The room has a direct lake view; opening the curtains in the morning to see the shimmering lake is instantly soothing. "This is by far the most satisfying hotel I've stayed at in Changsha. It's clean, tidy, and very dry. I previously stayed at a highly-rated hotel that was just mediocre, and another that was extremely damp – I'm not sure why it had such a high rating. I actually chose this hotel because of its convenient location near the airport, but I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service. They offer airport pick-up and drop-off, and the attention to detail is remarkable. The owner promptly resolves any issues, and the breakfast is fantastic. It's also close to Metro Line 6, making getting around very easy, and there's an outlet mall nearby for some shopping."

The pick-up and drop-off from the airport is very fast, you don’t have to wait, just contact the hotel staff. This is much more convenient than in other cities, and the staff’s service attitude is very good and very enthusiastic. Facilities: The room is large in size, with facilities and equipment including a small refrigerator. It is difficult not to score points for having such facilities at this price and star rating. Hygiene: I found a disposable toothbrush used by the previous guest in the bathroom and confiscated it. I contacted the front desk, but there was no explanation... Finally, when I came to the room, I just threw it in the trash can in my bathroom and left."
