"I absolutely love this hotel! I first discovered it ten years ago during my initial visit to Cangzhou, and ever since, whenever I pass through, I always choose to stay here. After all these years, the hotel is still so well-maintained, which really shows their high standards. The lobby is grand, bright, and features cultural elements, offering complimentary drinks and snacks to guests. The front desk staff are warm, professional, and patient, and the lobby manager is very friendly, proactively engaging with guests and introducing local attractions. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious, with windows for ventilation and humidifiers. The facilities are meticulously maintained, especially the bathroom and shower, which have grab bars for safety – a thoughtful touch. The toiletries are also high-quality. The breakfast is incredibly diverse and plentiful, with good quality. They deliver drinks, yogurt, and fruit to the room, and phone requests are handled promptly and efficiently. The parking lot is large enough, and the attendants are polite and courteous. The hotel's location is convenient, right off the Beijing-Taiwan Expressway, with beautiful surroundings and plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The attention to detail in their service truly reflects how much they value the customer experience. Highly recommended!"

"The hotel is perfectly located just 5 minutes walk from the railway station. The rooms were spotless; modern, clean, and had all the amenities. Clean bedding, comfortable and firm mattress, good heating system, good flow of water and hot water, and good WiFi. The breakfast buffet was amazing. All in all, a great hotel and an excellent value for money."

"Xiao Li at the hotel reception was very attentive, quickly checking me in and resolving any issues promptly. The room was spacious, bright, cozy, and comfortable, with a comfortable bed, a great environment, and good natural light! It even had a table. It was very quiet. The hotel breakfast was incredibly satisfying. I'm usually very picky about breakfast, but this hotel's breakfast completely exceeded my expectations. The ingredients were very fresh, the taste was amazing, and the variety was abundant. The breakfast buffet was plentiful, with separate sections for cold and hot dishes. Plus, it's very close to the shopping street, making it convenient and quick to get around. A very good hotel!"

"There were a few things I wasn't happy about. Firstly, after I had already checked in, I was told that my complimentary upgraded room was next to a renovation. I found that a bit hard to understand. Secondly, the room had a strong odor, and there were charcoal packets in the drawers. When I asked if it was a newly renovated room, the front desk said no, but the smell was definitely present. The hotel's infrastructure was decent, and the layout was also quite good. What sets this hotel apart from others, however, is that the staff aren't very enthusiastic. In such a large hotel, only one cleaning lady greeted us. Also, the sound of someone reprimanding an employee in the lobby was extremely loud, which was quite unnecessary. Having stayed in many high-end hotels from south to north, the hardware facilities at this hotel are truly excellent, but the service level definitely needs improvement. Overall, I really liked it, but attention to detail is also needed."

"This is currently one of my favorite hotels in Cangzhou, the rooms are spacious and impeccably clean, and the breakfast is excellent. A charming French bakery on one end of the hotel offers coffee and pastries with an English menu, perfect for foreign guests unfamiliar with local food apps. There isn’t much English-speaking staff, understandable given Cangzhou’s limited foreign tourism, the language barrier posed no issues at all. Would definitely come back to this hotel again !"

"Tianyue Grand Hotel is definitely going into my list of top hotels i’ve stayed at thus far. The ambience of the hotel was great, the environment was nice, breakfast had a good spread & more importantly the service and hospitality here was incredible. The staff who attended to me went above and beyond to make this stay feel like home & I’ve really not come across any hotel with such service. Moreover, there are also complimentary fruit bowls, light snacks & wantons provided for guests throughout the duration of your stay. After checkout, the staff also gave some light snacks and drinks as a gesture of appreciation. Overall, it was a memorable stay & I 10/10 would recommend this hotel to any travellers coming to Cangzhou."

"Overall very satisfied with a stay. The environment is clean and tidy, the decoration is simple and generous, the room space is sufficient, and the bedding is comfortable. The service staff is warm and polite and the check-in efficiency is high. The surrounding transportation is convenient and eating is very convenient. The price is very good, the experience is full, and I will come again next time."

"Facilities: Fully equipped. Cleanliness: Spotless. Environment: Great! 👍 Service: Excellent! 👌 Parking was convenient and free, plus they have charging stations. The front desk deserves special commendation! 👍 Because I had an appointment, the young lady at the front desk extended my check-out time to the afternoon. Breakfast starts at 6:30 AM and the food was quite good. I was extremely satisfied with this stay. Next time I'm in Cangzhou, I'll only stay at 'Arcadia'!"
