The breakfast is great! Some nice restaurant and convenient stall nearby in walking distance. A goodie bag being given upon check out, mineral water, coffee and tissue. Overall satisfied, a high CP hotel."

We didn't really like the architecture in the town, and were looking for something that is more representative of the local Kazakh majority in town (definitely not the pseudo-European or Russian vibes in the market). This hotel had the right idea and blended in Kazakh elements with modern feelings. We arrived late, but the staff were very accommodating and offered us the complimentary afternoon tea even though it was after hours. We really like the quality of coffee at the hotel.
