"Amazing, the hosts/staff were so friendly and helpful. From giving great advise on what time to visit different areas of the canyons to avoid crowds, driving you to scenic areas too far to walk and even dropping me off at the railway station at midnight when I couldn’t get a taxi. Just fantastic!
Room was comfortable and great size, amazing showers, super peaceful and mostly importantly amazing views of the canyon (including lights being projected onto the canyon at night).
I definitely recommend for a great experience!"

"If you're seeing Zhangye Danxia (Rainbow Mountains) than this is the hotel for you! You can see the mountain views from the hotel! And they have 24hrs check-in which is good for people that are arriving early in the morning on the sleeper trains. Unfortunately they don't have any food available as I was hungry as I didn't realise there was absolutely no food available on the sleeper trains. I had to pay for yoghurt and wait for breakfast time. The kitchen only does breakfast. However, the lady was able to get me take-away breakfast since I was checking out at 7am and their breakfast time starts at 7am. I also had a slight argument with the convenience store that's inside the hotel on one of the nights because there's no restaurant in this hotel - i had to resort to instant food. I got this instant hot pot meal but she went back and switched it to a completely different product - some chicken drumstick with rice - and she didn't even tell me! I didn't notice as I was on a phone call. I only realised when i had went upstairs and almost poured hot water into it. She said to me that there was no price tag and she thought she gave me the same product - which she didn't. Anyways i was hungry and frustrated."

"The hotel is very close to the west gate of the scenic spot. It only takes 10 minutes to walk two intersections straight away. It is the best choice for watching the sunrise. Because the west gate is closest to the sunrise viewing point, it is just one stop into the scenic spot. The hotel's furnishings are very new, and it's obvious that the owner has put a lot of thought into it. There is also food nearby, so you don’t have to worry about life at all. Thanks again to the aunt who prepared breakfast. It was past 9 o'clock when we came back after watching the sunrise. After dinner, the aunt was still very enthusiastic and prepared some food for us as much as she could. Thank you."

"It is really a very good hotel. First of all, the room is very clean and tidy. As soon as you enter the door, you are amazed by the design of the lobby. I’ve done guides online before, but I still really liked it when I saw it in person. The toiletries in the room are all disposable, clean and hygienic, and they are designed with care at first glance. The boss was very enthusiastic and honest, and introduced Danxia’s travel guide in detail. In the evening, they also took us to the night market in Danxia Town. We got up early the next morning and sent us to see the Danxia sunrise. They were afraid that we would come back late, so they even left breakfast for us. The service was really unsatisfactory. If you want to visit Danxia, especially if you want to watch the sunrise, staying here is the best choice. Breakfast is also good, including steamed buns, flower rolls, boiled eggs, fried shredded potatoes, cold vegetables, porridge and soy milk, which is very affordable. They also gave jujube slices before leaving, which was very considerate."

First of all, the location is called ”golden location”. It is a food street. After visiting the scenic spot, it is super convenient to eat some local characteristics. It is within walking distance to the west gate of colorful Danxia. You don't have to get up early to catch the bus, saving a lot of time and energy. Self-driving friends don't have to worry at all. Hotel parking is particularly convenient and free, and parking problems are directly solved.
The decoration of the hotel is very high-grade, not the cheap pompous style, it is very comfortable to look at. The most amazing thing is the bathroom, which is designed for dry and wet separation. Washing, toileting, and showers do not interfere with each other. People who have used it know this convenience! And the whole house is very hygienic, everything is clean, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and you can relax in the bed when you are tired every day.
The boss's service is nothing to say, the attitude is particularly enthusiastic, if you have any needs or want to ask the scenic spot guide, you can answer patiently, there is no sense of distance at all, and the stay is particularly comfortable.

"It's excellent! Let me elaborate on it; the previous guests were so careless! First, the shuttle service to and from the scenic area saved us 40 minutes. Breakfast also included corn, pumpkin, carrots, millet porridge, fermented glutinous rice wine, soy milk, fried dough sticks, steamed buns, flower rolls, shredded potatoes, cucumbers, pickled mustard tubers, grilled sausage, eggs—you name it! The rooms are all smart and spotlessly clean, and the amenities are all high-end and comfortable. The bath towels are amazing; they can even wrap my 200-pound husband! There are so many other great details, all excellent, and they also offer yogurt and fruit. Isn't it worth it? Ten stars recommended!"

After arriving at the store, I took the initiative to help us pick up our luggage and asked about our housing preferences. The location is incredible!! Just a 5-minute walk from the Danxia Scenic Area?! A perfect combination for business trips and leisure travel! The room's smart controls are amazing – just voice control to turn the lights and air conditioning on and off?! A lazy person's dream!! The bathroom is so clean it reflects light, the bed is super soft, and the soundproofing is so good you can't even hear the neighbors snoring 😴
The receptionist is incredibly kind!! She proactively highlighted important things to do and eat, her response time was lightning fast ⚡️ The night view of Danxia from the window is absolutely stunning!! I took so many photos with my phone's memory card after turning on the lights!!
As a business traveler, this is fantastic! I'll definitely bring my buddies back for another round!! Just go for it!!

I contacted Chunyu Hotel. The boss gave me a very kind feeling.
