"Haha, could the Hilton parking sign be a bit more noticeable? You really have to look for it in the underground garage! It's right near Youhao Shopping Mall, and there are tons of food and drink options just a short walk away~ The room is spacious and clean~ Staying at a chain hotel when traveling is always the most reassuring, and the value for money during Chinese New Year was excellent (smiley face emoji). I bought a lot of snacks to enjoy, and the windowsill was perfect for that. I even did my makeup there in the morning, lol. P.S. The 'Guaiwei Liangmian' (strange flavor cold noodles) from Xinyuan Snacks are absolutely delicious, top-notch!"

"The hotel has been renovated for a while, and you can see that the equipment is a bit old, but the service of the staff is very good. The exhaust fan in the room is broken. The maintenance technician came to check and confirmed that the exhaust fan cannot be used. In order not to delay our rest, we changed rooms. The technician ran downstairs twice, and finally we changed to a suitable room. I like their enthusiastic service, not afraid of trouble, and their service spirit of considering customers."

"Facilities: Average Cleanliness: Average Environment: Subpar. Arrived at night and was told there was road construction. The two security guards gave conflicting information about parking spots. Service: Carried my luggage to the front desk, but there was no one to guide me. The entire hotel was surrounded by construction barriers. Stood at the front desk watching three staff members help another guest, with no one paying attention to me, who needed to check in. The room was difficult to navigate, with many twists and turns. The can of coke in the room was dented; I wonder if the room had even been inspected. The coffee machine stopped working later in the morning. This was the worst Atour I've stayed at among many others. The only silver lining was that I needed to use a microwave to heat up a meal, and that request was fulfilled. For that, I am grateful."

"This has to be the cheapest Mercure I've ever stayed at! As a new hotel, the facilities are brand new, and the parking lot is huge. The two ladies at the front desk were incredibly welcoming; they offered hot water the moment I approached the counter. Check-in was super fast, they explained everything thoroughly, and even escorted me to my room. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, there was a large screen TV, and in the morning, they delivered complimentary fruit and yogurt to the room. The bedding was comfortable too. Staying during the off-season definitely makes it an unbeatable value for money. Breakfast was excellent with a great variety of options."

"The attention to detail at this hotel is truly impressive! The light luxury crystal chandeliers in the lobby cast beautiful shadows, and the orange-red sofas are just the right firmness, making them incredibly comfortable to sit on. Even the koi pond is exquisitely designed, with the little fish swimming so gracefully and cutely. Just strolling through the lobby feels incredibly therapeutic. I highly recommend friends come and experience a stay here!"

"超出預期的入住，從細節到服務都很圈粉！這次出差選的這家酒店，體驗感遠超預期，必須認真寫個好評！剛到前台時，本來還擔心趕行程會耽誤時間，結果王豪和楊鋮兩位工作人員效率特別高，核對訊息、辦理入住一氣呵成，全程也就三分鐘，還主動跟我確認了早餐時段和電梯位置，連行李都幫忙提到了門口，特別貼心。 進房間後發現需要額外的枕頭，試着聯繫了管家小丁，沒想到消息發出去秒回，沒過多久就把枕頭送了過來，還笑着問我有沒有其他需要幫忙的。之後我問周邊有沒有靠譜的打印店，小丁不僅發來了地址，還特意提醒了最近的路線，連大概要走幾分鐘都標註得很清楚，這種“有求必應”的服務真的太讓人安心了。 整個酒店給人的感覺也很專業，大堂乾淨整潔，指引標識清晰，客房裡的用品擺放得整整齊齊，連衞生間的細節都打掃得很到位。不管是前台的高效接待，還是管家的周到服務，都能感受到酒店在用心做服務，住得又省心又舒服。下次再來這個城市，肯定還選這裏，也會推薦給同事們！"

"Overall, my stay was incredibly satisfying, definitely a five-star review! The room was very new and well-equipped, even thoughtfully including a humidifier, and the latex pillows were great. I arrived late at night, but the front desk and on-duty staff were all there, making check-in efficient and smooth. They even offered complimentary fruit, which was a really kind touch. The staff were all enthusiastic and would proactively greet guests, creating a very welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast, in particular, was outstanding; having stayed at many hotels while traveling in Xinjiang, this one is definitely among the best. The hotel's surroundings are also lively, with plenty of dining options, making it convenient for both getting around and eating out. Parking was also very easy. The only minor drawback is that because the room was quite new, there was a slight scent of renovation. It would have been perfect if the staff could have aired out the room in advance."

"The loft room type of Kuitun M Hotel is really great! The room is very large and the upper and lower floors are particularly comfortable. There are two beds upstairs, one large and one small, and the sofa downstairs can be opened as a bed to sleep. A room can accommodate five or six people. It is especially convenient whether it is a classmate gathering, friends playing together or a birthday. The room is clean and tidy, the lighting is very good, and the automatic bed curtain is also very convenient to use.
