The location is very convenient, mins walk to the ancient city. The room is comfortable, spacious and clean. Love it that they use a smart toilet bowl with warm seat, automatic flush and closing of bowl cover.
Staff are very helpful!
Minor improvements could be for the pillows - they are too soft/flat, even with 2 stacked together. The breakfast room is always crowded without seats, hence we didn't have any of the free breakfast.

I had a very pleasant stay.. The place was clean and comfortable, and the surrounding area was very convenient with easy access to shops, restaurants, and transportation.. I would definitely recommend it!

Solo traveler from the States- I had a lovely stay here! I found the bed very comfortable (not too firm) and the bedding of really high quality (so soft!). But what stood out the most was how much the staff really cared about my well-being throughout my entire stay! Would recommend, great value! Thank you again!

The location is perfect and the owners are great, they provided useful travel tips and advice of Lijiang and the surrounding area. The complimentary tea, coffee and breakfast are also very tasty 😋.

The service is considerate and thoughtful, from check-in instructions to itinerary suggestions. The room facilities are brand new and smart, the bedding is comfortable, and the bathroom is reasonably designed with dry and wet separation. The breakfast is freshly made and delicious. The details reflect the care, and I will definitely come again!
