"We've stayed at this hotel several times in different rooms, but this was our last. The rooms look worse and worse each time, the housekeeping has become extremely poor, they need renovation, and they smell of damp and mold. The air conditioning hasn't been serviced in a long time, and there's dust, dirt, and hair everywhere from previous occupants. It's impossible to fill the bathtub, the hot water pressure is too weak, and even the water heater won't turn on. You're paying for something you can't use. The furniture is all old and dirty, and the nightstand is covered in strange stains, right in front of your face. It's unpleasant. The kitchen is there, but there's not a single utensil for cooking, not even spoons or forks. The balcony is covered in dust and pigeon droppings. Incidentally, if you book a two-story room on the top floor, pigeons live in the roof, and at dawn they're sure to wake you with their loud cooing. The soundproofing is poor; you can hear every word your neighbors are saying. The breakfast is Thai, and there's nothing to eat. It's just rice, noodles, and sausages. Overall, it's not a decent meal. On the plus side: beautiful grounds, beautiful interiors and furniture (though dirty), a beautiful view from the window, and bright and spacious rooms. The reception staff is friendly. Hotel management: please improve the cleaning and renovate the rooms. It's very sad to see the hotel deteriorate. С каждым разом номера выглядят все хуже, уборка в номерах стала очень плохой, номера требуют ремонта, пахнет сыростью и плесенью. Система кондиционирования не числилась уже очень давно, повсюду пыль, грязь и волосы от предыдущих жильцов. Ванну набрать нереально, слишком слабый напор горячей воды, даже водонагреватель не может включиться. Ты платишь за то, чем не можешь пользоваться. Мебель вся старая и грязная, тумбочка у кровати в непонятных пятнах, напротив лица. Это не приятно. Кухня- она как бы есть, но нет ни одного предмета для готовки, даже ложек и вилок. Балкон не убран от пыли и голубиного помета. Кстати, если вы возьмёте двухэтажный номер на последнем этаже- в крыше живут голуби и с рассветом они вас обязательно разбудят своим громким курлыканьем. Звукоизоляция плохая, можно разобрать о чем говорят соседи, слышно каждое слово. Завтрак - тайский, есть нечего. Только рис, лапша и сосиски, в общем нормально поесть не получится. Из плюсов - красивая территория, красивый интерьер и мебель (но грязная), красивый вид из окна, светлые и просторные номера. На ресепшене приветливый персонал Управляющие отеля- обратите внимание на качество уборки и сделайте ремонт в номерах. Очень грустно смотреть на то, как отель деградирует."

"You have to call the reception on the phone for check in and someone will pick you up to your room. The water body outside is not clear and is greenish… Room is very very hot in the afternoon but there’s air con and fan. Breakfast is provided but can’t really communicate well"

"We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful setting. It was also our first glamping experience, and we even spotted an unusual bird's nest in the palm trees. Breakfast was also excellent. However, we stayed in two different room types, and in both, the shower water was unfortunately cold. I believe they should consider installing different shower units."

"Excellent service, very quiet and peaceful. 🛏️ Room: Clean, spacious, minimalist decor with a balcony overlooking the garden. Air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, hot water, and everything else were provided. The bed was soft and comfortable, making it a great night's sleep. 👩💼 Service: The staff were lovely, friendly, and provided excellent information. They provided sincere service, making it feel like you were visiting a relative's home."

"Atmosphere of the place is gorgeous! Rooms & bathrooms are spotlessly clean. You will definitely need a car for this location as it is quite remote however grab and 7/11 do deliver. Breakfast is very sparse, only boiled eggs, fried rice, toast, jam, juice, water and fruit. But overall had a great experience with the place. We were mainly out touring the city at different restaurants and cafes. Staff speak very little English but are also friendly and helpful."

"Very good hotel at Khaoyai national park, it was impressive starting from hotel reception during checked in, very clean and quiet room, varieties food for breakfast, however it would be much much better for the checked out if reception paid attention instead of busy with her face make up in the morning. It is just for the improvement of the hotel while all other staff and manager have performed their good job."

The room and the staff save for breakfast, quite disappointed. - buffet line is very small and the taste is not that good. - our trip member has the elder with wheelchair, the table in indoor was full when we came. It would be better if the hotel informed us which time the buffet room was crowded so that we could prepare."
