"Having stayed in so many hotels, this riverside hotel truly surprised me, especially the view, which completely exceeded my expectations, giving the feeling of a ”180-degree panoramic river view room.” Waking up in the morning, I could enjoy the tranquility of the river view from my bed without even getting up, making the room price feel incredibly worthwhile.
The service matched the view perfectly. From the moment I got out of the car, the concierge smiled and helped with my luggage. Check-in at the front desk was very efficient, and they even proactively upgraded me to a higher floor room, saying it would offer a ”more expansive view.” After check-in, any needs, such as an extra pillow or a few more bottles of water, were met with prompt and friendly housekeeping. I felt meticulously cared for without being overly intrusive; the sense of propriety was excellent.
Some small details:
· The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, and the toiletries, kettle, and tea set were of good quality.
· The mattress and pillows were just the right firmness, ensuring a restful night's sleep.
