"I extended my stay for one more night and requested to be transferred to another room. This tiime I was quite satisfied with the room. It was clean and I did not feel stuffy like my previous room. It was quieter, though, voices/sounds coming from the outside and other rooms are still audible. Service at in the hotel restaurants still takes long. Foods are pretty good taste wise. Added bonus is free luggage storage while waiting for a late flight and free shuttle pick up and delivery to the airport."

"✨ MY ONE-NIGHT STAY NA NAKAKA-IMPRESS! ✨ So here’s the tea – I booked this place last minute kasi need ko lang ng quick stay before my flight, and WOW, ang ganda pala neto! First things first: SUPERCLEAN TO THE MAX – parang bago lang talaga linisin ng nanay mo tapos ayaw mong makasira ng kalinisan haha! Tama sila when they said it’s newly opened – everything looks fresh pa, walang kahit anong amoy or dumi na nakikita. Yung staff? SUPER NICE AT MABAIT – parang mga kapitbahay mong handang tumulong kahit ano pa! Nag-assist sila agad pagdating ko, tapos sagot agad sila sa mga tanong ko about sa area. Price-wise? SULIT NA SULIT AT AFFORDABLE – hindi ka magre-regret ng perang ginastos mo, promise! Plus points pa: SOBRANG LAPIT SA NAIA AIRPORT – perfect for early flights or pag galing lang sa abroad na pagod ka na. And syempre, malapit din sa MALL OF ASIA if you wanna do last-minute shopping or kain bago umalis/kapag dating mo. Overall, sulit na sulit ang stay ko dito – if you’re looking for a hassle-free, clean, and budget-friendly place near the airport or MOA, this is THE spot na dapat mong icheck out! 🇵🇭"

"Chaotic, always crowded, people everywhere, need to queue even for the elevator. If u want a peaceful vacation, I don't recommend this hotel. Location is equally bad, surrounded with buildings under construction, literally nothing nearby. I arrived on a Saturday, check in takes 30- 40 mins, and another 10 mins waiting for the elevator. The hotel is not built for this many customers, the service Crews are too busy trying to accommodate so many people that they lack the personal touch. Breakfast is normal, I had the same quality of breakfast at another hotel in manila for half the price. Service was poor, I asked for a couple of wine glasses, but was rejected, reason being I did not order any wine with them. 😢 For the same price point, definitely there are much better choices around the same area."

"If you are sensitive to aircon noise, then their room may not be most suitable for you. The hotel's aircon is kind of noisy and on the 1st night I feedbacked and they offered to send an technician. It did help for a short while but afterwards it seems like the noise went back to as usual. I also discovered it was a dripping a little after the technician left. The staff mentioned the aircon noise is the same in all rooms due to the type of aircon it is. Knowing myself and based on past experience, I would not be able to enjoy the next few nights of stay and so I moved to another nearby hotel the next day and I'm so glad I made this decision. It was non refundable sadly but I could allow friends to stay the remaining nights in my name which was great. The room soundproofing can be improved as I could hear someone talking on the phone next door in the early morning and it was hard to get enough rest. My room was facing the main road and the train track so I could hear a bit of train noise but its not too loud and the road's traffic noise is minimal too at 9th floor. As for cafe menu, it would be good to have more options. They have some dim sum (yay!), asian and western foods. Their cafe service can be better improved too in terms of attitude and friendliness. You'll have to request for room service menu if you want to order from the room. It would be better at check in if the front desk asked if room service menu is needed and so they can send it up to save time. Hotel is clean, looks modern and I like the room's lighting variety too. Their security is tight and if you have a visitor who needs to park at the hotel, they'll have to provide the guest's room number. Good to register yours or your visitor's car plate number at check in to save time. The Mrt station is just about 5-7 min walk and they have a convenience store next door and across which is convenient as they charge from the 3rd bottle of water. The pool looks great and friends who stayed on my behalf enjoyed it. Hope this helps! 🧡"

"Good Points: 1. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, only about 10 minutes away by taxi. 2. It is close to an LRT station, making it easy to travel to Manila city centre. 3. There are several nearby conveniences, including 7-Eleven, Jollibee, and other restaurants. 4. The room was clean and well-maintained. 5. The toilet and shower areas are separated, which adds to comfort and functionality. 6. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful, and fluent in English. Areas for Improvement: 1. The room floor felt sticky and could be cleaned more thoroughly. 2. The shower room door design needs improvement, as water tends to spread বwhen showering"

"We had a great stay so far but on the first night of our stay we can hear so much noise of the children from the next room late at night and on the early morning about 5am. The sound proofing was really poor that you can hear the next door blinds up and down. But on the second day of our stay it was great as the next room people had gone😀"

"Location to PITX (and thus, airport) is so convenient. Pool is nice, just check the times its operating. (Same as with the Gym) As for the room, its mostly nice apart from the TV being all-mandarin (use a dongle if you want youtube!), Wifi randomly dropping at times (and the 5G band being extremely unreliable), aircon remote randomly not working, some paint job being chipped away at the far side of the room beside the balcony, and the shower ceiling randomly having a temporary cardboard job. Service was nice, though I highly recommend buying some airtime to your number, as you either need that or doing the whole song and dance of going to the lobby and back up, and as with me having others in my journey meant that I always ask the security to tap his card to get back to my floor. Speaking of security, there’s a baggage scanner installed near the elevator lobby, so be mindful of that. I chose the option with no food, so we went instead to a hot pot restaurant at the ground floor. There’s also some parking outside. City Center Executive is part of the whole Imperial Plaza Residences complex, so on top of everything that I mentioned in this review, be extra mindful of the residents and try not to bother them."

"This was our second time here, which speaks volumes about how much we appreciate this place. The staff, as always, are incredibly welcoming, attentive, responsive, and friendly. The hotel is located right by the sea in a safe area with security and CCTV surveillance. There's no crime, loitering, or strangers on the street; it's very quiet and peaceful. The room is clean and spacious, with a view of the sea and a shopping mall. The air conditioning is quiet. Downstairs, there's a 7-Eleven store with all the essentials and snacks. On the 2nd and 3rd floors, you'll find a laundry room and a cafe. Seafood restaurants with sea views are within walking distance. Ayala Malls and SM are a short ride away, and there's a free shuttle bus available. Highly recommend!"

"Great for its price and location. The staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient, making check-in/out for my two-night stay very easy. The room was clean and had a comfy bed , though a bit noisy (coz you can hear the people from outside of door). The main plus was the central location where you can go to MOA/baclaran Good value for a short stays."

"We stayed at Nuwa for 3D2N , the experience was great except for the last breakfast day, we went their at around 10am for the buffet breakfast which was located at Hyatt Regency , on the first breakfast day, all went well, no long line, food was good, service was fast, unfortunately on the second day of breakfast service was very bad due high volume of guest who are waiting in line, and the employee who is in charge in the line keep saying that the breakfast will end at exactly 11am, without giving alternative options where can other guest take their breakfast. COD hotels shares one breakfast buffet area (if you want buffet style breakfast) which was in Hyatt Regency Hotel. Good thing I remembered that we could eat breakfast at one of Nuwa's restaurant. But staying at Nuwa's Hotel was a great experience."
