"Overall, it was a good stay friendly staff, nice pool, and got everything in the room, fridge, ac, microwave and safe. it would be better if the bed was a bit bigger. I also informed it to the front desk. The front desk ladies Chan and another Thai lady were very nice and provided me a free toothbrush. The pool is nice and big enough for a good swim. Also a big shout out to the boy who helped us fix my friend's motorbike.[forgot to ask his name] I will go there again in the future as it is a good spot to relax."

"We frequently visit Kamala Beach and thought trying a different property for once. So it’s our first time staying at this property. We arrived with little expectation but it was a nice surprise. The hotel view was breathtaking. A trainee attended to us at check in, and he was a little nervous but was overall very helpful and polite. Our room was spacious, clean and with a private balcony. We enjoyed our seaview so much and wasn’t bothered with the traffic noise from the main street nearby or the loud music from the Kamala beach. Overall we enjoyed our stay, the staff hospitality, walking up to a beautiful view and catching the sunset everyday. Only issue, there were too many mosquitoes, either at their open F&B outlets or in the room too. The hotel should prepare some mosquitoes repellent for guests comfort and convenience. Otherwise will love to return and try other room again."

"Hotel is right next to Rawai Beach and Seafood Market, and it’s very close to lots of beachside restaurants which is great. The hotel courtyard is absolutely beautiful, and the pool was great However, there was a recurring problem with the plumbing. Water pressure in my first room wasn’t great, but I was willing to put up with it. Then one night, the water stoped working totally. Reception was kind enough to immediately move me to a new, nicer room, and I really appreciated that. It seems they’ve had trouble in the past with bad guests, because there’s signs everyone reminding guests to not stain the sheets, to speak quietly in the courtyard at night, not to bring back strangers, etc. On my first night a man was having a loud FaceTime conversation outside at midnight, but no one came by to ask him to keep it down It’s a really beautiful property, just needs to fix a few small issues here and there"

"This hotel is run by fellow Chinese, and everything was great. When we checked out, we couldn't get a ride on the platform to the airport bus stop, so the owner very kindly drove us there himself. The room had a stunning view directly overlooking the sea, and the infinity pool on the rooftop was beautiful. If anything was missing in the room, the front desk quickly provided it. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, and we ate our fill every morning. The hotel is located on a hill, so walking up might be a bit of a workout for some."

"Absolutely loved this hotel! The ambiance is fantastic, and the exterior has a really stylish design with lots of greenery. There are several pools, but the rooftop infinity pool with sea views is definitely the highlight. The room design is practical and comfortable, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The staff were very helpful, assisting with luggage to the room. The breakfast spread was incredibly generous, offering everything from stir-fries and salads to yogurt, bread, and even raw marinated dishes. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit!"

"I stayed for three nights and had a great experience. The hotel is about 1.6km from Rawai Beach and Rawai Seafood Market, and there's a 7-Eleven about 200m from the hotel entrance. For the Rawai Seafood Market, it's definitely more cost-effective to buy your own seafood and then have it cooked. We didn't do our research beforehand and just ordered directly from a restaurant, which cost us 1,700 baht 😭. We also visited Ya Nui Beach, recommended by the owner, and renting a kayak and snorkeling gear was a fantastic experience. Ah Shun, one of the hotel staff, was also incredibly kind. My brother left his backpack at the hotel, and Ah Shun arranged for a motorbike to deliver it to him. He often drove us to our destinations, like the shooting range and Promthep Cape. The large pickup truck was much more comfortable than a Grab ride. For the last night, we booked a villa, which was in a separate villa area about a ten-minute drive from the main hotel (Kana). That's the last picture; it's not in the same location as pictures 3-6. It was a bit spooky sleeping there at night, haha! If you want breakfast at the villa area, you can contact the hotel in advance for pickup and drop-off service. Overall, the Kana Hotel greatly enhanced our trip. We'll definitely stay here again next time!"

"I recently stayed at 77 Patong Hotel & Spa in Phuket for three days and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and offers good value for money. "The hotel is quite close to the beach, but there are no rooms with a sea view. The rooms are spacious, and the balcony has a daybed with drapes, facing the pool, which is quite lovely! However, the hotel has a major issue: a very strong musty smell in the rooms. The first room we checked into hadn't been aired out, and as soon as we entered, we almost choked and coughed from the smell! No exaggeration, it was a really strong, musty odor! We couldn't stand it and requested a room change. The hotel service was good; they immediately showed us two other rooms. Probably because they had aired them out and sprayed air freshener, our new room had no musty smell, and we were happy to settle in. But when we came back after dinner, the musty smell was back, so we immediately opened the balcony door and room door to air it out. For the next few days, we had to open the doors daily to ventilate, otherwise, the musty smell would return. Friends considering booking here, please take this into serious consideration."

"Excellent hotel with polite staff and delicious breakfasts. It has its own beach area with beach towels, a spa center with a gym, and a beach club available for an additional fee. There are also two beautiful and pleasant swimming pools on the premises, complete with hydromassage and a kids' zone. Thank you very much for a wonderful holiday; we're moving on now but would be happy to return. All the photos on the hotel website are accurate, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. GGuest UserThe Nai Harn Phuket is absolutely stunning! Its Santorini-style white architecture is built into the hillside, and every room features a huge terrace directly facing the jelly-clear waters of Nai Harn Beach and Promthep Cape. You can even watch the breathtaking sunset right from your bed. The rooms are spacious and spotless, with incredible attention to detail; some even offer a fun ‘champagne on demand’ bell service. The staff are warm and attentive, and occasionally there's a pleasant surprise upgrade upon check-in. Breakfast is incredibly lavish, with a wide selection of Western, Chinese, and Thai options. The rooftop bar and Rock Salt restaurant offer an amazing ambiance. Just downstairs, you'll find a private, soft sandy beach with complimentary paddleboards and sun loungers – perfect for snorkeling or sunbathing. While the location is a bit secluded, that's precisely its charm, offering a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle. It's the ultimate hideaway resort in Phuket for complete relaxation. Highly recommended!

At breakfast, they proactively offered coffee refills, and our room was tidied up meticulously and thoughtfully every day. A big thank you to Uma! The room decor was quite modern, and there were several spacious meeting rooms. Breakfast was decent, especially the eggs with crab meat – a fantastic touch. The gym equipment was comprehensive. As for the daily activities, if you wanted to participate, they were very enthusiastic and helpful. They also offered Punchbowl at a set time every day, which was delicious; I highly recommend checking it out, as it wasn't crowded when we were there. There are two restaurants inside: a Thai restaurant and a Western one. The Western restaurant was quite good, but the Thai one was just okay. I had read reviews on other platforms saying it was exceptionally tasty, but I found the flavors weren't as rich as I expected.

The front desk and bell team were absolutely lovely during our time here, and we had a complimentary upgrade to the room with the whirlpool in our balcony! Loved that the room was super spacious, and there were dual sinks in the bathroom. Location was pretty far but they provided complimentary shuttles to Phuket town too! Didn’t manage to explore the breakfast, dining and spa offerings during this stay! It would be good if the hotel could look into improving their flooring (there were some gaps & there was even a piece of wood sticking out and was a hazard). The linen was really thin and not fitting of 5 star standard, which was a shame as the hotel was really pretty! But overall still a highly recommended stay!

EEnrico888I booked a one-bedroom villa, and after visiting and comparing several units, I truly believe Villa #68 is the absolute best among the one-bedroom options! The layout and size are optimal! The villa boasts a generous 550 sqm, offering huge space and a comfortable layout. It comes with a private pool that directly connects to the beach, making both privacy and the views impeccable. The amenities are also comprehensive: a sauna, indoor and outdoor dual showers, and an outdoor bathtub, instantly delivering a complete resort feel and comfort. The hotel itself has a very natural, ecological island vibe. We saw lizards several times on the villa rooftop and by the pool. At first, it was a bit scary, but they are actually very docile and completely non-aggressive – a rather unique wilderness experience. Breakfast was just okay, nothing special. The service was excellent throughout; all staff members were enthusiastic, friendly, meticulous, and attentive. A special shout-out to Liam, who provided dedicated service from start to finish, always responsive, patiently helping us arrange all our needs with professionalism and warmth! However, there are a few objective points that deduct from the overall score: Firstly, the hotel's landscaping and gardening are rather ordinary compared to other resorts in the same category. Most of the public areas are sandy, with sparse and poorly maintained plants, making them generally not photo-worthy. Secondly, the in-room facilities are a bit dated, especially the bathroom. The quality of the fixtures and sanitary ware like the toilet and showerhead feels quite common, which doesn't quite match the Luxury Collection brand positioning. Getting to the island involves a bit of a journey, from the airport to the pier and then a speedboat transfer, but it feels worth it upon arrival. If you're looking for an extra-large private villa, private pool, direct beach access, and excellent service, this place is still highly recommended. However, if you are sensitive to the public area landscaping and the newness of indoor hardware, you might want to do a bit more research.

TTania salI had a wonderful stay at Graceland Resort—I can’t be any happier. I arrived pretty late at night, and all I asked for was a nice, quiet room. The front desk lady Jenny at that time of night was incredibly considerate and sweet .She upgraded me to a pool room, and I truly appreciate that. Also, there was a lovely cleaning lady Kanyakorn who cleaned me room every day and was very attentive and pleasant , she let me borrowed the iron exceptionally longer period of time😅Overall, I felt taken care of and very welcomed. The service and hospitality were excellent. The breakfast was okay—I’d rate it about 6.7 out of 10—but the hotel itself is beautiful. It has a couple of pools and it’s right on the beach, with many restaurants around. Hotel got a small gym as well which is good enough for few days workout and oh yes they offer complimentary half an hour morning trainings as well which was nice . I also remember a v kind gesture from them i ordered late night food and they forgot to deliver to bring and on being reminded the food and beverage manager felt terribly sorry and wanted to send free meal next day which wasn’t needed for me so I declined politely but they were so sweet they still ended up sending a fruit platter to room.In all , with such great hospitality, I would definitely come back to the hotel. Customer service was awfully wonderful.

GGuest UserOn the first day, the guy at the front desk kept trying to get me to pay extra. I did have three additional children with me, all under 12. He insisted the hotel policy was based on year of birth, not month, so it would count as 1 adult + 2 children. I explained we had just come from a boat trip and asked if we could check in first, and I’d pay for breakfast tomorrow if needed. The front desk said it was a 'headcount' fee, not a breakfast fee. They put us in rooms in two different buildings. I have to say, Trip.com was reliable and ended up covering the extra headcount fee. The next day, two of my kids developed fevers. Susan and Zai at the hotel front desk were very caring and offered to call a doctor to the room if needed. It really highlights the importance of having overseas travel insurance, though we didn't end up needing a doctor. The kids had caught a chill the first night but recovered after taking some medicine and resting all day. Trip.com came through for us. The night staff at the hotel were not friendly at all, but the daytime front desk staff were very reliable and friendly. The room had a great sea view, but there wasn't a circular sofa in the room as I had hoped.

GGuest UserThe hotel grounds are expansive with excellent facilities. It's very quiet at night, and the natural environment is lovely, with small animals roaming freely. There are three swimming pools, a gym, a bar, and a kids' club. Our sea-view room was very close to the back entrance, which leads directly to the beach, and it was also convenient for taxis. Guests booking day trips need to take a shuttle to the main lobby to wait for their transport, but it's very convenient, so don't worry about the large size of the resort being an inconvenience. If you're on a leisurely trip and don't want to wake up early, you don't need to book the hotel breakfast. There are many restaurants around; just a 5-10 minute stroll from the back entrance, and you'll find plenty of dining options. The soundproofing is average. The hotel room doors have a small gap and are quite thin, so I could hear other guests chatting outside the door at 8 AM. I'm a heavy sleeper, so it didn't bother me much. If you're a light sleeper, you might want to request a room away from the elevators. I saw other guests commenting that the hotel felt damp. Being an island hotel, I think some humidity is normal. However, indeed, washed clothes don't dry if you hang them inside the room; they won't dry even overnight. But if you hang them on the balcony, they dry within a morning. Cons: [Slight flaws in the details] 1. I booked a twin room, but the two beds were pushed together. I left notes twice requesting an extra blanket and also gave a tip, but I never received one. Perhaps my English wasn't clear, or maybe the staff couldn't understand English? I eventually gave up. 2. Point #1 is a minor issue that someone with good English should be able to sort out, so it's not a big deal. However, what I found most unacceptable, and something that shouldn't happen at a Pullman hotel, occurred during check-out. There were two staff members at the front desk. An older female staff member, probably in her 40s (her name tag seemed to say PLOY), was on the phone. A gentleman then approached and politely said, ”Hello” (likely to check out). Before he could say another word, the staff member looked down, frowned, and said abruptly, ”Wait a moment, wait a moment,” in a very impatient tone. The younger staff member who was assisting me with check-out perhaps also felt the other staff member's attitude was poor, and immediately and gently added, ”Please wait a moment, sir.” I stayed here for 6 days and encountered no less than 20 hotel employees, all of whom were smiling and proactively offered help when they saw you might need it. Therefore, I was very surprised to witness such an expression and attitude from staff at such an important position as the front desk during check-out. I hope they improve this.

LLiuyuan～Our family really loved our room during our Chinese New Year trip! 😍 It was very spacious. We booked a family room with a double-decker kids' area and a king bed. It could easily accommodate four adults – perfect for my parents and my two sisters. The room was clean and very comfortable. The bathroom and toilet were also excellent in terms of space and cleanliness. There was a large balcony overlooking the pool, which extended all the way to the beach – it had such a great vibe. We absolutely adored the overall facilities and environment. In the evening, my elder daughter and I had a spa treatment. It was a bit pricey but acceptable 😁. The guy at the reception was very enthusiastic, and the overall service was great. My dad and younger daughter went to the soft play area, which makes this hotel ideal for family fun. The scenery was spectacular. We visited on the first day of Chinese New Year, and they had a dragon dance 🐉, firecrackers 🧨, and gave out gifts 🎁 to the children. The kids had an absolute blast! Even though we were in Thailand, it felt very much like Chinese New Year. There were yoga classes by the beach, but unfortunately, we didn't have time to join. For service, I'd give it an 85 out of 100. 👍🏼 The front desk had a Chinese-speaking girl who was very thoughtful and helpful, and the doorman was also very polite. However, the restaurant staff and a female attendant folding towels by the pool felt a little lacking. While there wasn't anything overtly bad, their service just wasn't as comfortable as the rest. Everything else was excellent. In summary: The hardware – scenery, accommodation, and cleanliness – was impeccable; the service still has room for improvement.

PPeter.XuA perfect trip, a perfect hotel! We arrived at the hotel in the evening, and the front desk staff were very welcoming, making check-in a breeze. Our swim-up room was in a great, quiet location. The pool is huge and has a jacuzzi, and the pool bar has a fantastic atmosphere. The spa is definitely worth trying. Breakfast was bountiful, offering traditional Thai and Western options, plus an omelet station. hotel's location is convenient; it's a ten-minute walk to the beach, there are several 7-Elevens nearby, and it's close to the Kata Walking Street Night Market. This hotel is definitely going on my list for future trips!

GGuest UserSpectacular views of the sea from the rooms make this resort a winner for feelings of peace and solitude. My room included a ceiling fan and a separate rain shower next to the bath tub. A massive free breakfast buffet starts the day for most guests, with changing options on a daily basis. Before breakfast I walked down the steep driveway to the private beach to swim either in the sea or the small pool next to it. At 7 am there is nobody around. One morning I took out a kayak (one hour free) which had stunning panoramic views. There are two swimming pools by the resort’s main building and both are delightful for swimming and relaxing. Nothing much to do in the evening and the TV channel selection could be expanded with movie channels (e.g., HBO, Cinemax), educational channels like Discovery Asia, and nature channels like BBC Earth and Love Nature. I partook in a 90 minute herbal pack massage which was a bit pricy but very professional. Both lunch and dinner menus have sufficient variety of dishes and food quality was good. Staff were always helpful. In summary, Supalai Scenic Bay Resort is a wonderfully serene experience at a very reasonable room price.
