"Super close to the airport with a free shuttle service, and the driver was punctual. The room was clean and well-equipped, and the environment was great. Nikki at the front desk had excellent service. The breakfast was decent, but the restaurant was a bit small and got crowded during peak hours. It wasn't noisy at night, and while the curtains let in a little light, I still slept pretty well. It's very convenient for early morning flights, highly recommended!"

"🚇 **Location:** Traveling with kids for a competition at the Exhibition Center, it's a convenient 10-minute walk to the venue. It's also very close to Guangda Station for lines 2 and 4, just a 3-minute walk. However, there aren't many buses or taxis around, so the metro is your main mode of transport. 😎 **Front Desk:** The service at the front desk was great. I originally booked an executive king room, but they proactively upgraded us to a suite. One minor inconvenience is that the hotel doesn't deliver takeaways to your room; you have to go down to the lobby to pick them up. I'd suggest getting a couple of robots to help deliver food to the rooms. ☕ **Room Cleanliness:** The room was pretty clean; I didn't check every corner, but everything visible seemed fine. However, if you plan to use the capsule coffee machine, make sure to run it through with water a few times first, as there were some coffee grounds left inside. The room was incredibly quiet – you couldn't hear a single sound at night. 🌼 **Bathroom:** The hot water for the shower was excellent, but the shampoo and conditioner weren't great. Also, the shower door doesn't seal well, so water leaks out onto the floor. You might slip if you're wearing the disposable slippers. Thankfully, they provide plastic slippers for showering, which is a nice touch! 🍲 **Breakfast:** Breakfast was good, with a decent variety of options. Plus, it starts at 6:30 AM, which is a huge bonus! This is super convenient for those who need to get an early start for competitions. 🎈 **Laundry Room:** There's a laundry room, but it's on the third floor of the neighboring Ibis hotel. They have five washing machines and five dryers, which is plenty. Both hotels share a lobby, so you just go through the main entrance, past the reception desk, and take the Ibis elevator up to the third floor. However, the dryers aren't as efficient as those at Atour or Hanting; it takes about 2 hours to dry clothes."

"The hotel room was very clean and tidy. They offer a free and very prompt airport pick-up service; we just called them upon arrival at the airport and a car was dispatched immediately. The staff were also very efficient with the check-in process. The hotel provides breakfast, which starts early, making it perfect for those catching early flights. "The lady at the hotel's front desk had excellent service, and the hotel environment was also fantastic. The service was warm and welcoming, clearly very well-trained. I particularly liked the hotel's grand facilities; the lobby was brightly lit upon entering, and everything was very clean. Songya Lake is just downstairs, perfect for a leisurely walk with beautiful and very comfortable scenery. I really enjoyed it. The breakfast at the hotel's front desk was delicious and offered a wide variety of options, which I loved. I highly recommend staying here. There's also a Chuan Xiaobai BBQ downstairs which was incredibly tasty – I really liked it!"

From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the warm lighting and simple yet elegant decor instantly relieved my travel fatigue. The front desk staff were incredibly nice, providing efficient and attentive check-in, and even proactively offering information on nearby attractions and breakfast times – attention to detail was paramount. The room was clean and tidy, with soft, skin-friendly bedding that made me fall asleep instantly, without any discomfort in the unfamiliar environment. The facilities were comprehensive, including a smart toilet, thermostatic shower, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The toiletries had a fresh scent and were of high quality. The view from the window was expansive; opening the curtains in the morning revealed bright sunshine, instantly lifting my spirits. The breakfast selection was incredibly diverse, offering a wide variety of options, including Chinese congee, noodles, and rice noodles; Western bread and coffee; fresh fruit; and delicate pastries. The ingredients were fresh, the taste was excellent, and it catered to different tastes. The hotel's location was also superb, just a few minutes' walk from the subway station and shopping district, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and shopping. "I have always chosen the Dongcheng brand, and the new Yishang store is very good. The most touching thing is the smile of Yishang welcoming you and the beautiful lady when you walk into the hotel! The fireplace in the hotel lobby is very interesting and realistic! The room is fully intelligent and Xiaodu is very easy to use. You can open and close the curtains, music and TV with a call! I checked in at night. After entering the room, around 9 o'clock, the lady at the front desk brought me snacks and white fungus soup, which was very considerate♥️! The overall experience of the room is very good, the bedding is clean and comfortable and does not feel damp. What’s more, I had a good night’s sleep with the eye mask and earplugs prepared by the lady at the front desk. Before leaving the store, I had a bowl of beef noodle soup that the lady recommended. The store manager introduced the broth made from big bones, which is fresh every day. The pre-ordered beef stamp has authentic Changsha taste, and it tastes really good👍! I will continue to support the Yishang brand and will stay again if I have the opportunity to come to Changsha. I hope I will have the same satisfactory experience as always"

The room was quite spacious and newly renovated, yet there were no strange odors. It was very comfortable to stay in. The front desk staff had an excellent attitude and went out of their way to meet guests' various requests. The room also had a mini-fridge, which is perfect for chilling your own fruits and drinks, especially with summer coming.

There are many hotels in this area, and an all-season hotel is even in the same building. I chose this one because it offers better value for money and a more reasonable price! The room was relatively clean and equipped with all the basic amenities. It was convenient to control the room with the XiaoDu smart speaker. The room was also spacious, and the bed wasn't too hard! The only downside was the lack of a mini-fridge in the room, so no cold drinks in summer… I really liked the showerhead; the water pressure was great, making for a comfortable shower! Another reason I chose this hotel was that my Ctrip member booking included a complimentary buffet lunch and a late checkout until 4 PM. However, the front desk wasn't clear about these benefits during check-in, and I had to confirm them repeatedly. It seems there's a disconnect between the hotel and the platform regarding their partnership! Also, regarding the complimentary buffet lunch, the front desk said the dining hall was closed, but they could deliver meals to the room, which was good service. However, they sent two identical meal boxes, and the variety was very limited… If there's no buffet lunch, shouldn't this be communicated in advance when booking the hotel?

I was very satisfied with my stay at Bantang Hotel. The location was ideal, with convenient transportation and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel was extremely clean and tidy, creating a relaxing and comfortable environment. The facilities were comprehensive, and the spacious and bright living room and well-stocked restaurant made me feel right at home. The front desk staff were also very friendly and polite. [Thumbs up]

The stay experience was very satisfactory. The hotel is conveniently located, and the surrounding transportation and dining are very convenient. The front desk service is warm and efficient, and the check-in is very smooth. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, the sound insulation was good, and the rest was good. The facilities are complete and the details are in place. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes good. The overall price is very high, I will choose here next time.

Whenever I go to Changsha, I choose Orange Hotel. The room is clean and sanitary, and the rice noodles and noodles for breakfast are very good, with authentic Changsha flavor. The waiters are very nice. We drove a tram, and there were plenty of parking spaces on the first floor of the hotel, which made charging very convenient.

The hotel is 1.4 kilometers away from the South Station subway station. It is best to take a taxi from the subway station. There is a large viaduct entrance and exit at the entrance of the hotel. The sound insulation is good and no car noise is heard. It should be convenient for self-driving tours? The room is fully equipped with basic electrical appliances, and there is a mobile phone charger at the window (it seems to be charged). The room was basically clean when I checked in, and I wiped it with wet wipes to avoid dust, but I found a snail shell on the chair leg by the window. I don't know what happened. There is a restaurant on the second floor of the hotel and a vending machine on the first floor. You don't need to go out to buy food and drinks. The picture shows the viaduct entrance and exit that you need to pass by when walking to the hotel gate.

The hotel facilities are complete and relatively new! The breakfast selection is plentiful. However, the biggest problem is the poor soundproofing of the rooms. It was impossible to sleep in the street-facing rooms due to the noise from passing trucks. Despite requesting a quiet room, we were still given a street-facing room, and we couldn't change rooms that night.

Good location close to both the international convention and exhibition centre and the train station. The hotel is also located in a new, clean and beautiful area: looking across a green scenery and sport field but in a seperate lot to ensure a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The facility is modern and very clean so it gives you an impression of high-end hotel but the price is surprisingly a bargain compared to others. It may be a little away from Changsha city centre but the price makes up for it. Furthermore it’s close to the airport, train station and also very easy to book taxi to go every where. The room is spacious, clean and tidy with all the amenities and convenience you will need. The king bed is comfortable and the atmosphere is quiet and nice so I had plenty of good night sleeps. There is also an option of converting the sofa into an extra bed at no fee but I didn’t need it. On the 1st floor there is a small supermarket where you can find most of the common stuff and snacks. Next door there are a few restaurants if you are too lazy to go out. Moreover, amazing customer services, the staff were polite, helpful and the checking in was quick and easy! Changsha was stormy the day of my flight and there was difficulty getting a taxi to go to the airport because some roads were flooded. The hotel staff just noticed me sitting and waiting then offered to help getting me to the airport. Luckily if it wasn’t for the assistance of the hotel staff and the relatively closeness of the hotel to Changsha airport, I would not have made it to the airport in time for my flight. All in all, 5/5 ratings and compliments from me to this hotel and the staff!!

We stayed overnight on our arrival to Changsha. the hotel is located in a nice quiet location very close to the train station and metro. It was a comfortable stay and very convenient. Will definitely stay again next time we are in Changsha
