The hotel service is first-class. The front desk lady Sugar contacted me half a day in advance about the specific requirements of the room, patiently and carefully arranged the room according to my requirements, and sent welcome fruits in advance, which was as warm as spring.
The hotel has complete hardware facilities, super rich breakfast, and the hotel gym is well-equipped and well-managed.

"The Jingmen Hotel was temporarily booked in the middle of the traffic jam. Free parking was available at the door. The twin bed in the room was a bit bigger. The service attitude was very good. The hotel decoration facilities were good, free laundry, the room was clean and tidy, and the wet and dry were separated. Breakfast is relatively simple, but the aunt insisted that the stalls be closed until 9:30. It is also fast to ride an electric bike from Democratic Street. A local restaurant at the door tastes good and the salted chicken is great. More than 160 Spring Festival cost-effective 👍"

"I passed by Jingmen on my way back from a self-driving trip. I booked this hotel because it was relatively new. It was really good. It has its own parking lot, free snacks and fruits upon check-in, smart door opening, separate wet and dry toilets, and new and clean supplies. There are both Chinese and simple Western breakfasts. There is a self-service laundry room with a washer-dryer, which is convenient for long-distance travelers. The front desk service is very warm and considerate, and the security guard arranges parking. It is a very cost-effective hotel. I will stay here again next time."

I loved that there was complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby, just like at quick-service hotels abroad. During the Chinese New Year, they even gave us a small gift of Qiaomi rice, which was a thoughtful touch. The front desk staff were always gentle-voiced and smiling. It was truly wonderful. I suggested they make the lobby smell nice, like hotels overseas, and they were very grateful and receptive! That was also a good sign! It would be even better if the value for money was higher during holidays. I hope the hotel continues to improve. I'll definitely stay here every time I come back.
