"Wonderful hotel!!! The service, cleanliness, food, and activities were all top-notch! The hotel offers lovely complimentary touches like free lemon tea in the fridge, a bag, a scarf, and local coffee. In the evenings, they bring pastries to your room. The coconut balls are absolutely amazing! During the day, there are free snacks and refreshing drinks. There's also a happy hour – buy one cocktail, get one free. We experienced the dinner buffet, which was excellent! You can even try their famous suckling pig. Breakfast offers something for every taste! There's also a restaurant on the second floor with incredibly large and delicious dishes. The hotel's massage service was also great; you can choose between a 1-hour or 1.5-hour session. They offer free bicycles and boats. Definitely take a boat ride; you might spot sea urchins, starfish, and small fish. You can use the bikes to explore the town. The gym is excellent, with everything you need, plus air conditioning, towels, and water! The pool is clean, and the water temperature is very comfortable. Archery is also free. Swimming from the shore in the sea can be a bit challenging as it's very shallow, but you can take a boat out to deeper water for a swim. And the sunrises here are incredibly beautiful! If you want to visit the underground river or other attractions, you can arrange a tour and rent a car at reception. It might be more expensive than in town, but you save a lot of time. We rented a car and drove to the beach ourselves. It was an hour's scenic drive, and you're there. They even provided us with a bag of beach towels for the trip. During our 4-day stay, we never felt any discomfort; everything here is designed for guests. The staff are the most smiling and responsive! We will definitely return to this hotel chain again!!! "Booked this due to proximity to the airport. Turns out if you come out of the airport exit, this is a 25 min walk to the airport! We didnt use PP airport to exit Palawan so not sure if better when travelling out from PP airport Fine for what we needed! Good aircon, lovely breakfast for a good price, just slow service!"

From check-in to check-out, the staff provided excellent customer service — always warm, attentive, and eager to help with a smile. They truly made me feel welcome and valued throughout my stay. The room was immaculate, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was soft and cozy, the linens fresh, and everything—from the bathroom to the minibar—was spotless. I also appreciated how quiet and relaxing the atmosphere was, perfect for unwinding after exploring the beautiful sights of Palawan. One of the highlights of my stay was the morning breakfast buffet. It offered a great variety of local and international dishes, all freshly prepared and delicious. From tropical fruits and made-to-order eggs to Filipino favorites and good coffee, it was the perfect way to start each day. "Room is clean, with friendly and nice staffs. Located just opposite the public market whereby you can get lots of fruits, vegetables etc. There are nearby supermarkets n small malls where you can get snacks and necessities. Also walking distance to SM mall. It is nearby the airport too. By tuk tuk it cost you 150 to get go airport. Walking distance to Baywalk where you can enjoy sunset and nice seafood dinners. Or relaxing stroll along the busy baywalk. Paid 300 to get to the other side Sicsican where Ka Joel, baker’s Hill, etc are."

"This hotel in Puerto Princesa for a short stay exceeded all expectations! Everything is new and working perfectly, including a smart TV and a lift to all four floors. On the top floor, there's a restaurant with reasonable prices and a rooftop bar. We booked a room with a balcony. We had an early morning departure, and the manager pre-arranged a taxi and provided sandwiches instead of breakfast. You need to order your breakfast type the day before. It's only a five-minute drive to the airport. I definitely recommend it!"

"Hands down the best and most value-for-money hotel I've stayed at in the Philippines! Even without considering the price, the hotel itself easily deserves a perfect score. The front desk staff were super friendly and gave us a free room upgrade. The whole hotel just made my eyes light up – stepping from a regular street into this villa-like world was amazing. The room was comfortable, and the shower was great (heaven knows how rare that is in El Nido!). All the staff were incredibly friendly. The restaurant food was consistently delicious. And the best part? Free airport shuttle during working hours! It was so good, I just had to give this hotel a thumbs up."
