"Newly opened hotel, the decoration taste is a bit big. It was uncomfortable to fall asleep at night, so I finally opened the door to breathe. The scenery is very good, facing the lake. Very close to the landscape garden. Opposite is Tianmu Hotel, which eats fish heads. Breakfast is not self-service, and the breakfast in Jiugongge is very rich. The large intestine noodles are delicious. The beds are relatively comfortable. Bedding is also ok. "This trip to Tianmu Lake was great. The hotel arranged for a butler to meet us before we set off and sent us the hotel location. The butler Xiao Chen was very considerate and enthusiastic. He was also able to help us upgrade the suite on weekends. It was also very close to Tianmu Lake, just a 5-minute walk away. If the Water World opens, we will stay there again. Miss Kong Nan was thoughtful, warm and friendly. She introduced various services to us the day before check-in, and helped us book a restaurant and assisted in itinerary planning. During the stay, we were able to adjust various arrangements in time according to our itinerary, so that the entire itinerary was properly arranged! 👍The hot spring in the hotel room♨️ is worth recommending. It is very clean. You can make an appointment for the waiter to come to the door to drain the water. Choose roses🌹 or Chinese herbal medicine🌿, which is great! The food in Zhuxuan Restaurant is also worth recommending. Whether it is a buffet breakfast, a lunch set meal or a dinner order, we were not disappointed. We can taste very authentic local dishes, as well as some special creative dishes. The chef is superb! During our stay, we also experienced tea picking and spa, and the experience was also very good. GGuest UserFood: Breakfast was varied, with western，asian and local. We had Dinner at the main buiding using ******* set menu and it was a good deal, as the 2 person deal is enough to feed 4 and tasted quite delicious.
Location: it is a resort so you are going to spend most of the time on the resort ground. We booked 3 day 2 night and the time was enough to explore everything. Nice scenery.
Amenities: only a few activities were covered in our package so it will depend on your package. The package was confusing and we didnt know exactly all the activities that were free or cost extra. The reception on check in should have explained all of this upon check in, but maybe they are not trained, or maybe because our accomadation at pinecone is considered 4 star so they used lower quality staff. All the free stuff are a bit lame and service was poor except for the craft lady who actually showed us a wechat app for the hotel where free activity voucher can be found. They outsourced the activity area so that is really poor decision as it hurts the brand image due to service levels. For hotel staff, thumbs up to the shuttle ladies, who you call to get from one place to another. They are prompt and speedy.
Service: check in staff was professional but not warm. As mentioned, the activity area is outsourced so most staff are cold and seemed rude, except for the craft lady who was actually decent. But considering this resort and the type of guest, i would consider this really bad.
Cleaniness: the room is very clean, a bit worn (see pics of wall), but it feels quite clean.

SSamierFor three days and two nights, I am very grateful to Mr. Du Fang, who saved me a lot of thought and time for this driver + escort + photography + photo editing and editing, referred to as my husband, thank you very much.
The most intuitive advantage is that it is very close to the scenic spot, and the hotel has sent a ground cable ticket. You can catch up with the small train and the ground cable all the way to see the pandas before the bus group goes up the mountain. After all, the two cat cubs are the sons of Figure 2 after noon.
The second is the private soup spa. My wife soaked for three hours and then praised it for three days.
The third is the chestnut roast chicken and pork ribs roast bamboo shoots in the Chinese restaurant. We also packed a special chestnut. In fact, there is no need to drink fish head pot. The breakfast and afternoon tea in the western restaurant (Figure 1) are not bad either. But for coffee, we both recommend the iced coconut latte from the automatic coffee machine in the lobby, and the coffee for breakfast is bitter.

GGuest UserWe booked the Deluxe Suite, and the room was awesome! Nice furniture's, everything was cleaned well, and the daily service was also very good.
We really liked that the hotel was not so crowed, and the owner could fulfill us every special requirement we had (explain sightseeing trips, provide ticket buying support, organize pick up service, order flowers, etc.). Compared with big hotels with thousands of people as a guest in this hotel you feel very valuable, they really try to take care of you so you can enjoy your stay.
The environment is very silent, when you wake up in the morning you can enjoy the silence, listen to the birds and enjoy the view at the lake.
Tho hotel is very close (only around 5km) to Nanshan Bamboo forest and also to the Yushui hotsprings, which makes it also very convenient.
We really appreciated the service in this hotel and would definitely come back in future.

TThe NomadThe hotel is very nice and it's like a unique experience. We stayed in the family themed room. My booking had the hotspring and welcoming fruit included. The place is huge as a resort with different restaurants, hot spring, and many activities. There are other hotels but I believe this one is the best among them. Coco from the reception speaks perfect English and guided us to the room. Kevin is also very helpful he took me to the Japanese restaurant to check the menu, and made sure I had a comfortable stay. Honestly great service.
