If it's not warm enough, you can't even play, and the wind will make you question your life choices. 2. All the outdoor play equipment is rusty, and it's not open when the temperature is low. Other outdoor public areas are littered with trash and unkempt. It's also not very friendly to children under 6. 3. The soft play area is very small and extremely stuffy.
