Indigo properties in Melbourne

The hotel has a great location with easy access to most places. The room was clean and well-maintained. Service was excellent, and the staff were very helpful, including assisting with airport transfer arrangements. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay.

This is a very new hotel with modern facilities and design, located inside a shopping mall. You can go downstairs for shopping, and Mecca is right next door. There are cafes and ice cream shops in the alley opposite. For breakfast, each person gets one menu item, two sides, and a drink, while other breads and fruits are self-service. It was quite crowded on the weekend. Ordering and serving took a bit longer, but it was fine at other times. We even managed to have breakfast on the day we had an early departure for the Great Ocean Road. I'd like to commend the hotel reception. They were very warm and thoughtful, providing us with a map and directions. Since we arrived early, they notified us as soon as a room became available.
