"第二次來鳳城旅遊🏖️之前已經訂好了別的酒店，但看到今年新開業的麗楓就選擇了這家，畢竟全球連鎖各個方面都有保障。
很滿意的入住體驗，大廳很大很開闊，進門就展現出中高端酒店的水準，前台小姐姐服務好，有任何問題都會積極幫忙解決，辦理入住快，還可以延時退房，雖然自己用不到😀到了房間需要更多的紙巾礦泉水機器人立馬送到房間門口。
房間內外設施齊全，所在樓層還有健身房🏋🏻房間內該有的全都有，空氣凈化器，加濕器，全屋背景音樂可藍牙連接🎵屋內隔音很好，基本上聽不到外面的聲音😴床很舒適，床墊軟硬適中，被褥也很乾凈。房間全屋智能控制，窗簾燈光可以分組控制。
餐廳也很棒🍩東西有很多都可以選，中西餐結合，還有專人引導就坐。酒店有免費停車場，出去玩直接把車放在停車場省事又安心，距鳳凰山1公里走路就可以到😀

"體驗不錯，下次還會來。下面開始長篇大論。
行:民宿會提前打電話問詢什麼時候到，我們是高鐵去，民宿很細心的告訴我們可以乘坐返程車，，直接送到住處，很方便。
住:酒店服務人員態度很好，會詳細的講解，免費提供浴袍洗漱用品，個人出行記得帶泳衣，如果忘記可以掃碼購買，我覺得蠻人性的。到了可以聯繫服務人員放户外温泉水，大概一個小時能放好，然後就可以體驗泡湯了，温泉泡完身上很滑，也不起皺，應該是真的温泉水，很滿意。
天氣比較冷，大概一個半小時水池水就冷了，可以聯繫客服叫人來清理，這點也很人性化，點贊哦。
食:晚上叫的酒店餐食，客服提醒五點前點餐，四點半點大概五點半送到，飯做的也很好吃，菜分量大。炒飯和雞蛋羹都有加蝦仁，很驚喜，雞蛋羹味道比較淡，點了壽喜鍋，送到湯撒了一袋子，以為會是瓦斯鍋煮的，送到有點像清水麻辣燙，和我印象中壽喜鍋區別有點大，但味道尚可，泡完湯出來吃點熱乎的很舒服。冰淇淋有點出乎我意料，用料很紮實，都是堅果麥片，混合點奧利奧，吃起來很香，而且奶油用的蠻捨得的。早餐我們是送到房間吃的，很精緻！有蝦有魚，對比下來覺得晚餐有點敷衍了，希望晚餐也能這麼有儀式感。
玩:屋裡有按摩椅和麻將機，泡完温泉按按摩很爽，房間是配備除濕機的，很細心耶。
再來説説不足，個人覺得冬天泡湯應該在池子附近做好防滑，因為天冷台階上容易結冰，建議配備一下毛巾腳墊，安全一點。還有浴缸的浴缸套收費略有小氣，浴缸房間抽風機感覺效率不高，冬天又不好開窗透風，泡一會會有點悶。服務方面，個人覺得很滿意，但有些地方還是懵懵的，我是做了攻略來的，所以大致知道配備什麼設施，如果在預訂後民宿這邊可以有一個具體訊息條我覺得服務會更周到，比如加微信後可以整體告知浴袍等存放地點，除濕機使用方法，點餐時間段，送餐時間，泡池清理時間等等這些小細節。以上衹是個人見解，總體行程很滿意，下次還會再來。"

"It's quite close to Phoenix Mountain, and the owner upgraded us to a room with a good view (you can see Phoenix Mountain from the window) for free. It's a shame we stayed there after hiking, otherwise the owner would have provided free gloves and steam eye masks. There's a supermarket downstairs, along with McDonald's and Luckin Coffee. The best part of this trip was the room's proximity to the morning market, where I bought a bunch of wild vegetables."

"It was a very pleasant stay. The receptionist, Ms. Li, was warm, attentive, and dedicated, providing excellent service. She anticipated our needs and acted quickly to address our concerns, truly embodying the principle of ”customer is king.” The hotel is very close to Phoenix Mountain Scenic Area, practically right outside the door. The rooms are both villas and river-view rooms, offering beautiful scenery and comfortable accommodations. Another shy lady, who wished to remain anonymous, thoughtfully provided us with genuine leather hiking gloves, which was very kind and saved us from the pain of cuts from the mountain railings. In short, I will definitely stay here again whenever I visit Phoenix Mountain; nothing can stop me! 👏"

"Three of us went to Phoenix Mountain, and we found a place to rest when we were tired. We didn't expect to see Phoenix Mountain from the room. It was very clean. The proprietress told us that she would clean up after the aunt did. She was very warm. The potato chips in the room were originally for sale, but when she saw that we had children, she gave them to us directly. We were so impressed [covering face]. We will come to this restaurant again next time. It's great."

"The first time I stayed in No. 12, I felt very good. It was cold outside, the house was warm, the facilities and sanitation in the house were very good, and the staff was very enthusiastic. Meals can be delivered to the house, the taste is great, the breakfast is fixed but varied. The only regret this time is that I didn't make a bath in the small courtyard (because it was too cold to be afraid of a cold 🤒), I look forward to the next time."

GGuest UserIt takes a long time to get to this hotel from Phoenix Mountain. The hotel is in a commercial complex, with complete supporting facilities around it, and it is very convenient for shopping and eating. Parking is available underground in the mall, and the maximum charge is 20 yuan. I personally feel very convenient.

HHeidashitou房間不是很大，但整體還可以，對於要早起爬鳳凰山的我們來説，也沒有特別多的要求。床墊很舒服，但是衞生間不是特別喜歡，沒有乾濕分離，看得出是改造的老房子的，瓷磚貼的貼紙，地上放了一層塑料滑墊，那種墊子屬於很難清理的，所以看起來就會心理有點不適。老闆很熱情，態度也很好，整體跟宣傳圖還是有些不同的

GGuest User⭕️位置：在村子裏，有一點點偏，但是跟着導航也能找到，衚衕有點窄，自駕的如果是相對大一點的車會有點難進，距離鳳凰山3公里左右。
💦衞生:很乾凈，一個民宿這樣的衞生環境肯定是用心了的，10分。
🛁設施：這是我唯一要提一點建議的地方，首先，洗漱備品不全，香皂、洗髮水、沐浴露都沒有，那一次性牙刷掉毛厲害，牙膏還不起沫沫……
還有就是不知道我是沒找到還是沒有吹風機，希望店家能夠改善。

The boss and the wife were very enthusiastic and simple, which made me feel like I was visiting relatives. The room facilities were very new and the overall environment was clean and hygienic. It is also very close to Dalishu. I also recommended a delicious frying pot for us. I stayed for one night when I was too late. The children didn’t have enough to play. Next time I have the opportunity to go to Fengcheng, I will choose Jiaozi B&B.
