"A very good hotel with a good location and convenient parking. It is right next to Wuyue Plaza. The front desk staff is very considerate. Seeing that we brought children, they upgraded the room to a king-size bed and provided children's toiletries. You can choose a set meal for a more affordable price. It happened to be windy and rainy during the two days I came. "I always choose Holiday Inn when I travel. Let's talk about the pros and cons of this hotel.
Pros: It is close to the business district and has underground parking lots with many locations, but the parking lot is winding.

The room was set half a month before the festival and the note was that the high floor was good for viewing. The 5th floor was finally arranged facing the lake. The viewing location was very good and I was very satisfied.
The hotel is old, but the maintenance is OK. The platform on the second floor is used to transform it into a children's play area and a small garden. The gym equipment is also very complete.
The breakfast room service is also very good, all of them take the initiative to help.
The only thing that is not very good is the sound insulation, the bathroom mouthwash sound room is clear, and the corridor sound is also clear."

A lot of these activities are within walking distance from the hotel and if you’re not a fan of walking, the hotel provides free transportation to all the surrounding sites and amenities. The room was spacious and the staff cleaned the room thoroughly every morning. The views from our room were stunning and the service was flawless. My family and I will definitely be returning and we’ll be recommending it to everyone. 👍🏾🥰"

00超驚喜的南山竹海民宿體驗，住兩天都捨不得走！ 來南山竹海旅遊，最幸運的就是選對了這家民宿！住了整整兩天，從入住到離開全程舒心，完全超出預期～ 民宿的環境真的太戳我了！屋後有棵掛滿果實的柿子樹，紅澄澄的果子襯着白牆，隨手一拍都是田園小景。旁邊還有一方池塘，風吹過泛起漣漪，配上週圍的綠植，滿是詩情畫意，坐在這裏發呆都覺得愜意。我住的房間帶獨立陽台，清晨拉開窗簾就能呼吸到山林間的清新空氣，遠離城市喧囂，太治癒了！ 重點誇誇老闆家的招牌魚頭！都是自家新鮮現做的，湯汁奶白濃郁，魚肉鮮嫩無腥，一口下去鮮掉眉毛，連湯都忍不住喝光，絕對是來這兒不能錯過的美味～ 而且民宿衞生做得超到位，房間裏一塵不染，床品乾淨柔軟，住着特別安心。就是第二天那個雞不太好吃，裏面的配菜筍和蘑菇還可以。 老闆和老闆娘人也特別熱情，會耐心推薦遊玩路線，還會分享當地小眾打卡點，細節處滿是貼心。不管是環境、衞生還是美食，都無可挑剔，下次來南山竹海一定還住這兒！推薦給所有來旅遊的朋友，閉眼沖不踩雷～

The hotel is located in Zhuxi Valley, hidden in the sea of bamboo, with independent villas in the north and south. It is like a fairyland in the morning after the rain, and every corner is full of oriental Zen.
Room experience:
The room is 153 square meters, spacious and comfortable, with a hot spring and a swimming pool. The MINI bar is free, and Guangxi Bama 1000 ml mineral water is standard. When checking in, the housekeeper Xiao Guo (Guo Chengxiang) arranged a petal turndown service in advance.
Catering service:
There are many varieties of Western and Chinese breakfast. The package booked by Ctrip gave two meals. I thought the catering would be perfunctory, but it turned out to be amazing! Seasonal bamboo shoots, river shrimp, yellow croaker, Liyang special black rice, etc. are super delicious and memorable.
Details and highlights:
The front desk, restaurant, and room service staff all serve with a smile. Special praise should be given to the 24-hour private butler Xiao Guo (Guo Chengxiang), who was very considerate and responsive. I have to give him a thumbs up.
In short, Zhuxi Valley is worthy of being the top luxury hotel in Jiangsu Province, and it will be the first choice for the next vacation.

GGuest UserThe service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there.
The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it.
The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴.
So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake.
Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel.
Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place.

SSamierFor three days and two nights, I am very grateful to Mr. Du Fang, who saved me a lot of thought and time for this driver + escort + photography + photo editing and editing, referred to as my husband, thank you very much.
The most intuitive advantage is that it is very close to the scenic spot, and the hotel has sent a ground cable ticket. You can catch up with the small train and the ground cable all the way to see the pandas before the bus group goes up the mountain. After all, the two cat cubs are the sons of Figure 2 after noon.
The second is the private soup spa. My wife soaked for three hours and then praised it for three days.
The third is the chestnut roast chicken and pork ribs roast bamboo shoots in the Chinese restaurant. We also packed a special chestnut. In fact, there is no need to drink fish head pot. The breakfast and afternoon tea in the western restaurant (Figure 1) are not bad either. But for coffee, we both recommend the iced coconut latte from the automatic coffee machine in the lobby, and the coffee for breakfast is bitter.

Customer service - from the moment I checked in, I received friendly, helpful, and sincere customer service. I was given help when I asked about buses to Yushui hot spring. The breakfast was very delicious (eggs, salad, noodles, bacon, yoghurt, cakes, baozi, corn, sweet potato, rice, soup, and more).

Sitting under the eaves of the room and daydreaming, I felt like I could relax for the whole day and say goodbye to the hustle and bustle of the city. This feeling of returning to nature is great. The B&B service is also very considerate. The housekeeper will contact us in advance, set up a group, introduce the facilities of the B&B, and reserve meals. We ordered a set meal for 2 people, which was delicious and large in quantity. The breakfast was a set meal, which was also delicious. Whether it is the bamboo forest, tea mountain, river beach, courtyard, or swimming pool, there are surprises everywhere! The fresh air after the rain makes people want to take a deep breath. Special thanks to the housekeeper Xiao Xu for the careful arrangement, free room upgrade, and meticulous and thoughtful tips, which made us feel the enthusiasm and sincerity of the hotel. Although the hot spring is not big, it is enough to soak away the fatigue brought by the mountain climbing and have a good night's sleep. The breakfast is mainly Chinese and tastes good. The hotel is also close to Nanshan Bamboo Sea and Dajue Temple. It is worth coming again!
