I was truly impressed the moment I walked in! The space is huge, and the wooden-style decor feels both cozy and luxurious. "We were staying in the room with camping car setting. Overall the room Is clean and new. Kids love it. Breakfast was great with a variety of western/Chinese choice. We couldn’t see any stars through the window. The check in Was slow and inefficient. Only one staff serving the whole group check in While we were not handled separately as a private family guest. The description on trip.com was wrong too. There is no bike rental and the gym room
is not good. Only 3 machines and two of them were not working."

"My husband and I are photography enthusiasts. We have always wanted to go to Kanas to take pictures of the scenery. We stayed in the Fairy Tale Castle by chance. First of all, the room theme on the page attracted me. It was very unique. After checking in, I found that it was like a treasure house. The old Ou furniture was very distinctive, with a bit of Western classical fairy tale romance. I took a few photos to share with you. It is really worth the experience. The boss was very enthusiastic to take us to visit various theme rooms and upgraded our room type for free. 👍 If I have the opportunity to come to Xinjiang next time, I will definitely stay for a longer time"

"I was worried about hotels not changing sheets during the off-season, so I chose a chain hotel. But… you might say it's unhygienic, since they did change the sheets. And you might say it's clean, but both beds had a lot of hair under the duvet covers and sheets. Guests should take note; there really is a lot of hair. The photo was taken at night, so the lighting is dim, making it a bit hard to see. In daylight, it's very clear because their linens are quite thin, and you can see all the hair underneath. Not giving a bad review is to let the hotel improve its hygiene; not everyone will give you a good review."

"This guesthouse is easily one of the best I've stayed at in China, absolutely top-notch for under 1000 RMB. Let me start with the location: it's right on the edge of Burqin's downtown, super convenient. The surrounding area is full of new buildings, and I get the feeling a lot of young travelers come here. The neighborhood and architecture are all very new, and there are plenty of restaurants around.
Now, about the guesthouse itself: it's also very new, and the decor is meticulously designed, a blend of Southern European, African, and Kazakh styles. The furniture and everything inside are brand new. The entire first floor is essentially a common area, perfect for young people from all walks of life to chat and connect. Most hotels and guesthouses lack such communal spaces, but Guli not only has one, it's also really cozy and stylish.
Moving on to the rooms, they are exceptionally spacious and spotlessly clean. All the furniture is new, there's ample space for luggage, and the bathroom is clean with great attention to detail.
Finally, the breakfast and service: breakfast was fantastic – real home-style cooking that genuinely fills you up, healthy too, with lots of choices. The yogurt felt like it was freshly made in-house. The lobby on the first floor also offers free drinks, even sparkling water, which isn't cheap. Yet, despite the high number of guests, no one takes advantage. The front desk staff are incredibly professional and thoughtful, very warm and personable. They helped us with our luggage and even walked us to the door.
All in all, this truly is one of the best guesthouses we've ever stayed at in China! Our trip felt much more worthwhile thanks to Guli."

The cleanliness is top-notch: the entire place is spotless, the bedding is soft and odorless, and even the corners are thoroughly cleaned. It felt incredibly reassuring to stay here.
The service is thoughtful and attentive: the owner and staff are warm and friendly, respond promptly, and even provide detailed travel tips and recommend local delicacies. It was a heartwarming experience from start to finish.

"Clean hotel and good location! The check in process is so easy for foreigner. Easy to communicate with the person in charge at the hotel. Walking distance to go to Kanas Bridge Tower and food area, only 2 traffic lights away from the hostel. They helps me to call for a carpool taxi to go to Kanas National Geopark with the good price, same as local price even you are foreigner! The owner gave us great advice on daily sightseeing, especially suggesting we watch the Milky Way and meteor showers at Hongbas Prairie at night, which was spectacular and romantic. The front desk staff thoughtfully prepared dried fruits, floral tea, and nuts for us, and even treated us to Hami melon and gave us lavender essential oil when we left. The breakfast was rich, and the living environment was quiet and comfortable. A perfect experience!

Any skier knows the struggle! M Hotel has perfected ski-in/ski-out convenience right at the west side of Jikpurin Ski Resort. Just clip on your skis, and it's a matter of minutes from the slopes to the hotel entrance. No more lugging heavy gear around, which means I can squeeze in a couple more runs each day – this experience is truly top-notch!
The breakfast buffet is a true energy station for skiers, with such a dazzling array of choices. Hot, freshly-made noodles, fragrant local baked buns, fresh fruit and yogurt, plus various Western options. After a morning of skiing, a hearty meal here instantly recharges you, fueling up for an afternoon of endless runs.
And the service? Absolutely impeccable. The staff are all enthusiastic and reliable. Upon check-in, they proactively helped us with our skis and stored our equipment, even thoughtfully reminding us about the day's open slopes and weather changes. When we rushed out for early morning skiing, the restaurant specifically reserved seats for us. And when we returned late at night, the front desk was always on duty, ready to assist with any request – truly warm and thoughtful service throughout.
I wholeheartedly recommend M Hotel to all friends coming to ski at Jikpurin. Staying here doubles your skiing enjoyment. I'll definitely be back here on my next trip!

GGuest UserThere's a butler named Abdilaziz, and he was truly excellent and incredibly attentive. His service was outstanding, and he's definitely who left the biggest impression on me! I messaged him late at night because I was hungry and couldn't get takeout, and he brought us food from his own dorm. We also needed nail clippers, and he specifically went to the supermarket to buy them for us! My impression of Xinjiang people is getting better and better – it's truly a heart-for-heart exchange! He's an absolutely amazing butler! I hope Brother Abao continues to do well! The hotel environment is also very new and I love it. I'll definitely choose this place again next time.

Restaurant: The chef at dinner cooked delicious dishes, and we went back to the hotel for dinner every night. We arrived at the hotel at 11pm on the first day. The chef worked overtime and waited for us to arrive before cooking. It was so considerate.
Breakfast: The breakfast included in the room rate could be richer. The coffee and snacks we ordered were very good. Thank you to the chef for working overtime early in the morning on the first day to make delicious brown sugar rice cakes for us. Unfortunately, there were too many customers the next day and we couldn't order snacks, but we could still order coffee. The latte tasted very fragrant and the milk was very pure.

The B&B owner provided excellent service; the breakfast was incredibly delicious, and they even helped us take pictures with their impressive photography skills! There are also two super cute and friendly dogs. When we left, they even gave us some snacks. The whole experience was wonderful and comfortable; we had a fantastic two-day stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! They upgraded our room to a log cabin, which was spacious and beautifully designed. During winter, however, it was a bit inconvenient since the cabin is separate from the main building, making it harder for our kids to go for breakfast. I requested a transfer to a room in the main building, and the staff arranged it promptly — very helpful.
We also had an early departure, and the hotel thoughtfully packed breakfast and snacks for our kids. The only minor issue was that the bidet in our room (1217) was broken, but overall, the service was superb. Breakfast buffet was decent as well. Highly recommend for their excellent service and accommodating staff!

EEulaverseI really love this place! First of all, it’s very near to the attractions, especially Hemu Bridge and the platform, which makes it very convenient. They have a café and the cookies are a must-try—I absolutely loved them, especially with the coffee.
They also have a restaurant, and the free breakfast was very filling, with bread, siopao, and eggs, plus milk. The staff are very kind and hospitable. They even offer free treats that you can claim at the café, including coffee and sweet treats.
The staff who assisted us in our room explained everything clearly and even helped me look for my son’s gloves that fell near our room. That level of care really made our stay special. Highly recommended!
