"The facilities were decent, and it was clean and tidy. The environment was good, and the service was excellent. They picked me up from the subway station at night and even dropped me off at the airport the next morning. It was truly great! I regret not staying here sooner. I'll definitely stay here again next time I have an early flight! The only minor thing was that the slippers were a bit thin, haha, but that's typical for disposables, so it's acceptable."

"The location is great! My flight got in late, so I just looked for something nearby and was pleasantly surprised. They offered airport pick-up and drop-off to the subway the next day. The room was quite spacious, and I was happy to find a fridge to store some chilled items I bought. The TV also had screen mirroring, which was a nice bonus. For the price, having a large French window with a view was a fantastic surprise. I'll definitely stay here again on my next business trip!"

"I've stayed here multiple times, and adding the hotel on WeChat offers member pricing. From booking to check-in, there have never been any problems.
The navigation is very accurate, and it's easy to find after getting off the bus.
Check-in is quick, and they accept electronic ID cards, which is great for those who don't have identification. The front desk also provides many small items like cotton swabs—thoughtful and free. Most importantly, they are considerate of guests' privacy, handling privacy matters thoroughly without causing any awkwardness."

"This is one of the most affordable accommodations located within walking distance to Changsha International Airport. Its ideal if you just want an affordable place for a good rest before taking off. Although the room is not modern and is actually home-stay style, but it's clean and equipped with all the standard amenities. Upon arrival, the manager even kindly offered to upgrade two of us from one queen-bed room to two single-bed room with sitting toilet free of charge, which we greatly appreciated ☺️ For 2 persons, staying here in a private room with a private bathroom is even better than staying in a shared accommodation in a hostel. We just walked 25 minutes to the airport 👍"

"The owner is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room rates are very reasonable, and the place is clean. They even offer airport drop-off service, which is a huge convenience! On my previous visit, my flight was significantly delayed, and I couldn't confirm my exact arrival time. Yet, the owner kindly waited up for me until 3 AM! This is my second stay here, and I'll definitely be back!"

The air conditioning effect is also very good, and the hygiene is also very clean. It is very comfortable to stay here. The owner is very enthusiastic and even upgraded the room type."

"I've always wanted to visit Meizhou Island, and even after getting off the high-speed train, I was still struggling to decide where to stay. I read reviews and booked this Zhuyan Homestay, only to later discover it's a chain with high ratings in Changsha. I'll definitely stay here again when I visit Changsha! It's a truly conscientious business; they do everything themselves, the service is really nice, and they resolve issues promptly. The rooms are spacious and quiet, and the amenities are all disposable – very thoughtful. There's a direct bus to Meizhou Island just five or six minutes from the hotel – so convenient! Very nice!"

GGuest UserTake the children to punch in the window of the world and the underwater world, specially chose this hotel directly opposite the scenic spot, staying for a full three days is too worry-free! A few minutes walk to the two major parks, no long-distance running. The high-rise panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows are facing the window of the world. Every night, you can watch the beautiful light show of the Ferris wheel in bed. The children lie by the window every evening to see the scenery. The room was cleaned very clean and tidy. The cleaning aunt changed the linen and supplemented the toiletries regularly every day. The front desk staff was very patient and helped in time. The dining and supermarket downstairs were complete. The price-performance ratio of the baby was directly full. Next time I brought my family to live here, it is recommended!

MMario NugrohoThe hotel is very neat and clean, and the space is quite spacious. The owners (husband and wife) are extremely friendly — whenever we had any difficulties, even though they didn’t speak English, they used a translation app and helped us a lot. They enjoy chatting, and we truly appreciate all the kindness they showed during our stay.
An additional note: We checked in at midnight and were welcomed warmly.
We came here just before winter, and having hot water for showering was extremely helpful.
There is a washing machine and a dryer available, and both are free to use.
We chose this hotel because it is close to our child’s campus.
There are many street food stalls around the hotel with delicious and affordable options. There is also a supermarket and a traditional market nearby.
If you come with a vehicle, the parking area is spacious as well.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this place. We would definitely stay again in this hotel on the next visit!

AAnonymous UserService: The hotel is located in a park. The door is relatively hidden and the security factor is okay. You have to swipe your room card to take the elevator. The pick-up and drop-off from the airport is very fast, you don’t have to wait, just contact the hotel staff. This is much more convenient than in other cities, and the staff’s service attitude is very good and very enthusiastic.
Facilities: The room is large in size, with facilities and equipment including a small refrigerator. It is difficult not to score points for having such facilities at this price and star rating.
Hygiene: I found a disposable toothbrush used by the previous guest in the bathroom and confiscated it. I contacted the front desk, but there was no explanation... Finally, when I came to the room, I just threw it in the trash can in my bathroom and left.
