfortable to sit on. ZZhujiaxingfuAs the starting point of the Duku Highway, Kuitun offers many hotel options. This particular hotel is a new chain with excellent reviews, and most importantly, it's close to the Duku Highway. The rooms are large for a chain of hotels, and the toiletries smell wonderful. They also offer room delivery service, which saved me the embarrassment of constantly bothering others! The breakfast staff were very friendly and diligent!
However, after checking in, I discovered this hotel was located next to another one. Initially, this didn't seem like a problem, as it's quite common. But the next morning, when we went for breakfast, the other hotel's breakfast restaurant had no obvious signage. They greeted us with smiles, but when we showed them our breakfast vouchers, their attitude changed instantly. Without even looking up, they told us: ”You eat up ahead!” When I asked again, standing less than a meter away, I asked at least ten times, but the woman didn't even lift her head, only slightly raising her arm to point! This hotel itself isn't good value for money; compared to other chains nationwide, its rooms are smaller and more expensive! It was always on my list of options, but I never chose it. This incident makes me so glad I didn't choose that hotel before! Now I know, even the staff are petty—what a perfect match!
When I checked out and asked at the front desk which hotel it was, the receptionist didn't say anything, but it was clear I wasn't the only one who noticed the problem!

The hotel facilities are new, clean and elegant, and the service is warm! The zero-pressure room type I stayed in has very comfortable bedding. It is very important to have a good sleep when you are away from home. Although the hotel breakfast is simple, the variety is quite rich. The bowl of noodles at Starway must be praised. It warms the stomach and is light in the morning. Recommended! Such an affordable price, the best choice, looking forward to staying next time!

We made the right choice for our stay in Kuitun! The experience at the Lavande Hotel was a perfect score, exceeding all expectations and deserves our praise!
What was most surprising was the hotel's quietness and cleanliness. There was virtually no noise in the hallways, and the rooms were perfectly soundproofed, shutting out the outside noise with the door closed. Paired with soft bedding, I enjoyed a restful sleep every night. [__LINK_ICON] Cleanliness was impeccable, with crisp white sheets and quilts, spotless, and the bathroom was dry and odor-free. Even the corners were meticulously cleaned, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail. [__LINK_ICON]
The delicious food downstairs provided all three of my meals! The meatball soup and Ding Ding fried noodles at that little shop are absolutely amazing—the meatballs in the meatball soup are firm and chewy, the broth is rich and flavorful, and the fried dough sticks soaked in the broth are perfect. The noodles in the Ding Ding fried noodles are chewy and fragrantly stir-fried with diced vegetables and shredded meat. Every bite is full of flavor, authentically Xinjiang style.
The hotel's location is a bonus; it's right next to the farmers' market, making shopping incredibly convenient. The fruit is fresh and plump, and there's a wide variety of dried goods at incredibly affordable prices. I couldn't resist buying a bag full of raisins and almonds—it's a fantastic value.
Whether you're stopping by for a drive or exploring the city, this is a great choice for Kuitun. I'll definitely stay here again!

The young lady Wang who greeted her was very enthusiastic and the voice was very good, because we didn’t eat spicy and recommended nearby restaurants to us. Originally, I was very tired after a day of car ride today, but because the check-in experience was very good, I felt resurrected again! Thank you very much for Miss Wang's enthusiastic service! GGuest UserIt was easy to find it after following the navigation. It seemed that there was a relatively prosperous commercial street nearby, and it was very lively even at 10:30 pm. After completing the accommodation procedures on the second floor, we arrived on the 25th floor. Thank you to the hotel for upgrading our ordinary parent-child room to a suite. Enter the bathroom on the left hand side of the room, with wet and dry separation, smart toilet, and a wardrobe on the right. Going inside is the living room with a TV, sofa and coffee table. The windows are large and overlook the night view of Kuitun. Unfortunately, it would be better if the glass could be wiped clean. . The bedroom has plenty of space, with two beds, one large and one small, a TV, a storage cabinet, a small coffee table and two soft stools. It is recommended to add a place to hang clothes next to the bed. The central air-conditioning in the room works very well, the airflow is smooth, and the bedding is very clean. As soon as you enter the room, there is a smell of linen with a slight smell of detergent, which is very reassuring. The bed was very comfortable, but the pillows were a bit soft and could be improved. Overall very satisfied.

GGuest UserI am the first foreigner (from Singapore) to stay in this newly established homestay. The beautiful lady boss is very welcoming, and the service from her staff is excellent! The environment is clean and the air is fresh. My room is huge with a very high ceiling, shown in the photos. There is a vineyard next to it and I could visit and view the 100 year old grape vines. I did not have to worry about food even though this place is far from the city. There is a large kitchen that serves dozens of guests who would drive all the way here to have a meal, and their children can play in the garden and take a ”train” ride. I enjoyed my stay here so much that I extended it by 2 more days! The lady boss showed me around the countryside, and I also visited the kindergarten operated by her. I got to meet the cheerful kids in class!
