We asked for a solution the next day, but there was no reply. They showed us other rooms, which were still the same room type and in the same row as the air outlet. They said the standard rooms were like this. Finally, in order to sleep soundly at night, the four of us stayed in a double room😓 First of all, the hotel staff has poor problem-solving skills. They didn't even consider whether a king-sized bed or an extra bed would be enough. Secondly, although the hotel is 24 years old, the air conditioner is leaking and the sewer is clogged, and they don't pay attention to solving the problem."
