Recently, I had the pleasure of staying at Hampton by Hilton and experienced the excellent service for a while. The following is my evaluation of this stay:
1. Geographical location
Hilton Hampton is located in the bustling area of the city center, with convenient transportation and complete surrounding facilities. It is only a 5-minute walk from the subway station and there are many shopping malls, food streets and cinemas nearby, which meets my travel, shopping and entertainment needs.
II. Hotel Facilities
1. Guest Rooms: I stayed in a superior king-size bed room, which was spacious and bright, with simple and stylish decoration. The bed is comfortable and the mattress is just the right hardness for a good night's sleep. The room is equipped with air conditioning, LCD TV, mini bar, safe and other facilities.
2. Bathroom: The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas and is equipped with a shower and bathtub. The toiletries are of high quality and the towels are soft and comfortable, making people feel the warmth of home.
3. Public areas: The hotel has public areas such as gymnasium, swimming pool, conference room, etc. to meet the needs of different guests. The gym is fully equipped, the swimming pool has clear water and an elegant environment.

"The whole experience was okay except for the restaurant service.
Facilities: The Ctrip booking showed that there is a swimming pool, but when I went there, I was told that it was not open.
Hygiene: There was water on the floor as soon as you entered the room, the air conditioner leaked, and the bathroom was clogged.
Service: I checked in in the afternoon and reported the problem when I found it. A manager took us to two rooms and asked for an upgrade. We were two adults and two children. They showed us a double bed room, which was not sincere at all. Although it was a suite, it was Just a bed. There was simply no change, no sincerity at all, and no intention to solve the problem.
At night, right outside our floor is the doorway to the hotel's air conditioner, which is so loud that I can't sleep at all. I had no choice but to go to the front desk at 1 o'clock in the night. There was no room. I kept struggling. My best friend slept alone in a room they arranged that said there would be no noise, but it was not the case. Still noisy. We asked for a solution the next day, but there was no reply. They showed us other rooms, which were still the same room type and in the same row as the air outlet. They said the standard rooms were like this. Finally, in order to sleep soundly at night, the four of us stayed in a double room😓
First of all, the hotel staff has poor problem-solving skills. They didn't even consider whether a king-sized bed or an extra bed would be enough. Secondly, although the hotel is 24 years old, the air conditioner is leaking and the sewer is clogged, and they don't pay attention to solving the problem."

"I think it’s not worth the price. It’s a bit expensive. I’ve already paid for the room and still need to pay a deposit. There’s something wrong with the phone in the room. It beeps when I plug it in. I can only unplug it. The service is lacking. Please follow me when you check out. They said the car would drive out directly without a license plate, but it turned out that I had to scan the QR code to pay when I left. Although I was later told to refund it, it would take four or five days to refund it😅.

"Stayed at the Orange Crystal Hotel in Lushan during the Spring Festival, and the overall experience was very pleasant! The whole hotel is designed to look like a huge white cruise ship, standing by the sea, the appearance is very spectacular and very distinctive. The front desk service was very good at check-in, the attitude was warm and polite, and we also upgraded the room specially for us, full of sincerity!
Although the interior space of the room is not as large as the room type in the main part of the ship, it has an oversized private balcony with an excellent view. In the evening, stand on the balcony and enjoy the magnificent sea view sunset, watching the sunset slowly sink into the sea level, the atmosphere is full and very comfortable. This stay experience not only felt the warmth of the festival, but also enjoyed the unique sea view and intimate service, it is recommended!"
