Mainly Cherry received us very warmly, guided us, produced us with a lot of helpful tips and tricks.
The room we stayed in was the Watery B one, very spacious, nice bathtub and very clean.
Location-wise they provide you with free shuttles to the train station, Natural Park (Avatar) & Glass Bridge.
The food in the Chinese hotel was nice, with a very talented singer, Monica.
The owner of the hotel is very warm, curious and smart person.
Altogether, we felt home there and will 100% return!"

"I have been here several times. This is a hotel with a relatively high cost performance within 200 RMB in Cili.
This time, there was a little problem. There was always a smell in the room and many facilities in the bathroom were damaged. I hope the business can pay attention to it. There is a corner missing from the floor of the shower room, which is easy to hit customers. I didn’t take a photo when I was taking a shower.
The breakfast is getting simpler now. I hope it can be improved. Otherwise, it will always be surpassed by other hotels in the future."

"I will choose this place every time I go on a business trip. It is a chain brand in Zhangjiajie. The landlady is very positive and the beautiful manager is very enthusiastic. The ladies at the front desk are also very warm and polite. The security guy can arrange the parking space properly no matter when he arrives. The room is not hygienic. Everything about this hotel is fresh and exciting. Theres a cafe on the first floor and a rooftop lounge. Very clean, very comfortable. Cili was a great place, but this hotel was the highlight. Very impressed."

"Shanghai set off to travel to West Sichuan by car, passing through Zhangjiajie Cili County, staying at the Chuanchuan Autumn Hotel, the experience is perfect! The rooms are spacious and bright, with excellent lighting, and the floor-to-ceiling windows have a great view, which can give a panoramic view of the city. The internal facilities are complete, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the shower water pressure is stable. Hotel service is intimate, there are robots to deliver goods, and the sense of technology is full. Breakfast is relatively simple, but the rice noodles are particularly delicious. I have the opportunity to come to Zhangjiajie again in the future, and I still choose here! High cost performance!"

"This guesthouse truly exceeded my expectations! The overall environment is incredibly comfortable, full of rustic charm, making for a very relaxing stay. It completely lacks the stiffness you find in the city.
The biggest surprise was the restaurant; their signature dishes are so authentic! Not only are the ingredients fresh, but the flavors are also perfectly to my liking. Every dish carries a rich farm-style taste, and it was absolutely delicious. I felt like I tasted all the local specialties.
The accommodation conditions were also very satisfying – clean, tidy, and well-equipped, ensuring a very peaceful stay. Whether it's for a family trip or a gathering with friends, this is an incredibly suitable choice. I'll definitely come back if I get the chance!"

GGuest UserI simply *must* sing the praises of Muzhu B&B in Cili! We arrived a bit later than our scheduled check-in time, but the owner was incredibly gracious and didn't mind in the slightest, welcoming us with exceptional warmth and hospitality.
When our family visited the Grand Canyon, the owner personally provided complimentary pick-up and drop-off, saving us the hassle of arranging transportation. On the way, he thoughtfully shared some excellent sightseeing tips.
The room itself was a wonderful surprise – impeccably clean and tidy, with thoughtful touches evident in every detail. We enjoyed a truly comfortable stay.
And let's talk about the food! The home-style dishes were incredibly authentic and every single one was delicious. Our entire family left feeling completely satisfied.
This is definitely our go-to B&B for future visits!

GGuest UserYou can live anywhere in the city, but when I go out to play, I personally prefer quiet places. This hotel is beyond my imagination. It is a very warm and comfortable stay. The owner is very enthusiastic. The room is clean and large. When you open the glass door, the garden is right in front of you. You can also walk from the study to the back garden and pick mushrooms. It is also very close to the glass bridge. I will come again if I have the chance.

TTangfengyisongyu環境：因為來江埡泡溫泉，這家民宿成了為數不多的選擇之一。距離溫泉中心很近，出行方便。來了之後才發現店名取自九溪衛的諧音，而九溪衛則是在明洪武年間設立的邊疆衛所，一度其所管轄的範圍很大。看一看客房內放置的《九溪村志》，在九溪衛村走一走，感覺很不錯。店主也是一位熱愛歷史文化從九溪村走出來的企業家。
衛生：客人極少，衛生工作不錯，衹是淋浴房的防水處理的不好，導致水外漏在衛生間裏。
設施：民宿很大，沒有電梯，客房設施基本都全，估計是由於客人極少的原因，沒有提供早餐。
服務：雖然前台小姑娘不是本地人，也能夠向客人熱情的介紹九溪村的大致情況，告訴我們遊覽的路線和早餐的地點；衹是我們預訂的套餐，含雙人鎂溫泉一份，入住的時候沒有主動提供或詢問，專業性尚需提高。
此行大湘西20餘天，發現除個別熱門景點外，大多數景點遊客都屈指可數，連帶着住宿、餐飲和商鋪都十分蕭條冷落，與2019年前有霄壤之別，這種感覺也在很多旅遊從業人員口中得到了證實。
