This is easily my 'Nth' stay at the Kunshan Golden Eagle Hotel, and every single visit has surpassed my expectations, delivering a truly comfortable experience. It's truly the 'optimal solution' for any trip to Kunshan. From the moment I step through the doors, my positive impression grows. Everything from the service and facilities to the overall environment makes me want to share my complete satisfaction. First, let's talk about the service – it’s genuinely 'attentive without being intrusive.' Every time I arrive, the front desk staff greets me with a warm smile, and check-in is always swift. Now, for the amenities, which are definitely 'comprehensive and practical.' The room facilities are well-maintained and don't feel old or dated. The mattress is just right, and there are pillows of different thicknesses to choose from, ensuring even a light sleeper like me gets a good night's rest. The bathroom has excellent wet/dry separation, hot water comes quickly and consistently, and the toiletries are of good quality, so there's no need to bring your own. There's also a small sofa by the window, perfect for sitting and enjoying the night view outside – it's incredibly relaxing. The hotel's public facilities are also worth mentioning; both the efficiency of the elevators and the cleanliness of public areas are maintained to a very high standard, making for a worry-free stay. What truly impresses me are the views and the environment. The hotel floors are high enough, and I always prioritize choosing a high-floor room. During the day, pulling back the curtains floods the room with sunlight, and you get a panoramic view of Kunshan's bustling city streets. In the evening, you can enjoy the stunning sunset glow – it's a feast for the eyes. Plus, the hotel is located in the Golden Eagle commercial district, making it incredibly convenient for dining and shopping. The mall is within walking distance, which is a huge plus whether you're traveling for business or leisure. From the 'surprise' of my first stay to the 'reassurance' of my many subsequent visits, the Kunshan Golden Eagle Hotel has become my 'go-to place' in Kunshan, thanks to its consistent quality and thoughtful details. "Spacious room & comfortable bed with different type of pillows to suit you( soft & hard). Room cleanliness slightly lacking as there were stain marks on the wash basin tiles. Front desk service was speedy & staff are friendly. Location within walking distance to Kunshanan railway. Have to be sure your room not facing the railway station. The front desk was kind to allocate my request if the room not facing the railway station. Thank you. Breakfast was good especially the wanton soup. Overall the hotel is clean & comfortable hotel away from the city center but convenient to travel around Suzhou."

"My recent stay at the Windsor Park Hotel Kunshan was exceptional. From the warm welcome to the impeccable facilities, everything exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel at home during my short visit. The hotel's facilities were perfect, with spacious and well-appointed rooms. The dining experience was a highlight, with delicious food served in a five-star setting. The only minor suggestion would be to clean the windows from the outside, as they appeared a bit dirty. However, this did not detract from the overall excellent experience. I highly recommend the Windsor Park Hotel Kunshan for a comfortable and enjoyable stay."

"Five star hotel in all the ways that count. Beautiful rooms, full ensuite with deep soak tub, quiet, clean and affordable priced for the quality of the property.  Breakfast buffet had a large selection of western options, as well as Asian dishes plus a full range of pastries, breads, soups, porridges, fresh fruits, yoghurts, cheese board with cold meats and the list goes on, and on, and on. Many staff on hand managing the different stations. Also huge window of availability 0630 to 1000.  Attached is a huge mall and half a block away is an Apple Store.  Can’t rave enough about our experience. A+"

"An absolutely delightful B&B experience! The room was spotless and well-equipped. Its riverside location, nestled between the scenic area's entrance archway and the Twin Bridges, made it incredibly convenient for exploring, shopping, and sightseeing. Plus, it was wonderfully quiet at night. In the evenings, I sat by the river on a comfortable lounge chair provided by the landlady (she even thoughtfully included mosquito coils!). I enjoyed a smoke and sipped tea in the cool breeze. The landlady's attentiveness was remarkable; she repeatedly offered to bring a thermos of hot water. Watching the tourist boats pass by, observing the diverse expressions of the visitors, and listening to the melodic songs of the sculling boatmen, I simply zoned out – it was incredibly relaxing and blissful! Before I left, the owner even gifted me some small snacks. Having seen many other B&Bs and guesthouses while touring the ancient town, I can confidently say that after comparing them all, I'll definitely choose this one again for my next visit to Zhouzhuang Ancient Town."

"It was my first time in Kunshan. I stayed at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. It was a five-star hotel. It was comfortable to stay in. The facilities were complete, clean, comfortable, and the service was thoughtful. I was very satisfied. I have joined the membership and will stay here again next time. I highly recommend it! "The hotel has thoughtful service, spacious and comfortable rooms, and a wide variety of breakfasts, especially the Aozao noodles. Although there were many people during the May Day holiday, the service was still very good. The waiter removed the plates very promptly. The transportation was also very convenient. There is a subway station not far downstairs. Overall, the experience of this stay was very good. I will continue to stay here next time."

"I suggest this hotel to be emulated nationwide. This is really the hotel with the best service I have ever stayed in. The front desk + guest room are really a store that is doing the hotel with heart. I called in advance to check in on the first day because I had to leave early to Wuxi, so I contacted if I could check in early. The front desk said no problem, they would check in for you first when you arrived. When I arrived at the hotel, I also upgraded the room type for free. The front desk will also arrange the floor and direction for you according to your preferences. The room type is also very large and the hygiene is also ok. I stayed there for a longer stay the next day and came back late. After getting the room card, the front desk also sent two breakfasts thoughtfully. Because we were going to Suzhou, the room lady might have seen that we had water. After taking it away, they thoughtfully gave me an extra bottle of water in the room (all drinks in the hotel refrigerator are free to drink). It was really heartwarming to see it when I came back tired from playing. For breakfast, there were sweet and salty tofu pudding, which really took care of the tastes of both the north and the south. There were also special Aozao noodles and Suzhou soup noodles, green rice balls, anyway, everything was prepared. I forgot to take pictures of the room. I used to run a hotel, so I might pay more attention to the details of the hotel. I really have nothing to say about this. The front desk will greet you no matter what time it is, even in the middle of the night. I really strongly recommend that Atour nationwide popularize the management of this hotel, which is much better than some 5-star hotels, and the price-performance ratio is super value✅"

"You won't go wrong choosing the Jinling brand in Jiangsu. The facilities and services are of five-star standard. Ms. Chen from the housekeeping department thoughtfully sent homemade yogurt. A male staff member from the catering department was also easy to communicate with. The hotel was also very tolerant of children's meals. It is worth staying. The Japanese food and teppanyaki grill for dinner are recommended, but the vegetables in the small hot pot and the stir-fried dishes for Chinese food need to be improved in quality."

"Great experience with attentive service and spectacular view. Staff are friendly and helpful, location of the hotel is perfect. The hotel has direct access to a beautiful park and a famous local restaurant on Level 2 and 3. Only imperfection is the smell of the sewage in the toilet, hope the hotel can look for ways to improve (e.g air refreshers etc.)"
