"We stayed here twice, on the way to and back from my wife’s parents house over Spring Festival. This is a great hotel in an unknown city. The rooms are very big and comfortable, and we were upgraded both times (presumably this was a quieter period, but we were very grateful!) We really have to praise the help and professionalism of the staff here. On our second visit, we had an unusual request that required a lot of effort, but they were incredibly supportive and really helped us out.
