Aside from the price, there's nothing wrong with it.
Upon arrival, we were greeted by a friendly team and offered welcome drinks. The host then took us on a tour, explaining the various facilities, the restaurants, and the dress code. We were given complimentary rum punch in our room, and coffee and tea were provided free of charge.
Because our flight wasn't until 11 PM, and it was off-season, we asked the front desk, and they gave us a free late checkout until 6 PM. The service was impeccable. If you were wondering around the hotel, a staff member would come and ask if you needed any assistance.
The only downside was that it was winter, and the wind was strong, so many sea activities were canceled. However, this didn't affect the beautiful scenery at all. In the morning, we were treated to a stunning sunrise.
