The positives: The room was clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. The location is right in the heart of the city and within easy walking distance to plenty of shops and cafés. Breakfast has a good selection of à la carte options alongside a continental spread.
A few small areas for improvement: You could hear other guests talking on the corridor. The room door was a bit squeaky and could use some oil, the city view wasn’t particularly impressive, and it would be a nice touch if complimentary mineral water was provided.
Overall, a convenient and comfortable choice for a city stay.

I've always been a big fan of Indigo hotels worldwide, and this Indigo in Melbourne didn't disappoint. The room was just as artistic as pictured, and I have to commend the front desk service – it was really warm and welcoming. My favorite was Catherine, the restaurant server; she was super nice.
