"Traveling with parents and children. The hotel has a good location and the environment is OK. But there is one thing that is very unsatisfactory. The swimming pool provided by the hotel is not independent of the hotel. It is built together with a gym. The children want to swim. I went to the swimming pool in the afternoon to take a look. It was steaming hot. When I took the children there in the evening, the water temperature was cold. I can understand that you don’t plan to open it at night because there are fewer guests. The water temperature is not heated, but as a management, you clearly know this situation. You still sold us swimsuits and swimming caps before we went in. What does it mean? It is nothing more than swindling money. You also told me that the water temperature of the human body is ten degrees different. Can't I feel it? Other children who swim said that the water temperature is cold, much colder than in the afternoon."

"The location is excellent, and parking is convenient. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming. This is my second stay, and I'm still very satisfied. My only minor suggestion would be that the laundry facilities can get quite busy, so it would be great if there were more washing machines available. Plus, there are plenty of convenient shopping options nearby."

The hotel is far from the nearest restaurant. It takes more than one kilometer to eat. There are many food stalls. Recommend a place for xx dining, affordable and delicious.

I called the hotel to arrange for the aunt to clean up. The little girl at the front desk said that the aunt had already got off work (more than 6 pm), 🥲🥲, I can't accept it, the little girl later helped clean up, Said that the aunt was temporarily found during the Spring Festival, also expressed apologies, I hope to train again.
