Spent a week skiing with the family and a large group of friends. It was great to come back to the Neuepost every evening to chill in either the outdoor roof top pool or the pool and spa in the basement. There was plenty there to keep the kids occupied in the evening, games room, pool table, Xbox etc ... The restaurant was top quality with plenty of variety at breakfast and the evening meal was fine dining. The staff at the hotel were very obliging and couldn't do enough for you. A real credit to the hotel. Two small gripes 1) the room was quite dated and not up to the same standard as the rest of the hotel. Nothing at all wrong with it just a little below the rest of the surroundings. 2) teas and coffees were charged at the lunch. Seemed a little mean All told though looking forward to returning

What a fantastic hotel! Absolutely brilliant location; walking distance (150m?) between the two main lifts either side of the valley. Superb food (fab chef) and very attentive and smiley waiters and waitresses. Our room had been recently renovated and was no less than stunning. Beautiful deep bath (plenty of hot water) and a separate rain shower and normal shower too; plus his and hers sinks. Lovely super king double bed that was super comfy. Warm room with plenty of space and places to dry clothes. Good boot room with heated boot racks. Skis could be stored here and the room was locked overnight. The whole hotel was clean and a complete delight. The only criticism would be the very loud bar next door, however I had read about the bar on here prior to travelling and took earplugs, which did the job! Overall I loved this hotel and would definitely come back again. Thankyou to the team at the Brucke. 😀

Enjoyed such a warm and welcoming stay in Mayrhofen. With a great location, Glück Auf was very clean and comfortable accommodation, with a lovely breakfast every morning and incredibly kind service. I'm the oddball who visited in winter and doesn't ski (my husband does), so, while perfectly contented to hang out in our cozy and well-appointed room or just walk through town, our hostess offered me literature on activities and suggestions for hikes--and I'm so pleased she did! Experienced one of my most memorable and meaningful hikes in the near vicinity and will always be grateful for her above-and-beyond thoughtfulness, truly ensuring that both of us felt at home and enjoyed our stay. Would happily return to Glück Auf!
