"The accomodation is near the grand canyon spots.
And you don’t need to worry as the family is very nice and accomodating.
They gave free rides going to grand canyon entrance and pick us up after the tour.
They even assisted us to buy our tickets for the attraction where we enjoy all the activities.
Also, you can order your lunch, dinner and breakfast at them. They cook deliciously and affordable.
The room are big, the toilet are clean and they are friendly.
The view is also breathtaking as you can see the sea of clouds in the morning.
I’ll surely commend this accomodation to everyone who wants to stay close the grand canyon."

"The hotel has a fantastic location, just 200 meters from the Grand Canyon exit. The landlady is incredibly warm and hospitable. When I couldn't get a ride from the forest park to the Grand Canyon that night, she specially asked her friend to give me a ride back and kept calling to make sure I was safe. The next day, when I needed to take the high-speed train, she even gave me the contact information for the direct bus so I could buy tickets in advance. In the morning, when I went to the scenic area, she even drove her own car to take me directly to the entrance, worried I'd be waiting. Her thoughtfulness made me feel the warmth of the Hunan people. She even carried my suitcase up to the third floor for me. The room was clean, hygienic, and cozy, with everything I needed. There were many restaurant options; the food wasn't from a fancy restaurant, but the stir-fries were quite tasty. The only downsides were the unstable water temperature, which fluctuated a bit, and the hotel being relatively old, there were some signs of wear and tear and water stains. If you're overly picky about the environment, this hotel is excellent value for the price. I highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to the Grand Canyon."

"At this price point, it's not just good value for money; it's an absolute steal! Aside from not being located in the city center, I couldn't find a single thing to complain about. However, since we were driving to the Grand Canyon, the location was actually ideal for us. The owner even provided shuttle service – truly outstanding!
The service was excellent, the room was great, and the facilities were modern and new. Seriously, absolutely no complaints. It was significantly better than our previous stay near the East Gate of the Forest Park! 😂
I left in a hurry and forgot to snap some photos, but the actual room was far better than the promotional pictures. When I asked, the owner explained he took the photos himself and isn't very skilled at photography, which is why they didn't do the room justice. It truly exceeded our expectations!"

The hotel is on a quiet mountain, very close to the road. I stayed there for two nights. It was a rare quiet and comfortable place. When it was cold, I sat in the fire room with the owner to warm myself. When the sun was good, I basked in it. At night, I set off some fireworks. The boss was very welcoming and gave me some vegetables he grew himself. Thank you and I wish you a happy new year.

The location is fantastic, just a couple of hundred meters from the exit, and a few hundred meters to the free shuttle bus stop for the scenic area (which takes you to the entrance). The service was very friendly.
Our standard room was on the third floor, and the window view was unfortunately blocked. The toilet was a squat toilet. Since this side faces the main entrance, noise from outside in the morning would disturb sleep.
The room door had poor sound insulation, so early risers and cleaning staff not mindful of their volume would wake us up quite early. However, considering the price, it still offers great value for money. You should manage your expectations at this price point; it's not comparable to hotels costing hundreds or thousands.

Guest UserOn summer vacation, I came out to play with my bestie. I really loved the new Chinese style of this hotel, so I specifically wore Hanfu for a photoshoot – it turned out super nice! The rooftop sunroom has beautiful views. The room facilities are complete, the central AC is cool, and the mattress and pillows are very comfortable. The hygiene is clean and tidy. There's a laundry room and a gym. The service is excellent; they're very responsive and always greet you with a smile.

Environment: Because I came to Jiangya to soak in hot springs, this homestay became one of the few choices. It is very close to the hot spring center and convenient for travel. After I came here, I found that the name of the store was taken from the homonym of Jiuxiwei, and Jiuxiwei was a frontier guard station established during the Hongwu period of the Ming Dynasty. At one time, it had a large jurisdiction. Take a look at the ”Jiuxi Village Chronicle” placed in the guest room and walk around Jiuxiwei Village. It feels very good. The owner is also an entrepreneur who loves history and culture and came from Jiuxi Village.
Hygiene: There are very few guests, and the sanitation work is good, but the waterproof treatment of the shower room is not good, causing water to leak in the bathroom.
Facilities: The homestay is very large, there is no elevator, and the guest room facilities are basically complete. It is estimated that due to the very few guests, no breakfast is provided.
Service: Although the girl at the front desk is not a local, she can also enthusiastically introduce the general situation of Jiuxi Village to the guests, tell us the tour route and the location of breakfast; it’s just that the package we booked, including a double magnesium hot spring, was not actively provided or asked when we checked in, and the professionalism needs to be improved.
During this 20-day trip to Greater Xiangxi, I found that except for a few popular attractions, most of the attractions had only a handful of tourists. Accommodation, catering and shops were also very deserted, which was a far cry from before 2019. This feeling was also confirmed by many tourism practitioners.

Guest UserThe double room at Lantingxu Hotel was exceptionally clean! The bedding was pristine white, soft, and odorless; the bathroom and floor were spotless, with impeccable attention to detail. The elegant environment and attentive service made for a comfortable and worry-free stay. I've already recommended it to friends planning a trip to Zhangjiajie during the May Day holiday.

Guest UserReally dug into the treasure hotel ✨ The overall minimalist black and white quiet wind is full of high-end, the corridor is clean and tidy, the room decoration is superb, low-key and stylish, and the photo is huge!
The bedding is soft and clean, the sound insulation effect is very good, and the quiet sleep is super reliable. The supporting facilities are complete, the floor functions are clearly divided, and the restaurant and laundry fitness are very convenient. The details are particularly well done, mosquito protection and drinking water are intimately prepared, the service is intimate and not disturbed, the stay experience is full, and I will choose here next time!

Never been so serious: First of all, it is to let the children rest and play on this trip, but the experience is the worst. When we arrived, the staff was surprised by 😳, and then asked us if we booked? I said it was set a month ago. Second, we talk about the facilities: the room looks good, but the inside is too crowded, we have to take the two suitcases one by one, otherwise people can't turn around. The toilet has to be wiped after the shower to go to the toilet. There is no foot pad. It is directly wet. The window of the room is still broken. It cannot be closed. The door is difficult to open. Third, the afternoon tea, although it is sent, but from 2:30 to almost five o'clock, I called once in the middle, but they said that there is a need to go out at 3:30 to buy it, everyone can see which picture needs to buy materials to make, the most important thing, eat is still tide. But breakfast is OK. Fourth: The children's amusement park, I dare not go in to play at all, it is mosquitoes, and we originally wanted to play in the water park with the baby, but said that the facilities were broken and could not be played. Is such a price reasonable for such facilities and services? If it is not open, then do you have to call us in advance to inform us that I can change the hotel. Not waste time there.

The room was excellent! We were traveling with our two little ones, and they kindly arranged a room with an extra bed for us, which was very thoughtful. There's a wide array of activities available: laser tag, mini-tanks, go-karting, shooting, and even water cannon battles. Our children not only had a blast but also learned a lot through play. When the weather is hot, the swimming pool is absolutely the best place to be. The kids loved it so much they would happily stay from morning until night!
