"The new hotel is clean and bright, with convenient facilities, separate wet and dry bathrooms, and good soundproofing in the rooms. It's very close to Leling Film and Television City, and the hotel also provides free shuttle service to the film and television city. The front desk receptionist, Gao Shengnan, was also very friendly and polite. The young lady on duty at the counter on the south side of the lobby at 9:00 pm on the 1st was also very helpful."

The hotel is located at the intersection of Starlight Avenue and Tourism Road in Leling City, diagonally opposite the Leling Film City.[Transport] It only takes 15 minutes to drive to the Linde highway Leling East Toll Station, 18 minutes to drive from the Linde Highway Leling Toll Station, and 23 minutes to drive the Beijing-Shanghai highway Lening North Toll Station.It only takes 25 minutes to drive to Leling West Toll Station on the Beijing-Shanghai highway, and 14 minutes to drive To Leling Motor Bus Terminal [Attractions] The hotel opposite is Leling Film City,A 5-minute walk can reach the Jilubian Revolution Memorial, and a 5-minute drive can reach a 10,000-acre date garden in Leling, which is a natural oxygen bar.[Exhibition] from the Leling City Convention and exhibition center drive 20 minutes [supporting] hotel buffet breakfast.The first floor is the Crane Chinese Restaurant, which provides Chinese dinner, which can be ordered or delivered to the room. The hotel is 5 minutes walk to the tourist road runway. "The hotel room is very large, the room we stayed in can see the film and television city, walking can be reached, the front desk staff is very friendly, the breakfast is rich, there are Texas stewed chicken to eat, the old white tea and red date water cooked at the front desk are very good, in short, very satisfied."

"For context, we were in Laoling on business and ended up staying here almost a month in total spread over two visits and many bookings.
The good:
Quick check-in. Staff spoke basic English.
They provided one extra desk and chair on our second visit (but not on our first which was for 18 days).
Very good value rooms.
The suite is fairly spacious (but doesn't even come with a desk or chair which seems like a basic omission).
The location next to the biggest mall in Laoling.
One member of staff was very helpful when we left something behind after our first stay.
Laundry room is very helpful (note that you don't need detergent, it's automatically added!).
The bad:
They flatly refused to give us an extra desk on our first visit despite doing so on the second so we had to buy it ourselves.
They wouldn't program our key cards to be valid through more than one booking, and often even when renewed they still didn't work.
There was nowhere to hang anything in the bathroom. The WiFi was very slow.
The toilet was hugely annoying, flushing once and splashing you as soon as you sat down (why I have no idea!) and then again as soon as you stand up.
The ugly:
Staff, including management, were unhelpful to the point of ridiculousness both before and after we arrived. Communication, even though we speak Chinese, was incredibly frustrating, and we were extremely angry by the time we arrived. It's the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel in China and it really spoiled our entire stay."

"酒店門口就是多個快充充電樁，房間佈置很棒，新、乾淨、衞生，各種貼心的小細節，電梯右側還有樂陵景點推薦，寵物友好型酒店～這次去了樂陵影視城和樂陵動物園，建議白天先去《唐探1900》區（有些電影裏的場景晚上室內不給開燈），晚上去大唐那邊有表演。徐園子包子鋪價格非常實惠，老味道，能吃出來是真肉好肉（早上吃了7個牛肉包子居然下午四五點才餓……）。逛了德百和銀座，好客山東，無論是市民、還是服務人員都特別熱情實在！我喜歡山東💕！"

Go to help the elevator swipe the card in advance, the hotel front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and the problems raised can be solved with care. Also give yogurt to drink! The location of the hotel is also very good. There are many snacks and delicacies nearby. The environment is warm, quiet and comfortable as a whole, and the room is clean and tidy. Will choose next time.

As soon as I entered the lobby, it was spacious and bright, the decoration was simple and stylish, the front desk staff was warm and professional when checking in, the procedures were super fast, and the hotel facilities and interesting places around were intimately introduced. The favorability was instantly up.
The room was clean and tidy, the layout was warm, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and there were blackout curtains. I slept super fragrantly at night and was full of energy the next day. The bathroom was also cleaned very clean, the toiletries were all available, and the quality was not bad. The hotel's breakfast is rich in variety, both Chinese and Western, fresh fruit, bread, hot porridge, and freshly made noodles, each mouth is super satisfying, opening a full day of vitality.
And the location of the hotel is particularly good, eating and shopping around are very convenient, close to the attractions, travel is super convenient. The free parking lot is also very spacious, and there is no pressure to park if you drive by yourself.
