Facilities: The swimming pool is very clean and we had a lot of fun. There is also a large public area on the underground first floor where you can work.

Tianmu Lake Shitang No. 37 Hot Spring Camp has a total of ten different room types. The owner and housekeeper of the B&B are both professionals in the construction and garden design industry, so they are remarkable in the landscaping, layout and arrangement of room utensils of the B&B. The B&B has a small study, a multi-person glass room (for dinner, karaoke, meetings), a swimming pool, a hot spring, a cafe (you can pet 6 kittens), a bar, a small farm (raising groundhogs, raccoons, ponies, donkeys), a bamboo forest (you can dig bamboo shoots) and other leisure and entertainment spaces. It is an ideal place for unit team building or parent-child family gatherings. The service of the housekeeper team is also very nice!

Room facilities: The facilities are very new, all villas, there are many places to play in the hotel, there are billiards, board games football, and Hanfu experience. The most amazing thing is the back garden of the hotel, with sky curtains and seats, especially suitable for barbecue team building. We have no barbecue for two people. The proprietress said, Barbecue utensils are provided free of charge, mainly a very cost-effective, 400+ rooms in such an environment, what kind of bicycles are needed!

Convenient parking, has its own parking lot, you can drive directly to the entrance of the hotel, there are about a dozen parking lots!
Services:
The front desk lady service is very good, always send us to the room. I heard that there is a private soup room, come and experience it next time!

This May 1st family is warmly entertained here and feels like going home.
We wanted to cook in the earthen stove, and several aunts immediately helped me prepare and wash the dishes. It was so fast!
My dog is too young to take out, but they are all very caring people. They even help me take care of my dog baby, which is great! !

Room facilities: The facilities are very new and are in a villa area. After booking, the hotel's young lady contacted us and sent a positioning and greeting, very warm. When we arrived at the hotel, there was a sightseeing car to pick us up in the parking lot. Maybe the rooms inside were scattered. The room we stayed in was sent by the butler to drive the sightseeing car to us. It saved a lot of effort. The front desk lady was very good and kept sending us to the room. This service is great. There is also a campground next to the hotel, where you can barbecue and set off fireworks, and have a great time. I heard that there is a private soup room in winter, come and experience it next time!

The transportation is convenient, and it’s just down the highway. It was newly renovated last year. The room is clean and the surrounding environment is also very good. The bed curtains open the lake view. You can watch the sunrise in the morning. You can walk to the surrounding attractions in 15 minutes and you can drive nearby. It’s easy to change and play, and the landlord’s aunt is also very nice. We arrived at 8 o’clock in the evening and waited until we checked in. After staying for two days, before leaving, I saw that there were chickens in the backyard, so I asked the landlord to take it. Go, I'll live again next time I have a chance.

Really good, it is simply the tall ceiling in the hotel! Clean and tidy, I was worried that the water pressure in the bath would be small at first, and I was completely worried! The bath water is hot and big! Comfortable! The proprietress is amiable and responsive. You can order whatever you want, because the food is light, and the fish head soup and vegetables for dinner are just perfect! The location is close to Highway 1, very suitable for cycling! The hotel is hidden in the valley between Nanshan Bamboo Sea and Yushui Hot Spring, surrounded by bamboo forests, private and quiet, as if you are in a paradise. The design of the hot spring entrance makes the bathing experience particularly pleasant. The natural original stone pool and the warm spring water complement each other, sweeping away the fatigue of the journey. Special thanks to the housekeeper Qian Liuping for his meticulous service-from the itinerary suggestions before check-in to the daily caring greetings, professionalism and care are demonstrated everywhere. The dishes in the hotel restaurant are also surprising, with fresh ingredients and authentic taste, and the local specialties recommended by the housekeeper add more flavor. Whether it is the environment, facilities or services, people can feel the warmth of ”seclusion in the mountains and forests, feeling at home”. If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle and enjoy the dual healing of nature and humanity, Zhuxi Valley is definitely the best choice!

MMatibengaThe service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there.
The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it.
The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴.
So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake.
Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel.
Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place.

We booked a tatami room, 2.2m The big bed family sleeps very comfortably
The room is facing the lake, and there are small wild ducks hanging around the water from time to time, which is very interesting. Wake up in the morning and open the curtains. The scenery is great.
The homestay provides meal services, which need to be booked in advance and are all packages, and do not support a la carte.
Breakfast is suitable for small babies, semi-self-service form, tastes very good, and looks relatively clean.
The design of the homestay is really good, reflecting the mind everywhere.
This time I played in a hurry, Xiangyang will come next time, and I will live again 🙋🏻♀️

GGuest UserThis hotel was absolutely wonderful! The staff was so kind, even making me dinner at 9:30pm when I got back late from the hot springs. My dinner was delicious, so good that I’d go back for the dinner alone. The staff even let me choose my room and upgraded me to the nicer suite for free. This was truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was very clean (no smoke smell if you’re looking for that). Breakfast was also amazing, and she made the noodles the second I appeared in the common area. The area is quiet and dark and I slept deeply. The hotel is within walking distance to the hot springs and the bamboo forest. I definitely plan on staying here again!

SSamierFor three days and two nights, I am very grateful to Mr. Du Fang, who saved me a lot of thought and time for this driver + escort + photography + photo editing and editing, referred to as my husband, thank you very much.
The most intuitive advantage is that it is very close to the scenic spot, and the hotel has sent a ground cable ticket. You can catch up with the small train and the ground cable all the way to see the pandas before the bus group goes up the mountain. After all, the two cat cubs are the sons of Figure 2 after noon.
The second is the private soup spa. My wife soaked for three hours and then praised it for three days.
The third is the chestnut roast chicken and pork ribs roast bamboo shoots in the Chinese restaurant. We also packed a special chestnut. In fact, there is no need to drink fish head pot. The breakfast and afternoon tea in the western restaurant (Figure 1) are not bad either. But for coffee, we both recommend the iced coconut latte from the automatic coffee machine in the lobby, and the coffee for breakfast is bitter.

NNicoleneOverall the stay wasn’t awful, but it wasn’t great. I just wanted to say that the staff are amazing, super helpful and assisted when they could but I did have to ask for help often. The pool is basically still water as it doesn’t have a filter , so there was algae in it, which isn’t great.. the bath was broken but they said people don’t use them, my friend and I wanted to use it as that’s why we booked this hotel so we ended up fixing it ourselves. Lunch and dinner options were limited and they don’t really have a cook most the time. You call get a didi to the hotel but you they won’t pick you up there unless you prebook, the hotel can give you a contact for a driver and he’s amazing and willing to work for a full day with out worry, his prices are low and he even spoke to people when we needed tickets to attractions so we didn’t have to use a translator app. Overall the stay was lovely, but it’s not ideal if you want to travel around.

TThe NomadThe hotel is very nice and it's like a unique experience. We stayed in the family themed room. My booking had the hotspring and welcoming fruit included. The place is huge as a resort with different restaurants, hot spring, and many activities. There are other hotels but I believe this one is the best among them. Coco from the reception speaks perfect English and guided us to the room. Kevin is also very helpful he took me to the Japanese restaurant to check the menu, and made sure I had a comfortable stay. Honestly great service.
