Highly recommended hotel if you want to be in the ancient city and not too far away from the main road. Personalised butler service with 小勇 was great! WeChat group was set up before arrival and he helped with arranging the free transport from Lijiang train station to 南门1号 where he is there with trolley to help us with the luggages as the road in the ancient city is bumpy. Super grateful for great service where he went above and beyond working hours to fix up our needs and also introduce scenic routes within the ancient city and recommending restaurants and shopping tips around. He also helped to book our tickets to 玉龙雪山 and 丽江千古情 show. We all loved the animal interaction at the hotel. Hotel has a 1 year plus samoey mixed golden dog name xixi which is friendly and playful. 2 alpacas, brown one is male and white one is female who is more shy. 2 rabbits and 2 peacocks. There are washing machines and dryer for ur laundry needs too. 2 game station. Gym. Library. Pool table. Tea houses. KTV room was good! Tea break and breakfast was also nice. The flat white was legit.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming—they came out to meet me, helped carry my luggage, and although my room wasn’t ready due to my early arrival, they invited me to rest at the concierge area. They even served me some food and chatted with me about my trip. It felt incredibly genuine—they weren’t intrusive, just sincerely interested in helping make my journey smoother. I hadn’t realized that I needed to book tickets in advance for Yulong Snow Mountain, but they quickly stepped in to help. They guided me through setting up the local app, explained the ticketing process, and offered to assist in securing the tickets when they became available that evening. All the while, they kept serving tea—generous and kind throughout. While they prepared the room, I took a walk around the town. They created a WeChat group chat to stay in touch, which was a very efficient way to communicate. Once the room was ready, they notified me, and I was able to check in and rest. The room itself had a charming, traditional style—efficiently designed and nicely decorated. There were thoughtful amenities like a humidifier and even free beer. The only thing that felt slightly missing was a fridge, but with the cool weather, it wasn’t really necessary. My room opened onto a shared balcony that offered a spectacular view of Yulong Snow Mountain. Staying in the ancient city meant I could also see the town from the rooftop—a truly breathtaking perspective. On a clear morning, I caught a glimpse of the snow mountain at sunrise, and it was magical. Another highlight of the stay was how knowledgeable the staff were when it came to local food and café recommendations. They suggested a variety of places—some tucked away, some more popular—and every single one was spot on. Whether it was a cozy café for a slow morning or a great spot for dinner, their suggestions never disappointed. It really added to the richness of the experience, as I got to enjoy not just the sights, but also the tastes of the city. Thanks to the hotel staff, I managed to secure the Snow Mountain tickets without stress. They were incredibly efficient and clearly experienced in helping guests navigate local logistics. Throughout my stay, they continued to offer heartfelt service—serving fruit at the front desk, preparing hearty breakfasts, and always greeting me with warmth. On my final day, they once again went above and beyond. It was Qingming Festival, and getting a taxi was difficult, with most drivers unavailable. The staff quickly arranged for one of their own drivers to take me to the train station—no hesitation, just pure professionalism and care. This stay wasn’t just about comfort—it was about the warmth and hospitality that made it feel like I was among friends. Truly a unique and heartwarming experience.

It was very unique experience being at Old Town, Lijiang. The fact that we stayed at this place, made it even more memorable. The location is very close/walkable to square street of the Ancient town. The room is spacious with hot shower and all basic amenities working properly. Specially the mattress was great and made us sleep like babies. :) Another important part of the experience was the hosts, mainly Andy. He was always available via WeChat and was very helpful all the way. We had language barrier, but with translator apps we made it work. Andy helped us with directions, taking us to food places even when many places were closed & we were facing a -1 degree celsius temperature, made us tea that kept us warm and many other act of generosity and overall being a very good host. The place and amenities get 9/10 plus extra few points for the hosts Andy & his colleagues.

A Perfect Stay in the Heart of the Ancient City Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of amazing. The location was absolutely perfect – situated right in the center of the area, it was a hub of activity during the day, making it easy to explore. As the sun set, the place transformed into a lively spot brimming with music and vibrant nightlife. One of the highlights of our stay was the dining options nearby, which were abundant and diverse. Impressively, we were able to enjoy a delicious dinner as late as 11 pm, which added to the convenience and charm of the area. The hotel staff were exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a friendly and efficient check-in process. They went the extra mile to make us feel welcome, offering us a variety of tea upon arrival – a thoughtful touch that set the tone for our stay. Their open and warm approach truly made us feel at home. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the facilities were equally delightful. What stood out was their attention to detail – we were greeted with a welcoming fruit basket and premium beauty products in our room, which added a luxurious feel to our experience. Given that the hotel is located on a hill, the staff's assistance with our luggage was greatly appreciated and made the arrival process smooth and stress-free. Overall, our stay in the ancient city was enriched by this wonderful hotel. With so many accommodation options available in the area, I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service, perfect location, and thoughtful amenities. It truly made our visit memorable, and we look forward to returning in the future.

The location is convenient as it is near to the main road for public transport. The owner is friendly and helpful to help booking tickets for trip outside and the great show. The facility is satisfactory.

I sing highly of your service. First of all, the hotel is so beautiful. It looks like a garden. I enjoy it. Then, foods are delicious and some of them are amazing. Most important reason is that the bed is so big and soft that I don't want to get up every morning. It's wonderful here. I can't believe it that I must leave. I want to live here again if I come to this city again.

I stayed at cure bleeding for 3 nights and met some nice people. The owners took the initiative to message me on trip app before I arrived (which I regrettably missed out) so check your trip inbox when you’re heading over. The lodging is near to the entrance, a few minutes down the slope and can be recognised by their white coloured short wall. The lodging is family run and Boss’s brother personally came to fetch my friend and I from the entrance. He helped carried our luggage to the lodging (thank you!) Room is cosy with some automated features (e.g offing of lights using voice command). Pretty nice if you just want to lounge in the room after walking the ancient city. The toilet comes with heated toilet seats with an auto flush system. The lodging provides bathroom slippers to use as the toilet floor gets wet after bathing. Fruits, tea and snacks provided upon arrival (see photo) Personally prefer their mee xian for breakfast, my day 3’s meexian was good! Boss invited me to join for a drink at the front yard on one of the nights and I got to know some nice people- it’s safe, the boss made it a point to see that I reached my room safely. To note: the naxi photoshoot is outsourced to a company. It is complimentary with the stay in terms of the shoot plus the make up but they charge for the photos (1 free photo per room, 50rmb for each subsequent photo). We were told at the start and decided to continue for the experience. Managed to do a comfortable and economical share ride back to Dali through arrangements made by the inn. Overall, there is a personal touch to this inn. Will come again!

We had a wonderful stay here. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with exceptional hospitality. The butler greeted us at the taxi drop off point and helped us with our luggage to the hostel. We were treated to a delicious fresh baked bread rose pastry as a warm welcome and given a tour of our room, which was a thoughtful touch. The room itself was comfortable and with style. It was clean, spacious, and cozy, making it a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring. We especially appreciated the addition of a projector provide a cinematic feel that made movie nights special, it was so nice to unwind and enjoy a film in that setting. The shower was fantastic! Large, modern, and provided great water pressure. The room was also well equipped with thoughtful amenities, including a Dyson hair dryer and air purifier, which added to our overall comfort. The butler service was exceptional, always friendly, attentive, and eager to assist with anything we needed. We truly felt taken care of throughout our stay. One of the best things about this hostel is its location. The morning and night markets are just a 3 minute walk away, offering a great variety of food and unique local shops. The area is filled with gorgeous unique buildings and stores, but it’s not overwhelmingly crowded like other old town areas. We loved the laid back atmosphere and the ease of exploring. The stunning view from here was another highlight. We could see the beautiful surrounding mountains and enjoy a panoramic view of the area, which made mornings and evenings even more memorable. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Li Jiang. It's a hidden gem that offers both great service and an unforgettable experience!

I really the hotel view, room is clean and well organized, helpful owner, location is good and not far from main road, especially the price acceptable, I like this hotel and recommend to everyone to stay.
