"I found Yidong by checking the nearest hotel to Changzhi Museum, and walked there the next day, which was less than 500 meters away. From parking, check-in, lobby, elevator, room supplies and bedding, breakfast, etc., it feels good. The less pleasant thing is that the noise from the neighbor's door closing has a bit of an impact, and there is a heavy-duty pillar in the room (probably in some rooms) which forms a small space with the wall at the head of the bed, and I feel like I might bump into it if I get up in the middle of the night."

The hallways were quiet, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring no disturbances from outside, which made me feel very secure during my stay. Now, for the service. From the moment I checked in, the front desk staff were gentle and polite. Check-in and check-out were highly efficient, and they were patient and thorough throughout, even proactively explaining nearby shopping areas, transportation routes, and breakfast times. During my stay, when I had a temporary request and contacted room service, their response was incredibly quick. The staff who came to the room were friendly and resolved the issue very efficiently. Daily housekeeping was prompt, and they proactively replenished drinking water, tissues, and other consumables – these small details were really heartwarming. The security personnel were diligent and responsible, and their entry and exit management was well-regulated, making me feel very safe and at ease. The hotel's location is also excellent. It's very convenient for getting taxis, shopping, and finding food, making it perfect for both leisure and business travelers. The receptionist was super nice; we arrived a bit early, before check-in time, and she readily helped us get early. Changzhi has a large temperature difference between day and night, but the room seemed to have underfloor heating or something, so it was warm and cozy throughout our stay – I loved it!
