"Excellent location; close to SM Aura, Market Market, Bonifacio High Street, Venice Grand Canal Mall, Bus and jeepney terminal, and of course cats!!! We had an amazing stay here for 3 nights. We made use of the facilities such as oven, electric kettle, refrigerator hair dryer, hangers, and swimming pool. The hotel staff are warm and helpful . It would be nice to be back here! 💕"

"Great location in BGC, clean rooms, but noticeable smoke smell and average breakfast We stayed at F1 Hotel Manila in Bonifacio Global City (BGC) as a family group and found it to be a convenient option right in the heart of BGC. Pros: • Location is fantastic — walking distance to Bonifacio High Street, Uptown Mall, and plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops. Perfect base for exploring BGC • Rooms were clean and comfortable. • Staff were a real highlight: concierge was friendly and helpful, security and floor staff were exceptionally nice and attentive. Cons: • The room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke from the moment we entered — quite strong and unpleasant, especially for non-smokers. • Breakfast was just average. The food selection was okay but nothing special, the breakfast room felt small and crowded for the number of guests, and there were long queues every morning for the coffee machine. It would have been much better if staff served coffee or added a second machine to reduce the waiting time. Overall, a solid choice if you want to be right in the middle of BGC’s action and can tolerate the smoke issue (which hopefully gets addressed). The location and staff are the biggest strengths."

"The air conditioning in the room was noisy, and there was high-rise noise on the 16th floor. Aside from the complimentary water on the first day, everything in the mini-bar had a price tag. They cleaned the room every day unless specifically told not to. The cleaning staff were young women and men, who would chat and laugh while tidying up. There was no comb, the tissues were of poor quality, the king-size bed was two single beds pushed together, and breakfast was not good. However, the hotel is conveniently located next to a Starbucks, a Super Group Chinese restaurant, and Jollibee (a local fried chicken place). It's also very close to the largest cemetery in the world."

"The receptionist is not helpful at all while i was seeking help from her to order a grab for me to the airport ,instead she said none of the staff here has phone with them so she asks me just to walk out get a taxi myself with the luggages i was carrying and with my 80 years old mom,this is awful experience for me .last year i stay in Grand Hyatt hotel they help me right away"

"Hotel Review: Brittany Hotel BGC (Stayed October 1, 2025) I booked Brittany Hotel BGC purely for convenience since my appointment at the KVAC Korean Visa Center was scheduled the next day—and it happens to be located inside the same hotel. The property is also right beside SM Aura, making the location a huge plus. Parking & Check-In Parking was free (validated upon check-in), though spaces were very limited—by noon there were only a couple left, so arriving later might be tricky. Reception staff were warm and attentive, and I appreciated that my room was ready before the official check-in time. The lobby itself was modern and pleasant. Room & Amenities The room was clean and the bed comfortable, though far from five-star quality. The carpet in the hallways looked old and worn, which cheapened the overall feel. The bathroom layout was practical, with separate areas for toilet, shower, and sink, though the hairdryer placement made it awkward to use. Amenities were basic—kettle, beverage fridge, and coffee sachets (which were very poor quality). I ended up buying coffee at 7-Eleven instead. Small maintenance issues like chipped walls were noticeable, but not a dealbreaker for a short stay. Service Staff were consistently polite and greeted us whenever we passed by. The in-room phones weren’t working, but a QR/Viber system was available for requests, which I didn’t end up needing. Breakfast Breakfast was decent overall (7/10). Options included pastries, an egg station, Filipino dishes, congee, and noodles. I enjoyed the garlic rice and local dishes, though the pastries felt a bit stale and the bacon/ham weren’t great. Coffee from the percolator was watered down but still better than the sachets provided in-room. Overall Impression If you’re after convenience—especially for KVAC appointments or quick access to SM Aura—this hotel works. But for the price point, you can find more premium stays in BGC (e.g., Ascot or Seda). It’s not a bad choice, just not one I’d recommend for a staycation or if you’re after luxury.
