The hotel is relatively small, and the courtyard and the interior of the room are really beautiful as shown in the photos introduced by the hotel. It may be due to insufficient manpower and needs to be improved.

I booked an executive king-size bed room for two nights in advance, and went there around 12 o'clock on the day of check-in. It was understandable that the room was not cleaned at that time, so I walked around outside, and when I arrived at the store at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, the room had not been cleaned yet. When you come out, what's even more annoying is that you don't even have a suitable place to sit. The young shopkeeper lets you sit down very calmly. There is a bench in the small courtyard, but it is almost full of people waiting to vacate the room. Leave a corner for you to squeeze in and sit. You are standing while he is sitting, and when he calls you to register information, some things are not clear. You may have to try and make mistakes before you can succeed. In some cases, you have to guess by yourself! He seems to be very particular about handling things calmly, but in fact, his service level, awareness, and ability to do things are not bad at all! Sometimes you wonder if he is deliberately trying to compete with you or if he is really not aware enough! Every time when someone makes someone angry, I tell myself that I am just here to relax, there is no need to get angry with others! There are also some problems with the hardware in his house. The bathroom smells bad and the noisy exhaust fan must be turned on. The door is old-fashioned and you have to bend down to pull out the latch at the bottom to open and close it. You also have to use a big lock to lock the door, which is quite laborious. ! Don’t even bother with soundproofing! There is no air conditioning either. However, the house price is not expensive during the peak season. Many times, staying in a B&B is like opening a blind box. The service in some inns with only a few rooms is often very casual. The actual experience really depends on luck. Nowadays, people from all over the country come to open B&Bs here in Lijiang, and the service quality varies widely. , the exposure is more obvious during peak seasons or under certain circumstances! However, whether it costs tens of dollars or thousands of dollars per night, don’t show off to your guests by thinking that you are cheap or very expensive!
