As an older, established hotel, everything felt reliable. Upon arrival, we were greeted with delicious cookies. The facilities are great, and the breakfast was abundant and tasty. A special thanks to Xiaolan at the front desk for her warm service; she saw we had children and helped us upgrade to a 2 PM late check-out. The hotel's swimming pool is excellent, and it's also convenient for dining and shopping nearby."
