Restaraunts serve pretty high quality food, particularly the Jade garden* (can't remember if that was the name) restaraunt. Some of the best bbq prok (chaoshao) I've ever had. The hakka food and the breakfast there are also pretty good. Highly recommend for someone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay on Wanlv lake."

"During this May Day holiday, I met a treasure homestay in the green mountains and clear waters of Dongyuan, Heyuan. It has no exaggerated net red label, but with ten years of ingenuity, warm human touch and careful details everywhere. I experienced an ideal trip to the ”return to the pastoral”. I was completely impressed when I tasted the first chicken soup. The golden soup of free-range chickens, fresh and fragrant, went straight to the throat; Wanlv Lake fish is cooked in Hakka traditional methods, the fish meat is tender and delicious, and the guests are given to experience homemade tofu from grinding beans to some braised brine. The family and children laugh constantly in the fireworks.

Service: The service staff are relatively small, but they are very enthusiastic and communicate better. We sat outside at night chatting under the roof and helped us light mosquito coils. The room was spotlessly clean, and I especially loved the disposable towels, which made me feel completely at ease. The view outside was also quite nice.
