"The hotel's service was incredibly thoughtful and warm. Staff in the lobby proactively opened the elevator and greeted us, and the front desk provided a detailed explanation of the room types. We checked in around 9 PM, and despite the cold winter night, I found it exceptionally rare and touching that someone still offered to handwash our clothes. A big thank you to the lady who did that! This will be my first choice whenever I'm on a business trip here. The breakfast was delicious and filling. Overall, I'm very satisfied and wish the hotel continued excellence and prosperity."

"Because I was afraid of the cold, I asked the front desk to arrange a south-facing room for me.
