"The whole experience was okay except for the restaurant service.
Facilities: The Ctrip booking showed that there is a swimming pool, but when I went there, I was told that it was not open.
Hygiene: There was water on the floor as soon as you entered the room, the air conditioner leaked, and the bathroom was clogged.
Service: I checked in in the afternoon and reported the problem when I found it. A manager took us to two rooms and asked for an upgrade. We were two adults and two children. They showed us a double bed room, which was not sincere at all. Although it was a suite, it was Just a bed. There was simply no change, no sincerity at all, and no intention to solve the problem.
At night, right outside our floor is the doorway to the hotel's air conditioner, which is so loud that I can't sleep at all. I had no choice but to go to the front desk at 1 o'clock in the night. There was no room. I kept struggling. My best friend slept alone in a room they arranged that said there would be no noise, but it was not the case. Still noisy. We asked for a solution the next day, but there was no reply. They showed us other rooms, which were still the same room type and in the same row as the air outlet. They said the standard rooms were like this. Finally, in order to sleep soundly at night, the four of us stayed in a double room😓
First of all, the hotel staff has poor problem-solving skills. They didn't even consider whether a king-sized bed or an extra bed would be enough. Secondly, although the hotel is 24 years old, the air conditioner is leaking and the sewer is clogged, and they don't pay attention to solving the problem."

It is very convenient to travel attractions, dining and shopping (a few hundred meters from the original taste, mother's restaurant). The hotel hall is bright and the room is clean and tidy (1.35 standard beds are very comfortable). The hotel's service is also powerful, and the young ladies at the front desk and the guest rooms provide emotional value. The hotel has its own parking lot and restaurant. The two-day self-driving trip on Lushan Island brought a wonderful experience throughout the season."

"I think it’s not worth the price. It’s a bit expensive. I’ve already paid for the room and still need to pay a deposit. There’s something wrong with the phone in the room. It beeps when I plug it in. I can only unplug it. The service is lacking. Please follow me when you check out. They said the car would drive out directly without a license plate, but it turned out that I had to scan the QR code to pay when I left. "This hotel is still very good. I read the reviews before and was quite worried. However, from check-in to departure, the experience was really good:
