"I booked and checked in very late, after 10:30 p.m., because I missed the last high-speed train. This overnight stay was completely unexpected, so I was only looking for a place to rest for a few hours. The only downside was that I was initially assigned a room with a faulty door lock. After being reassigned, the air conditioning in the second room wasn't working properly and the temperature remained at 31°C even after 30 minutes. Fortunately, I was moved to a third room, which was perfectly fine. There was also an issue with one of the elevators at the rear of the lobby, where the sensors seemed to be malfunctioning. In addition, my previous room key cards no longer worked properly, leaving me stuck on the ground floor and unable to access my assigned floor. Since I was already exhausted, it was frustrating to keep going back and forth to the front desk several times to have my room keys replaced. That said, all of the staff were friendly, courteous, and very helpful throughout the entire process. None of these issues were the staff's fault—it was simply an unfortunate series of coincidences that slightly affected my overall experience. Despite these inconveniences, I still believe this hotel deserves a 5-star rating because of its excellent service and the professionalism of its staff."

The hotel also offers a scheduled pick-up/drop-off service to and from the station, which is super convenient. For breakfast, they have local specialty rice noodles, and the pork lung is pretty good and worth trying. There's also milk, soy milk, eggs, and steamed dumplings – a wide variety to choose from. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, making showering very convenient. The night view is also lovely.
