The only minor drawback is that the washing machines in the laundry room are not very user-friendly."

"The rooms are clean and staff are very polite and hardworking. The location is near the Hanghua Airport and an hr’s ride from Changsha city. Besides the Dalucun metro is like a 15 min walk from the hotel. So he can reach the railway station very easily as well. The morning breakfast has many options for both western and Chinese meals in the buffet. There is a small convenience store as well where one can find most of the useful items. All in all it was a good experience staying here. One thing that can improve is the exhausting in the bathroom/toilet"

"The room was decent, and we got upgraded to a suite. The shuttle service was quite good. Breakfast, however, was very mediocre, especially considering the 500+ yuan price; it was basically all carbs. The laundry room was a bit disappointing. After over an hour of washing and drying, plus another three hours of just drying, our clothes still weren't dry. There were no laundry bags provided, and no laundry service available."

The airport transfer service is also punctual, reliable, and convenient. It truly rivals some 4 or 5-star hotels in major cities. I especially appreciated the thoughtful little tips and notes found in the hallways and rooms. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a spectacular view of planes taking off and landing, both morning and night, and yet, once closed, there's no noise. It was an excellent experience, though unfortunately, my trip was so rushed that I only stayed for a very short night before catching an early morning flight. I would definitely choose this hotel again if needed; it's truly great value for money."

"This hotel is near the airport, and there is a free shuttle bus for a few minutes, which is very convenient. There is a small balcony in the room. It is very pleasant to sit there and open the window for a cup of tea. The environment outside the hotel is also very comfortable. There is also a restaurant next to it, affordable. Unfortunately, I don't have time, otherwise I want to stay a few more days."

"I was very satisfied with the hotel! We drove there and were able to park for free for several days. The staff at the front desk, both the guys and girls, were really great. The shampoo in the room smelled lovely – I even contacted housekeeping to buy a few bottles to take home with me. The soundproofing in the hotel is excellent. If you're staying for several days, it's very convenient for laundry and the gym. It's also easy to go out for a walk, and getting to the city center by subway is super convenient. For the price, the value for money is exceptional. Highly recommend!"

The front desk staff were patient and meticulous during check-in, even thoughtfully preparing a small gift for our child and arranging welcome toiletries. These little details made us feel incredibly warm and appreciated. The guest rooms are spacious with excellent natural light, clean, and free of any odors. The layout, with its wet and dry separation, is ideal for families. The bedding was comfortable and soft, and the nights were exceptionally quiet, ensuring both our elders and children slept soundly. The bathroom and shower are also wet/dry separated, impeccably clean, and fully stocked with amenities. The large bathtub was a particular hit with our child, providing a super therapeutic soak in the evenings. Room facilities are smart and convenient, with electric curtains and screen-casting TVs enhancing the overall comfort. There's ample storage space, allowing us to keep our luggage organized without feeling cluttered. The Hunan rice noodles at the mall's restaurants offered authentic local flavors, with different options daily, keeping both our child happy and our elders full of praise. The hotel's amenities are comprehensive. The indoor heated pool is clean and clear, and our child wanted to swim every day. The gym is well-equipped, allowing adults to work out anytime. The public areas are adorned with greenery, creating an elegant environment perfect for a leisurely stroll. Getting around from the hotel is easy. The subway provides direct access to city attractions, and taxis are readily available, making it simple to explore Changsha. What truly impressed us was the warmth of the service. Any request was met with a quick response, and staff proactively helped solve problems, truly making us feel at home. The hotel's hygiene management is strict, with every corner spotless and high safety standards, giving us complete peace of mind when staying with family. For a family outing or vacation, this hotel offers exceptional value for money. It's new, the service is excellent, and the environment is superb, perfectly balancing comfort and convenience. This stay created wonderful memories, and our whole family was extremely satisfied. We will definitely choose this hotel again when we return to Changsha – we wholeheartedly recommend it!"

"The facilities were decent, and it was clean and tidy. The environment was good, and the service was excellent. They picked me up from the subway station at night and even dropped me off at the airport the next morning. It was truly great! I regret not staying here sooner. I'll definitely stay here again next time I have an early flight! The only minor thing was that the slippers were a bit thin, haha, but that's typical for disposables, so it's acceptable."

The room was ok and clean, good enough for a rest before continuing traveling. They woke me up on time to take me to the airport."
