"The hotel has everything to have a great journey. It's clean, the room are spacious and beautiful. I had always get a warm welcome from the employees at the entrance. I stayed 2 weeks there. The breakfast is great with many choices. The gym has everything you need but some equipments are a bit old or in bad condition. It can be busy the evening. Also there is a mall next, with many restaurants inside. And a massage center in front by crossing the street (foot massage must be tried during your stay) Laundry service is really expensive (I paid around 80 USD for a small size machine)"

"This is a great hotel, centrally located in Kunshan and right opposite a magnificent, huge wet market. There are also plenty of eating options nearby and a park behind the hotel which make the setting ideal. The room is fine without being luxurious and the breakfast is also perfectly adequate, Chinese style. There is a beautiful outdoor area adjacent to the breakfast lounge, perfect for children to play while parents relax in the sun. Service is friendly and I would heartily recommend this hotel."

Check-in at the front desk took less than 3 minutes, with the staff clearly explaining the facility layout and even thoughtfully informing me of the breakfast restaurant's location. When I called for bottled water, I casually mentioned the air conditioning wasn't working. Within a minute, Cecilia, the Assistant Front Office Manager, called to apologize. Within three minutes, Cecilia and a technician arrived at my door with tools – as a detail-oriented person, I was thoroughly impressed. When I needed extra bottled water or hangers, the phone response was swift, and the service throughout was delivered with just the right amount of politeness and warmth. Definitely the best hotel in Kunshan!"

"The room is located within the scenic area, right by the river. The owner was super nice, picked us up at the entrance of the scenic area, and even helped with our luggage. The proprietress recommended a great restaurant and a fantastic sightseeing route. We'll definitely stay here again next time. When we left, the proprietress even gave our child some snacks!"

"Very good hotel located next to Kunshan exhibition center.Huge Lobby with modern look.Check in and check out was easy.Room was clean and spacious.Bathroom was very comfortable.Shower pressure was very good.My room number was 1222.Breakfast was very good with too many options.Dinner buffet at 158 yuan was a great plus.It was a superb buffet with varieties of food options.Hot pot, sea food, Chinese food,live counter for fish,prawns,steak etc,Western food and desserts.It was a great dinner. The hotel campus is very spacious and mainly foreigners come when there is an expo at Kunshan.I was there for COFAIR 2025. Overall my stay was very comfortable with good wifi. Just off the road there is a lake with a well organized park.Its very good to go for a walk."

"This is my second time here in the hotel and Ali and the staff have been amazing. Aron helped me so much last visit with internet issues. The staff are so incredibly helpful and kind. They helped me with didi rides and cabs several times a day. The hotel is new, modern, and the rooms large ! Internet speed is a bit slow. However , it's an excellent place to stay if you are visiting DKU or the city center which is a 10 minute taxi ride away."

"Took the family for a weekend getaway to Kunshan Holiday Inn Times and overall, we were extremely satisfied! The pre-purchased package included a breakfast buffet for two and a dinner buffet for two at the Western restaurant, which was very convenient. The hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of dining options nearby. The front desk upgraded us to a river view room, which had a great view. We were lucky enough to catch a fireworks show in the evening. The buffet had a wide variety of food, and my family all commented on how full they were. As expected from a five-star hotel, the soundproofing was excellent, making for a very quiet stay. Plus, being newly opened, all the facilities are quite new, and the bathroom fixtures are Kohler. Overall, it was a great stay! We'll definitely consider coming back if we have the chance!"
