"This hotel has a great environment with many Instagrammable spots. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. It's located right in the center of Kaili, making it super convenient for transportation and perfect for sightseeing itineraries. Next to it, there's an old traditional culture street and a night market with street food. There are also unique local attractions nearby. Every time I come to Southeast Guizhou, I always stay at the Guizhou Cultural Tourism Jiatu Hotel. Maybe it's because of the convenient transportation, or perhaps it's close to the snack street. I'll definitely stay here again next time, haha. During holidays, there are even performances where you can experience traditional ethnic minority culture. The hotel environment and hygiene are excellent. They also have a seafood buffet dinner on the fourth floor, so you don't even need to go out to eat, which is incredibly convenient and fast. "We stayed in a family room with a view. While the scenery was not as breathtaking as the panoramic rooms, it was still pleasant, and the balcony was a lovely feature with a table for four. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and it made our stay truly relaxing. A special highlight of our trip was our butler, 小杨. She was incredibly pleasant, attentive, and helpful, striking the perfect balance between professionalism and a warm, casual manner. Her service truly elevated our experience and made us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. Afternoon tea was a nice touch, with a variety of nuts and a slice of cake each day. Since we stayed for four nights, having similar nuts daily—with only the cake changing—felt a little repetitive, but it was still appreciated. We also feel that a full-length mirror would be a great addition to the room. One small point for families to note is that the toilet doors are translucent with frosted glass, which may not be ideal for those who prefer more privacy when traveling with family members. Overall, all six of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay and left with wonderful memories. A special shout-out once again to our lovely butler, 小杨, for making our experience even more memorable."

"I had an excellent stay at Shanfeng Study Homestay! The hotel is beautiful, in the style of a boutique hotel, the room was very comfortable, the breakfast was very good (chinese breakfast only) and the staff was very kind. I would go back again!"

"We chose this hotel instead inside the miao village because accessibility ( guess its suited for the elders or tour groups) because we dont have to walk-up steps with the other hotels inside the village but I heard reviews the staff of the other hotels inside village will come pick you up and help you with luggage, anyway the impression of the hotel is very big, as with the rooms, Room is clean and the bed is comfortable, Water is quite strong in shower, Breakfast area is very big, the food is so so, due lots of dishes not hot enough, its cold may be the warmers the lids not closed, Overall its pleasant stay."

"The B&B is very close to Bridge No. 1 and not far from where Baidu cars can drop you off, so the location is excellent. They can also help with your luggage. The room has a fantastic view, overlooking the entire Miao village, and the lights at night are especially beautiful. We were lucky to have clear weather, so the daytime view was also superb. It's very convenient to get to the cable car from the Xiaobeimen (Small North Gate). The room itself was very clean and warm, with air conditioning and an electric blanket. It was a really great experience, and the owner even has cute cats!"

"I highly recommend staying at this guesthouse. The location is absolutely fantastic, both day and night! It's truly the best vantage point in the entire scenic area. Any designated observation decks in the area simply can't compare. The photos and videos I took from my guesthouse balcony turned out amazing. The facilities are excellent, and the environment is exceptionally clean. Most notably, the owner's service attitude is just wonderful. Having visited numerous scenic spots across the country, I consider this to be the number one guesthouse I've ever stayed at."

"Facilities: Although it's an older hotel, it's very good overall. Cleanliness: The hygiene is very good. Environment: It's relatively quiet, and the location is easy to find. Service: The service attitude is excellent, and they even gifted us some special rice. I especially want to praise the breakfast – it's incredibly rich and plentiful, and it's served until noon. The breakfast is quite distinctive, even featuring the unique Kaili sour soup, which was fantastic! I was very satisfied with the breakfast."

"This is the first time I've genuinely wanted to review a hotel! I've stayed in many hotels and B&Bs, and often they ask for good reviews, but the owner of this B&B didn't mention it at all, which made an even better impression on me. First, the facilities: Since we'll be renovating our own home soon, I couldn't help but study the hotel's decor. Things like artistic walls and seamless caulking, which most hotels wouldn't bother with, this B&B did, and they did them exceptionally well. For a 25-year-old hotel, there wasn't a hint of a renovation smell. Kohler toilets and faucets, and smart home features throughout – definitely a thumbs up! Cleanliness: At least the room we stayed in was spotless. Service: A huge thumbs up! The owner contacted us well in advance, helped us with our luggage up to the observation deck, and paid attention to all sorts of details, making us feel very comfortable. Also, we were with friends; they booked a suite, and we booked the simplest room type. Our room was still very spacious and comfortable. In the evening, sitting on the balcony, enjoying skewers and a few drinks while watching the twinkling lights below – it was incredibly relaxing! If you don't feel like walking, it's also very convenient to take a car to the main street. All in all, highly recommended!!"

"The price-performance ratio is very high, and it must be rated 5 points. The room area is not small at all, and the suitcase will not be in the way when it is spread out; the facilities and equipment are complete, and the bathrobe is praised; the hygiene is clean and refreshing. The only drawback is that the rooms facing west to the road are not very soundproof. If you need quietness, you can choose a room facing east."
