"The B&B is located in the scenic area, which is convenient for sightseeing. We arrived at night and called the B&B owner, who quickly came to show us the way. The room was very clean. I forgot to take pictures of the room. I booked a family suite with a loft and a small balcony. The pictures I took were the views from the balcony. When I left, the proprietress gave me a bag of Suzhou pastries. She was very enthusiastic. It was my first time staying in a B&B there, and I also saw the night view. There were also few people visiting in the morning, so it was a good experience!"

"Five star hotel in all the ways that count. Beautiful rooms, full ensuite with deep soak tub, quiet, clean and affordable priced for the quality of the property.  Breakfast buffet had a large selection of western options, as well as Asian dishes plus a full range of pastries, breads, soups, porridges, fresh fruits, yoghurts, cheese board with cold meats and the list goes on, and on, and on. Many staff on hand managing the different stations. Also huge window of availability 0630 to 1000.  Attached is a huge mall and half a block away is an Apple Store.  Can’t rave enough about our experience. A+"

"Just returned from 10 days in Kunshan staying at the Tonino Lamborghini Hotel. Appreciated the clean and comfortable facilities sprinkled with art, flowers and artifacts, great food at the inhouse restaurants and walking distance to recreation and entertainment. The staff however are their secret weapon!!! Everyone (whether room attendant, server or front office staff) were always smiling, willing to assist and answer questions or give directions, even with the language barrier! I want to say a special thank you to Tom, Elena and Bruce who made my stay extra special and memorable!!"

"This is a great B&B with unique and stylish decor. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and my kids said they liked it better than the Marriott in Shanghai. The location is also great, right by a tributary river, very quiet. It's just a few minutes' walk to the bustling Shuangqiao Bridge and close to the boat pier. The breakfast was delicious and hearty, and the two front desk ladies were warm and friendly. Overall, I highly recommend this place."

"I arrived late at night and, hoping to get some extra sleep, asked the staff to arrange a quiet room. The front desk assistant, Ms. Qi, was very responsive and the room was well-appointed. I slept very comfortably. [Strong] The entire check-in process was incredibly pleasant and reassuring. The room layout was exactly what I loved—it was new, simple, and stylish. I was completely satisfied with my stay and highly recommend it! I didn't expect it would be so good even though I booked it casually. I loved the hands-free Xiaodu smartphone in the room. "The room is clean, there is no smell, the elevator is fast and convenient to manage very well, no need to wait for a long time. I like the style of the hotel the most. Toothpaste, shampoo, shower gel, hand sanitizer are orange flavors, and the price is high. Ctrip booked to enjoy upgrades, late check-out and other services. You can also do laundry and exercise."

"Stayed one more night and ate the black truffle chicken chop noodles at Su Noodle House. Tea was served as soon as we sat down. We ordered the red soup noodles with Pu'er soft-boiled eggs. The chicken chop tasted quite good when cut. Su Noodle House is on the first floor of Huayu. It is very quiet inside. There is also Suzhou Pingtan in the store. The environment is also good. I recommend everyone to eat there (see the 6th to 8th pictures for details). Whether it is a holiday or Huayu, for the safety of the guests, takeout is not allowed to be delivered upstairs. They are all placed in the takeout cabinet downstairs of Huayu. It is also very convenient to take it. This is not a big problem. Because the twin room I stayed in only had a stool and no sofa, I asked the room service to send a stool (the last picture), and we drank water very quickly, so we asked the room service to send water several times. They were very friendly and the auntie would deliver it immediately. I will stay here again next time if I have the chance, and I will also try to stay in Huayu."

"I booked a hotel package on Ctrip that included breakfast and a buffet dinner, and it was excellent value for money. The restaurant staff were also incredibly warm and attentive. During dinner, they were prompt in clearing plates and refilling the buffet. At breakfast, they even helped serve hot items like noodle soup and wontons from the live cooking station. Highly recommended!"

"recommend The hotel is a standard star business hotel with a distinguished and calm lobby. This is my second time staying here. The lady at the reception desk was still smiling. When she handed me the door key, she introduced me to the location of the restaurant for breakfast. They specially set up the ”** Room” to satisfy the current residents' hobby of poker and gambling in their spare time. This is more in line with the times. Advance together. The hotel's service is timely, accurate, and thinks of what you need. This is why I highly recommend it. I left my PAD in the restaurant while eating. After contacting me, I was told that it could be sent back to my room. When I returned to the room at night, I not only received the lost and found notebook. I was also given a little surprise: the room attendant polished my muddy leather shoes until they were shiny. Breakfast is also relatively rich, and the fresh meat is more delicious."

"Great experience with attentive service and spectacular view. Staff are friendly and helpful, location of the hotel is perfect. The hotel has direct access to a beautiful park and a famous local restaurant on Level 2 and 3. Only imperfection is the smell of the sewage in the toilet, hope the hotel can look for ways to improve (e.g air refreshers etc.)"
