If you are planning to attend Oktoberfest, this hotel is perfectly located just opposite the grounds. Also, a shopping mall is just as close by for some shopping and restaurants. It’s just quite a distance to walk from Munich Central Station, about 15-20 mins.
Room is clean and amenities are adequate. Best to bring personal items though.
Service staff are helpful and informative.

The hotel is still under construction, so the sidewalk is a bit affected. Location is 2 km from Maria Square and 20 minutes walk. It is suitable for a walk back to the hotel. The room facilities are quite complete and the big bed is comfortable. Next to it is Saturn Electric City. Parking is underground, 24 Euros is capped for one day, and the elevator goes directly to the lobby. You can also stop the road, 9 to 23 o'clock, 1 euro for an hour, 6 euros for a day, next to the meter to pay, is the location is more difficult to find, there are still.
New hotel, very clean and very close to the thesis pad! In the 4th room is also enough room and even a kitchen. Very recommended for October or Spring Festival!

No aircon so probably unbearable during summer season. Front of house is nice. The lady provide me with a fan to pull through hot weather.
Shower place a bit small but ok, acceptable for me.
I like how they number their room. (As per photo) very interesting!
The name is Munich Deluxe Hotel, but the actual check in has to go to MunichCity on the right side of the adjacent side. Because there were no instructions and reminders, I didn't find it at first, and turned around the door for several times.
The front desk staff contacted three people, and the two men were not very enthusiastic and lazy. The lady was very enthusiastic and provided some instructions and explanations.
There are Netflix and Disney channels on TV, and the speed of free wifi is satisfactory.
The free breakfast is good. The category is quite rich and the milk is very fragrant.

Amazing
JJasonxianshengLocation: It is within the scope of the train station, but it is still far away from the central train station München Hauptbahnhof. However, there is another station Hackerbrücke that is closer. If you come from the airport, it is also very simple. Pass the main station and take one more stop. After getting off the bus, walk for about 10-15 minutes. If you want to take Flixbus to Neuschwanstein Castle, the central bus station is also very close, and it only takes 10-15 minutes to walk there.
Hotel environment: The room space is very large, and the current room facilities are relatively good. Because it has not been open for a long time, I live on the first floor and there is a large terrace. The gym is not big, but it is enough.
Service: Courteous, friendly, and well-behaved, but there is a reminder to clean the room every 4 days after check-in. If you have special requirements, you can contact the front desk.
Breakfast: very ordinary, just white rice! ! ! But the hotel is very good and provides 24-hour free drinks in the dining area.
Disadvantages: It should be that the shower head in the shower room is not good and the water output is insufficient (maybe the hotel is trying to save water and the shower is not smooth!), but the water pressure is actually enough.
PPAO TIENThe waiters in the hotel are all young and courteous with a bright appearance. The corridors of the hotel are in a dark curtain style. The rooms are a bit small and the bathrooms are very well-designed. The breakfast is the best I have ever eaten. Standard, the only complaint is that it is a little far from the station, and the lights in the room will automatically turn off after a period of time due to power saving, which is very annoying
JJliairenaoFacilities: Very new, no main light design, refrigerator, shower and bathtub
Hygiene: Cleaned every day, well maintained
Location: Near the train station, very close to the subway and convenient for buses
The third bed in the triple room is a sofa bed, the room is not big and compact
WWilson MC LimI recently stayed at this hotel in Munich, and I was thoroughly impressed! The highlight of my stay was definitely the breakfast—delicious, affordable, and offering a great variety. From freshly baked bread and pastries to tasty local dishes, everything was perfectly prepared. The coffee was excellent, and the overall atmosphere in the breakfast area was warm and welcoming.
The room was clean and comfortable, with all the essentials provided. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile.
If you’re looking for a budget-friendly hotel in Munich that doesn’t compromise on quality, especially when it comes to breakfast, this is the place for you! I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the city.
GGuest UserAfter checking in, I discovered there was no air conditioning. They charged me an extra 20 euros per night to change me to a room with air conditioning. The price on the platform had dropped significantly that day (only 1500 for three nights), but the front desk refused to cancel and rebook. I spent 2500 for three nights, and it felt like poor value. The bathroom was tiny, barely enough for my small frame, and the bath towels were tattered, like rags, with lots of threads. Luckily, I brought my own. I guess European hotels are just awful. My advice is to avoid it if you're traveling in China; we could have stayed at a Hilton for that price.
