"Very satisfied stay experience, the front office manager Yuan is very good, very warm, responsible, answer all questions, and recommended a delicious restaurant to me, the room arrangement is very satisfactory, the facilities are complete, it is floor heating, the shower room hot water is very sufficient, tired for a day on business trip, returned to the room to take a hot bath, Especially comfortable. "This was my first time staying at this GreenTree Inn, and for around 90 RMB including breakfast, it was quite a good deal. Before checking in, I read some reviews, and a few mentioned mosquitoes in the rooms. As I have allergies and am particularly prone to mosquito bites, I initially wanted to cancel my reservation. However, seeing that my room type was non-cancellable, I called the hotel front desk. The staff were very helpful and said that if I found any mosquitoes or bugs in the room after checking in, they would be happy to switch my room or process a refund. After checking in, I didn't find any mosquitoes or bugs at all. The hotel's environment, service, cleanliness, and breakfast were all excellent (the breakfast was especially delicious!). I'll definitely be back."
