Kusatsu Hotels with Bars

Close to Yubata and a lodging for a night, you can enjoy Kusatsu Onsen. You can go out to eat, shop and walk in free time. Dinner had steak and Chinese. I bought a drink in seven near Yubata and drank it at the inn. I asked for a cocktail at the bar of the inn that was a little short of drinks, and I drank with my wife while I was soaked in my foot bath. The building looks fashionable. The room is very large and clean, with furnishings such as tables, sofas, TVs, etc. Because it was a free plan for rental open-air bath, I was able to soak and enjoy the hot spring four times. Moreover, the rental bath has a room of a large size, and you can relax while watching TV. There was also a simple breakfast and it was enough. It was an inn I wanted to go again.

It was 20 minutes before the check-in time, but the attendant in front of the gate greeted me with a smile, took my luggage and guided me to the front desk, and the receptionist also smiled and proceeded immediately. Other staff were comfortable inn to greet you with a smile. I enjoyed a color 々 bath, and the snow view bath from the open air of the muddy hot water was the best. The room is compact and old, but it is satisfied with the hospitality and service of the smile. The rice was also delicious, such as the fried tenkara and the soup cut soup that Itamae made in front of me.

Took JR express to Kusatsu. From train terminal take a 25 mins bus to Kusatsu bus terminal. There is a shuttle to bus terminal upon request. Take less than 3 mins to reach bus terminal. If walk, then you may take longer times. I booked half boards. Dinner included. The dinner is super good. Free flow of rice, soup n side condiment. Breakfast was Okies. Takeaway coffee cups prepare for you. I specially love the onsen. Robe n slippers had prepared in room for your usage. Kusatsu is a place to have a short getaway from Tokyo.

I stayed here when I was on a business trip. The inn is within walking distance of the Kusatsu Onsen Yubatake, and the inn's well-designed design, service, and temperature of the water are reasons why it is so popular. When I checked in, a foreign female staff member explained everything to me very politely and kindly, and her hospitality was clearly conveyed not only at the reception but also when she guided me to my room. The atmosphere of the room was good and it was very comfortable. Dinner was a buffet, and it was a luxurious buffet where you could enjoy a variety of dishes, including Japanese food such as sushi, bluefin tuna sashimi, and tempura, Western food such as pork steak, roast beef, raclette cheese, and pizza, and Chinese food such as mapo tofu. I could order all-you-can-drink for 2,750 yen, so I just ordered draft beer. You can choose between Asahi Super Dry and Kirin Ichiban Shibori for draft beer, but I prefer Asahi Super Dry, so I drank and ordered, drank and ordered, and drank and ordered at a high pace while eating sushi, tempura, and steak. The sushi was a lineup of my favorites, including bluefin tuna, red sea bream, amberjack, and salmon, and although there was a little too much rice, everything was really delicious and even though it was a buffet, it felt very fresh. This is the hotel taking 5 star from my own scoring so far in Japan. 1) Central location with free car park 2) Amazing Food with Kaiseki type traditional service(Dinner and breakfast). All the ingredients and the way that they prepare in nice atmosphere is amazing. I think it was the best food experience for me so far in Japan. 3) Indoor and open air onsen which is so clean. 4) Service quality and hospitality is top class. We wanted to give a surprise gift to our cousin. We asked their restaurant management to prepare a special closed ceramic bowl etc. They perfectly prepared more than our expectation. Moreover, they also gave their own small gift to our cousin. 5) Building also in traditional shape and well maintained. 6) Our room was traditional tatami style and it was big enough with bath tube and toilet. 7) First floor is the biggest souvenir shop in central kusatsu area.

I used this hotel because I had to go to Kusatsu Onsen on short notice during the long weekend. I booked the plan that included dinner. During the meal, the hostess made the effort to greet each table. The dining area was small. The room was average. I was disappointed with the baths. There were two small ones. There was no open-air bath for women, so it was lonely. I guess this is the rank of the hotel if it's available for a reasonable price even during the long weekend, but I realized that I could have chosen a higher rank. It's close to the Yubatake, so it's good for people who value location. The parking lot was small and it took a long time to leave.

To be fair, the food in the hotel is good, and the dinner tastes very good. Although it is not too filling, the presentation is exquisite and it is quite good to eat. In the lobby lounge, you can sing and drink freely, which is also nice. Although alcohol and juice are placed in the same place, it would be a bit strange if children come to drink. but! ! ! ! The following points are very strange: 1. I have never tried a hotel room where light penetrates from the outside into the inside. What kind of ghost design is this? For guests who need to sleep in darkness, this is a very bad design. How can it be possible to allow light from outside the room to enter the room? Also, this is not a window, but light from the corridor enters the room. What the hell? 2 . The distance between the hotel and the hot spring street is extremely long. If you push your luggage, will those inclined roads really kill you? Why don't any hot spring hotels provide free shuttle bus like others? 3. The hot springs are very thin, and my bathtub is bigger than his. It can accommodate about four to five people and it is already very crowded.

We stayed in one of the rooms with a private onsen. It was a large room with two beds on the floor and a dining area. There was also a tiny makeup area/table on the side that I truly appreciated. The in-room onsen was large and comfortable. It had a large window that opens which brings in the refreshing cool air. The Skintheque toiletries were luxurious and perfect. The large shower was also a plus for us. Food was unbelievable. I was able to try new tastes and flavours I won't soon forget. The breakfast chicken with tomato and onion was a surprise. Dinner's abalone was also a revelation. My DH is a tall and large man. We truly appreciated the length of the bed, the size of the shower and onsen. The only problem is that the hotel staff is not very well-versed in English, though they do try their best.
