"A wonderful stay, we were upgraded to a villa home and it was very refined and beautiful! The tea house with the sisters that ran it was a real treat that I ended up wandering into. Cherry is a God send! My wife had to go to the hospital for heat stroke that triggered a heart issue and Cherry came with us to the Hospital to translate and this was a real God send! She is a beautiful and wonderful person and helped the hospital save my wife's life! My wife is now recovering well and they helped make that happen and helped keep her comfortable while we extended our stay at the resort! They will take great care of you here at this resort and I am thankful and highly recommend them!"

The environment was elegant and super comfortable, the room was clean and well-equipped, the service was warm and attentive, and the convenience for getting around was excellent. My stay was a perfect score, and I highly recommend it!"

"This is by far the most comfortable hotel I've stayed at in Cili! The room was very clean and cozy, with a simple Chinese-style decor and brand-new facilities. The location is excellent, right near the train station. The front desk staff were all very kind and patient. There's a restaurant and tea room on the eleventh floor with great views too. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit, haha!"
