"Overall, it is very good. The food in the B&B is delicious and beautiful, but the price is a little expensive. The room layout is comfortable, transparent and spacious, especially the bathroom, which feels very good. The scenery is good, and there is no discrepancy between the picture and reality. The furniture, lighting and other decorations of the B&B are very textured and comfortable. I would like to mention a few small points that I personally think are useful for improving the experience: 1. Most hotels and B&Bs will prepare tea bags and coffee, but there are only relatively cheap fruits and snacks in the room, which is really not in line with the room rate of a thousand yuan. 2. Since the B&B has its own coffee shop, can the coffee shop become an additional experience for the guests? For example, enjoy a free cup of coffee per person when checking in. The cost of coffee is low, and making this a unique experience for guests (or guests have a discount price) will give people a more value-for-money experience. 3. The quality of the coffee is not very good. I ordered a cup, which was absolutely over-extracted. The taste was already uncomfortable and bitter, or the beans were not very deep roasted, and it was not very good. And the top-level modoli in Chengdu has not been sold at the price of lying on the island. It is recommended to at least make the product worth the price. 4. Breakfast is served at the check-in area. Although the staff can provide service in time, the noise from walking and talking is a bit loud, which affects the privacy of the space and makes people feel a little uncomfortable."

"The hotel room is clean and the bedding is soft and comfortable. The smart furniture is very practical, and the curtains and TV can be voice controlled. The room rate includes hot springs and buffet breakfast, and the freshly cooked noodles stall is especially recommended. The location of the hotel is also OK, it only takes 8 minutes to walk to the place where the tourist bus is. After playing, soak in the hot spring to relieve fatigue. The overall experience exceeded expectations!"

"the stay was so so good! firstly, before our arrival date, the hotel contacted us on both trip.com & wechat, so our transport to the hotel from emeishan station was smooth.
check-in was fuss free as well, and the front office lady xiaoshi was kind, warm, and gave us tips for our trip up emei.
we could borrow the hanfu and took pictures in the yard and around the hotel.
the facilities were clean, nice, and overall really cosy. breakfast was really good too. and if you prefer to go up the mountain earlier, the hotel will also prepare some light takeaways for you, and thats super thoughtful
i’ve read reviews that the location was not as good as those around baoguo; but since we were travelling as a family, this place was peaceful, slightly quieter and very near huangwan visitor centre! To me this was equally as good as hotels that are around baoguo. the trip up emei mountain was quick and fuss free as well, since I got the tickets and boarded the bus from huangwan (about a 5-7 mins walk away from the hotel) which is not much different from baoguo. will definitely stay here again if im visiting this area :))"

"The room was well-equipped, and the bath towels were specially sterilized and individually sealed, ensuring impeccable hygiene. The latex pillows and mattress were extremely comfortable! Despite our late arrival at 10:30 PM, the staff still greeted us warmly. Upon learning that our child enjoys yogurt, they thoughtfully prepared yogurt, fresh welcome fruits, and snacks for us. The breakfast was also quite good, featuring freshly cooked bacon. The beef and pork rib noodles were delicious, and the complimentary fruit tea was very tasty. My only minor suggestion would be if they could offer freshly ground coffee!"

"Service:
First of all, we arrived at Emeishan Station at 9 a.m. and had booked the pick-up service in advance. The hotel butler came to pick us up in a business vehicle. Although the hotel is just a few minutes’ drive away, this thoughtful service greatly enhanced the overall experience.
Le Méridien Emeishan is positioned as a resort hotel with over 300 rooms. Since we arrived quite early, we initially thought we’d have to wait until the afternoon to check in. However, the hotel had available rooms and kindly allowed us to check in right away. The butler even gave us two cups of coffee and drove us around in a sightseeing cart to show us different room types. Although we had only booked a standard room, they upgraded us to a lake-view room with beautiful scenery. We really appreciate the hotel’s excellent service!
Additionally, the butler gave us 10 bottles of water upon check-in, which was more than enough—no need to call for more during our stay.
Facilities:
The hotel grounds are quite large, and the buildings are low-rise. Guests staying in Building 2 may need to walk about six to seven minutes to their rooms. The hotel offers a lobby bar, reading lounge, gym, hot spring pool, swimming pool, and kids’ play area. The facilities are generally comprehensive, though the entertainment options may feel a bit limited for a resort hotel. The children’s play area includes simple slides, swings, and a small ball pit—fairly modest in scale.
Location:
About 2 km from Baoguo Temple and close to the shuttle bus station for Emei Mountain. Very convenient.
Breakfast:
Abundant and delicious, with the option to dine outdoors in a beautiful setting.
Environment:
The hotel is located next to Exiu Lake, surrounded by a scenic park with views of the Golden Summit (Jinding). The environment inside the hotel is also pleasant—perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway.
Overall:
The highlight of this hotel is its outstanding service, which is undoubtedly the most important aspect for a resort. It would be even better if the facilities were more varied."

"The hotel is conveniently located very close to Mount Emei Scenic Area, making it easy for sightseeing and dining.
The air conditioning deserves a special mention; it's rare to find one where all the buttons are clearly labeled with their functions, which was a pleasant surprise.
However, perhaps because the hotel shares its developer with the surrounding residential complex, its main entrance is almost indistinguishable from the residential gates. This, combined with a lack of prominent signage, makes it very easy for drivers to miss. I hope they can improve this.
On another note, the hotel breakfast was quite good, though the watermelon didn't seem very fresh and the texture wasn't great."

Nature is the main presence here: you are surrounded by the woods, waking up only listening to birds singing. If you decide to walk the emei mountain and have sore muscles, you can enjoy the hot spring bath directly in your room. Your muscles will thank you the day after. The breakfast is done in a room where there is a huge long table, you might share it with others. This makes the atmosphere very familiar and friendly. Despite not speaking Chinese, we were welcome and felt home. I would definitely come back here if I am in the area."

"I was having a quick refreshing stop over in Emeishan before my busy time of work . The hotel owners were very friendly and provided all the helpful travel tips. The hotel is located at the foot of Emei Mountains with the beautiful backdrop of mountain range as well as easy location to access local restaurants, shops and the tourist center. The breakfast was generous and beautiful. The hot pool in my room was perfect and really relaxing !"

"The hotel we stayed in really made me feel good!
As soon as I arrived at the hotel, the front desk staff greeted me warmly, the check-in speed was super fast, and I carefully recommended fun places and delicious restaurants around me, which made people relax at once.
The room was clean and tidy, there was no smell, the bedding was soft, and it was like being wrapped in clouds and sleeping well. The facilities in the house are also very complete, TV, air conditioning, hot water bottles, etc., are very easy to use, the design of the wet and dry separation of the bathroom is also very intimate, there will be no wet trouble at all.
The location of the hotel is superb and there are various foods around, and the taste is so far that I can't forget it.
The price/performance ratio has nothing to say, the service and environment of this hotel are definitely among the best in the same price. If I go to Mount Emei next time, this hotel must be my first choice!"

GGuest UserWe stayed at the Hongzhushan Zen Retreat on Mount Emei this summer. The hotel boasts a very convenient location with hassle-free parking for those driving. The serene environment immediately puts you at ease; we even spotted squirrels scurrying through the woods during our walks! Our room was spotlessly clean and tidy, and well-equipped with all the necessary facilities. Both the front desk staff and guest relations manager were incredibly warm, thoughtful, and always greeted us with a welcoming smile. Breakfast offered a rich and diverse selection, catering to all tastes. Enjoying the private hot spring bath in our room while admiring the lush forest view outside was incredibly relaxing for both body and mind. The hotel also offers various additional activities to enhance your stay. Overall, every aspect of our experience was excellent, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway!

The **room was clean and simple**, with a comfortable bed, fresh linens, and reliable air conditioning. Basic amenities like a TV, free Wi-Fi, and daily housekeeping were all provided. The **bathroom was small but functional**, with hot water available 24/7.

BBernicetjmXiao Zhou and his colleagues provided us with exceptional service during our one-night stay at the hotel! They were very nice and friendly, attentive to our needs and requests, and chatted with us in an open and welcoming manner whenever we inquired about aspects of the local environment, Mt Emei, etc. We had dinner at the hotel during our stay and ordered the chef's recommendations. The food was AMAZING and so fresh. The fish and chicken dishes that we had came from live fish and chicken that they reared within the hotel compound. If they were a local restaurant back in my country, I would frequent them without a doubt, and would love to bring my friends to try their cuisine. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating, Xiao Zhou even brought us to take a look at the hotel's chicken coop and fish pond. When we had to leave for our hike to Mt Emei's summit, Xiao Zhou and his colleague kindly drove us to the nearest bus station so that it would be easier for us to access Mt Emei's public transportation, a gesture which we appreciated a lot! All in all, their attentiveness to us, good manners, and warm and friendly dispositions all contributed to a memorable stay. Of course, the rooms themselves were spotless and comfortable. Would love to come back here in the future!!

MM332960****The room was spacious and very clean. Xiao Ma at the front desk provided excellent service. We booked a twin room for our family of three, and although it initially only included two breakfasts, the front desk kindly provided an extra one for us. The breakfast was delicious, and the soy milk was amazing – not too sweet! The only minor issues were that the air conditioning was a bit noisy, and the duvet was too thick and stuffy. It was too hot when covered but too cold without it, making it more suitable for winter. A lighter duvet would definitely be better for summer.

Cleanliness: Absolutely spotless. I even used a disinfectant wipe on the room's table, and it came away completely clean, which really shows their attention to hygiene.
Environment: The surroundings are lovely, with abundant lush greenery. The air feels fresh and invigorating, and we had beautiful natural views right from our room's balcony.
Service: Excellent! The staff were very helpful and always ready to answer any questions. As a family of four (two adults and two children) staying in a family room, they kindly provided an additional breakfast voucher.

Upon arrival, I was immediately greeted by the welcoming staff. They not only swiftly helped with my luggage and checked me in, but also provided helpful information about the hotel's facilities and nearby attractions.
Entering my room, I was immediately struck by its warmth and modern decor, with every detail meticulously thought out. The bed was soft and comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud, allowing me to rest fully after a tiring day. The bathroom was spotless, and the toiletries were all high-quality and comfortable.
I was also deeply impressed by the hotel's dining experience. The restaurant offers an elegant setting, a wide variety of dishes, and excellent flavors.
The hotel's amenities are comprehensive.
As for the hotel's location, it's ideally situated for convenient transportation, with numerous shopping malls and attractions nearby, making travel very convenient.
Upon check-out, the staff were equally welcoming and attentive, even helping me call a taxi. I was completely satisfied with my stay. The hotel's service, ambiance, and amenities were impeccable. If I come here again in the future, I will definitely choose this hotel again and strongly recommend it to my friends!

LLanJiangWe initially chose Pure Cloud Hotel for its proximity to Wuxiangang Bus Station and its recent opening. The drive up the narrow mountain road, full of sharp turns, was a bit unsettling for our city Didi driver, so we were secretly relieved (as was our driver) when we finally arrived. At first glance, the hotel seemed quite simple, and I wasn’t entirely sure I had made the right choice. However, any lingering doubts were quickly washed away by the warm welcome from Derek, the hotel manager, and the staff.
When we got to our room, it was pure joy! The minimalist design is visually soothing, and the balcony with its expansive mountain views made us feel like just hanging around and doing nothing was more than enough.
If you're the kind of traveler who feels guilty about not doing anything, rest assured that the hotel is in a beautiful section of the mountain. There's a lovely old temple and a sacred spring pond nearby—Zhongfeng Temple and Shenshui Pavilion, I believe. You’ll also enjoy the energy of hikers rushing up and down the mountain. There are enough people to make it lively but not overwhelmingly crowded like Leidongping or Jinding, where the crowds can be exhausting.
A special mention goes to Derek, who exceeded all our expectations. His kindness and professionalism reminded me of the kind of service you expect from a six-star hotel, where every need is anticipated. Derek went above and beyond, making our journey to Golden Summit and onward to Leshan much smoother and more enjoyable. Since we speak minimal Chinese, he kindly helped us communicate with the next hotel, explaining how to get there. He even offered us a free ride to the bus station when we struggled to find a Didi in the area. Derek also helped arrange our transfer to Leshan. We were incredibly impressed and grateful for his assistance.
If I had to suggest one area for improvement, I’d say the dinner options could use some enhancement to match the overall excellence of the stay.
A small tip: If your goal is to catch the sunrise and sunset at Golden Summit, you'll need to stay at one of the mountaintop hotels near Jinding. Logistically, getting to these hotels involves taking a bus from Baoguosi or Wuxiangang Station to Leidongping, then a cable car to the upper platform, followed by a roughly one-hour hike with steep steps to Jinding. It's manageable with a backpack, but not ideal with large luggage. That’s why we chose Pure Cloud Hotel for its close proximity to Wuxiangang Bus Station, leaving our luggage there and heading up the mountain with just our backpacks.

From the entrance to the check-in, she is really considerate! She asked me if I needed a crib and a fence. Seeing that it was inconvenient for me to bring my child, she even recorded the license plate for me. The most touching thing was that when we went to the water world, she found that the sun was very strong and immediately brought me an umbrella to shade the sun. I have stayed in so many hotels, and it is rare to see such attentive and thoughtful service as hers. I must give full marks! I also want to praise their breakfast, which is very rich!
