After all, it is free. The room was average. During our stay, there was a power outage for a long time. It was too hot to stay in the room. There was no place to have air conditioning when we went out. This was very collapsed. Continued cleaning is not to say that it will not be cleaned, you have to take the initiative to mention it yourself. I think the bedding is not clean. We stayed for four days. I had five or six big red envelopes on my stomach, as if I was bitten by a scorpion. But if this kind of thing wants to prove to be a hotel problem, I have to go to the hospital, so I didn't say anything to the hotel. I'll go home."

I asked the staff, but it seems that the temperature probably can't be changed. I asked them for at least the water pressure, and it improved a little. However, the water pressure was weak again the next night, so I asked them to adjust the water pressure every day for four days before taking a shower. When the staff came to check the water pressure, they stood on the bath mat with their shoes on, and the bath mat turned black because the shoes were wet with water... This happened two days in a row, so we told them that the water pressure had improved and it was okay to check it. It may be a cultural difference, but I guess they don't care about guests' bath mats turning black. The laundry service, free bicycle rental, and currency exchange that were listed on Trip.com (same as ***********) were not available lol The location is nice, right in front of the sea. It's a 10-20 minute walk to the town, but I was so scared of the stray dogs at night (they sleep and relax during the day, but are super active at night...) that I had to use a tuk-tuk every time. The hotel itself is not bad, but the shower was the only thing that bothered me. There were also frequent power outages every day. (It wasn't particularly difficult, but it sometimes took several hours lol) The staff were all really trying to solve the problem and listen to our requests. They were very calm and friendly, and always had a shy smile lol However, their English was quite weak, so it was necessary to be patient and communicate."

Минус комнаты - сильная слышимость. Мы пытались уснуть пораньше, так как предстоял ранний подъем но до 10 вечера слышали, как соседи звенели вилками и болтали, ужиная. Еще один минус - расположение кондиционера. Он дует прямо на кровать, а одеял в отеле нет, только простыни. С кондиционером холодно, без него - жарко 😁 Но в целом, эти два минуса не перекрыли позитивный настрой, так как отель показался нам очень классным. Отдельный плюс я хочу отметить за книжку с заданиями, которую дали моему сыну. Очень много интересных заданий, которые он выполнял, пока ожидал ужин, или в течение дня. По прохождении книжки есть подарок - мороженое. Очень мило. Кстати, в пяти минутах от отеля чудесный пляж! 🥰 и там почти нет людей."

"В целом это хорошее место: просторные номера, метров 30 от бесконечного пустынного пляжа (через территорию соседнего ресорта). Можно пользоваться лежаками этого ресорта. Великолепные завтраки. Кондиционер и Wifi работали отлично. Персонал вежлив и предупредителен. Возникающие проблемы решались оперативно. Основная проблема была при заезде, когда хозяин сказал, что не видит моей брони. Оказалось что у него инфраструктура была заточена только под Букинг.ком и Агоду. Пришлось понервничать..."

Many clothes were hanging on the veranda 'the fence has always had a flock of local homeless dogs, they are harmless but noisy - No hot water.
