"Our initial room wasn't great, but the staff helped us pick a room with a beautiful view, which was fantastic! 👍 The hotel breakfast had a good variety, but the Chinese restaurant's set meal wasn't worth the price. We barely touched the tofu and black rice, and the plate of four pan-fried buns had a pickled vegetable filling 😓. The only good thing was the fish head soup, which was very fresh and delicious 😋. The hot springs ♨️ are conveniently located right next to the hotel. It was so relaxing to soak there and wash away the fatigue, and it wasn't crowded at all, which was a bonus. The Bamboo Sea wasn't crowded either, and we didn't have to wait in line for the mini-train 🚄 or the cable car 🚡. The only downside was the slightly overcast weather; it would have been perfect if it had been sunny!"

"The hotel is listed as a Great Wall 5-star hotel. Overall, the facilities are a little old compared to the newly built ones, but the software services include free room upgrades, welcome fruits in the room, robot delivery, delicious breakfast, free parking, and the hotel is also located in the city center, close to Suning Plaza."

"The room was clean, the pool temperature was perfect and the water was crystal clear. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. We arrived quite late, but the lady at the front desk was incredibly helpful and enthusiastically allowed us to check out at 3 PM! A perfect spring getaway experience! We'll definitely be back! Plus, the Liyang City Museum and a park are just 600 meters away, making for a pleasant stroll admiring flowers and enjoying the sun."

"My kid insisted on a hot spring hotel for Chinese New Year, and since we'd pretty much stayed at all the ones in Nanjing, we opted for Hantian in Tianmu Lake. **Cleanliness:** The hotel's overall cleanliness was really good, from the rooms to the hot springs and the restaurant. **Environment:** The environment is genuinely lovely, nestled by mountains and water. The resort is also quite spacious, perfect for kids. **Facilities:** The room was big enough, but the facilities felt a bit outdated. There's plenty of parking, but spaces near the main building are scarce, so you often have to park at P4. Although there's a shuttle, it still felt a bit inconvenient. **Service:** The service was genuinely excellent. Before our arrival, a dedicated butler contacted us, sent us the location, and reminded us about breakfast times. **Welcome Fruit & Minibar:** We stayed two nights, and they provided these daily. We didn't finish the fruit on the first day, but they still replenished it on the second. The minibar also had a good variety, including two cans of beer, which saved us a trip out. **Couple's 180° Lake View Half-Mountain Hot Spring Tickets:** They also included daily hot spring tickets and trampoline park tickets. The hot springs were indeed fantastic, with many pools. The lakeside pools offered breathtaking views, and with the good weather these past two days, we could even see the Big Dipper."

The staff at Chang Le were incredibly welcoming, providing excellent service from the moment they drove me up the mountain in an electric cart, to the explanations along the way, and even the patient explanations of the facilities in the treehouse. The service was exceptionally attentive and meticulous. Both the hot springs at the summit and the private hot springs in my room had excellent water quality and were very comfortable. The environment was quiet, and the hiking around the mountain provided just the right amount of exercise for a relaxing vacation. A very satisfying trip."

"Tianmu Lake Hotel is located at No. 588 Yingbin Avenue, Tianmu Lake Tourism Resort, Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province. It is a five-star hotel with Tianmu Lake in front of the hotel. The hotel has a good environment and is clean. The lake view room we stayed in faces the scenery of Tianmu Lake. The air is good. Standing on the balcony of the room, I feel comfortable looking at the landscape lake. Tianmu Lake Fisherman's Head Soup, which was first created by the catering department of Tianmu Lake Hotel, is a major feature of the hotel. This time I came here to taste it. The fisherman's head soup tastes good, and I also tasted other varieties of dishes. The restaurant waiters are thoughtful and worthy of praise. The self-service breakfast restaurant in the hotel has a good environment, facing Tianmu Lake, with a variety of breakfast varieties, and Western-style snacks are worth tasting. The waiters are enthusiastic and caring for the elderly and help them deliver meals to the table, which is worthy of praise."

"This is my 2nd stay at the hotel. The hotel is very popular with corporate and school events. Room given has problem with the socket points the 2nd night of staying. Reception offered to change room but we decided to just let them help with charging our phones. Breakfast spread is quite limited."

Because I'm a bit lazy and missed breakfast, Xiao Rui even packed some breakfast and delivered it to my room – I'm very grateful! (Haha, I think for a relaxing vacation hotel, offering more flexibility with breakfast options would be better, catering to those who like to sleep in but still want breakfast). Overall, it's a good choice, and I'd consider staying here again sometime. Also, the service at the Thai hot pot restaurant was quite good."

"There are few types of early dining, which are very average and need to be improved. The swimming pool and gym are outsourced, not very clean, and there are mosquitoes. The swimming pool is full of children's training before 1 o'clock, and hotel guests can't go in, which doesn't feel good. The hotel room is very large, and the attitude of the waiters is okay."
