"Mike and his wonderful team were amazing. We were made to feel so welcome. Rooms first class, breakfast amazing. Location spot on. Ski bus right outside front door. We returned home and booked again for 2025 within a day. We didn’t want to chance not getting this hotel. We are a family of 12. We all agreed that the hotel has everything, and nothing else in Mayrhofen came close to it. Mikes Sports bar is also amazing, vibrant and buzzing. Can’t wait to return again. Thank you Mike and Team."

"The new building with the spa area is really beautiful... because it's very spacious, guests are spread out well, so it's pleasantly quiet everywhere... The food looks very good, but the taste is average. The service is really hit and miss. On the first day, a very friendly and attentive waitress, but on the second day, unfortunately, the complete opposite. The rooms are okay; the older part is quite dated, but clean."

Katerina was born to be a host and is so friendly and helpful, nothing is a problem. If you are skiing the bus and train station are within close walking distance. If you have not been to Mayrhofen, it's a beautiful alpine village made for a post card."

Groups eat separately from a la carte guests. Unfortunately, I discovered that my clothes smelled very much of grease and cooking fumes after eating."

The highway noise is not audible in the complex. Rooms are not very large but comfortable. Housekeeping is every third day and only towels are changed and garbage is removed. No vacuuming or change of sheets is done. Parking is earmarked for each apartment."

"What a fabulous hotel, from the moment we arrived the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Our room was a good size, well equipped and very clean. The food was excellent, although we couldn’t eat every course. The spa is the perfect way to end the day after walking around the mountains. I also had a massage which was very good. The location is perfect and it is fairly quiet at night which was perfect for a good night’s sleep. We did ask for extra pillows as they were too soft for us. We are definitely coming back next year as we need to spend more time exploring the area and the hotel is the best place to stay."

Conveniently located the hotel is a short walk to the main street with shops and restaurants. Also very close to the 2 cable car stations serving each side of the valley. The host was very friendly and welcoming and we would certainly stay again."
