The entire check-in experience was like unwrapping a delightful surprise: in terms of facilities, the room maintained DoubleTree's consistent comfort – warm, soft bedding, and a glimpse of the distant snow-capped mountains from the window; in terms of service, Aldak's attentiveness and Nulina's efficiency were the finishing touches – they didn't just mechanically follow procedures, but genuinely understood ”what guests need.” Next time I come to Fuyun, I'll definitely stay here again! "The room was spacious and newly decorated, but the service wasn't up to par with the Atour hotels I've stayed at before. The room cleaning wasn't very thorough. For several days in a row, the housekeeping staff left the bedside charging cable on the floor. Hair left under the shower head after washing went unnoticed for days. Clothes on the bed weren't folded, but simply placed on the recliner. The laundry service was limited. After midnight, laundry was returned to the room door the next morning. The rest of the time, you had to do it yourself. For a first-tier hotel, you don't get first-tier service. I hope the hotel will improve."
